According to the Economy News website, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 13 cents, or 0.2%, to $72.36 a barrel, while Brent crude futures rose 17 cents, or 0.2%, to $76.36 a barrel.

Shafaq News/ Official and popular circles in Saladin unanimously agreed on "tribal mobilization" for the upcoming parliamentary elections.
The director of the Office of the Human Rights Commission in Saladin, Idris Ahmed al-Issawi, told Shafaq News Agency, "The absolute orientation for the upcoming elections is purely tribe-based and exceeds 85%, with great pressure exerted by tribal figures who benefit from the elections and candidates, and forcing tribesmen to vote for specific candidates."
Al-Issawi said that according to the media and field monitoring of his office in the governorate, tribal candidates were exploiting voters to win votes. "The interests and pressures of clan heads overshadowed the desires of voters and those seeking change. Some tribal figures are confiscating voting cards under tribal and regional pressure without even any financial compensation."
He affirmed that the percentage of competing forces seeking change is 15%, amid an absence of youth and civil parties, and personalities aspiring for change.
Al-Issawi pointed out that there is a great electoral reluctance in Saladin, according to the current electoral data, which people see as far from their aspirations and demands, and has generated negative pessimistic reactions towards the upcoming elections.
"We look forward to elections that meet the aspirations of the citizens and the issues of Saladin, which are exhausted by problems. However, the reality does not reflect this."

The Turkish lira is falling against the US dollar after the central bank's decision to cut interest

The Turkish lira opened this morning at 8.66 against the dollar and followed a horizontal path until the announcement of the decision this afternoon, as the lira recorded 8.7443 in selling and 8.7413 in buying two hours after the decision was issued, while it recorded 10.2615 and 10.254 in buying and selling against the euro, respectively.
The Monetary Policy Committee decided this afternoon to reduce the interest rate on repurchase (repo) for a period of one week, from 19 percent to only 18 percent.
And the central bank stated in a statement that it will resolutely continue to use all the tools available to it until strong indicators appear indicating a permanent decrease in inflation and reaching the 5% medium-term target, in line with its main goal of price stability.

A jump in global oil prices
Thursday 23 September 2021 21:49 International oil prices jumped this evening, Thursday, after a short drop in the afternoon, while investors continue to assess the possibilities of a decrease in oil supply in the market.
According to trading data, the price of futures contracts for Brent crude for the month of November increased by 0.92% to $76.89 per barrel, while futures contracts for West Texas Intermediate crude for the same month rose by 1.3% to $73.17 per barrel.
During the day, oil prices fell by 0.5%, but after the opening of trading in the United States, they returned to the “green” zone.

All of this is verified from multiple boots on the ground. This announcement is committed before the first of October, which is also the same time to deliver the budget to the Iraqi Nationals.
The new Golden Dinar is in the banks and the plan is being cemented by announcements describing this new abundance, roaring from the huge jumbotron monitors in every town square. The Iraqi People, throughout this nation which now includes Kuwait, are joyfully anticipating this new lifeline of hope for a brighter future. A future with lasting Peace across the Middle East is every mother’s and every father’s dream.
Once Iraq makes the announcement of the new Golden Dinar, as international, they have 4 days to get certain things done. It usually takes 3 to 4 days to get all protocols done. This money is in the banks but waits for this announcement and appropriate timing, to be loaded in ATMs. Announcements are expected to be out in the Mosque on Saturday.
This Saturday, September 25th is a good day for everyone to see this RV GCR launch begin in earnest.

The Four Views
Once a wise master had four students who exceeded all others in ability. One day the five gathered, and the master spoke to the first student, “Tell me what you see when you look into the world.”
“I see savagery. The planet is raped.
The world hides from the truth. Contaminating material is released everywhere.
There is particulate matter in the heavens and acid rain.
The rain forests are being destroyed, and so is the ozone.
There is such ignorance and selfishness. The world needs so much correction.”
The master replied, “You are right, and I shall call you Correction, for you by your vision have committed to a world of need.”
UNEEK To his second student, the master put the same question, “Tell me what you see when you look into the world.”
The second student replied, “Master, I see futility. Nothing can be done to change the ways of the world, though some will repent and call for change. Still, the world is condemned by the acts of man.
The sciences teach us that too many people are coming onto the planet, too much destruction has already been done, too little money is provided for science to adequately assist, and there is too little concern for ethics and values. Crime escalates while families decay. Law is lost.
“You too are right, and I shall call you Righteous, for your indignation beholds a corrupt world beyond repair while your heart suffers its pain. You shall be known for your words, and your works will express the sadness of your heart.”
UNEEK The master turned his gaze to the third student. “And you, what do you see?”
“I see a world needing the restoration of Law. I do not believe hope is lost. I find encouragement in the words of my brothers, for they too recognize the need the world has for a change of ways. It is with confidence that I sense the willingness of man to change.
All good government is government of the people and for the people. It is through law and government that change can be effected. The mass will follow the right action and attitude of government. The agent for change exists and is law and government.”
“You also are right. I shall call you Government, for your words forge your observations and become what you teach. You will therefore be committed to a work of law and order through government.”
Finally, to the fourth student, the master put the same question, “And what do you see?”
“Master, I behold only miracles. Life is a miracle. All being is a miracle. Consciousness is a miracle.
I behold God in all creation. I sense the beauty of Love in the fragrance of the flower, in the smile of a child, in the warmth of lovers, in the glow of the stars.
UNEEK When I look onto the world, I am greeted with its mysteries. It is with awe and reverence that each day unfolds its beauty.
I know that all things are good and that each expresses their good in their own appropriate manner for the moment.
I know that which my brothers speak about is but illusion, for only the eternal is real.
I will give no power to thoughts of scarcity, of limitation, of need, for all that is truly needed is here for us to behold, to recognize, and to accept. I wish only to give to the world the sight I have been given.

The master smiled before he spoke. “And you, my chosen student, I will call Truth, for your vision is of Truth, and its reward is the reality it sees.
You shall go unto man and teach from what you see, for yours is the vision of what is, and all that is possible rests in this peace. You shall be known by all men by your garments of serenity and peace.”
The master, speaking to all, added these words, “To each of you is the blessing of your vision. As you see the world, so the world reveals itself to you. You will know the world by your vision of it. To each of you will go the works of your sight. You will experience life according to your vision.”
Not only is our reality a matter of choice, but so is the power we give it. Only the eternal is incorruptible. Only the eternal is therefore true. All else is inherently false by definition. To be a master, one must begin by acting like a master. To grow, we must give.
The old saying “You cannot receive if the cup is full” is absolutely true of the human condition. As we sow, so do we reap. The first step then in self-actualization, is to give forgiveness and care. The old deep mind link memories disappear; the new memories become both the process and the goal.
