And the media said: "Clashes erupted this morning between the Taliban and women who went out to protest against the movement, which resulted in a woman being slightly wounded."

And Afghani women have previously gone out in demonstrations against the "Taliban" to demand their rights, in different parts of Afghanistan.

Last week, the streets of the Afghan state of Herat witnessed demonstrations calling for the respect of women's rights and their participation in the government.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement: "Minister Fouad Hussein met the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi, at the agency's headquarters in Vienna, and during the meeting, they discussed and exchanged views on national issues related to the agency's work within the framework of the legitimate right of countries to obtain on nuclear technology for peaceful purposes in all fields that serve its development programs, support its economies and diversify its energy sources, provided that it is under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency, in addition to continuing constructive cooperation between Iraq and the agency on current issues and opening new horizons for future cooperation.

She added, "The latest developments in regional issues of international concern, including the joint comprehensive action plan, were discussed, in light of international efforts to revive the nuclear agreement, with emphasis on Iraq's position in support of diplomatic efforts to find solutions and return to the negotiating table between the states parties to the agreement, for what It has positive repercussions on the international community in general and the Middle East in particular.”

butterfly   Iran Slashes Natural Gas Exports to Iraq ......... https://www.iraq-businessnews.com/2021/09/04/iran-slashes-natural-gas-exports-to-iraq/ ........ An Iranian official has said that Iran's natural gas (methane) exports to Iraq have been reduced, but not because of arrears owed by Iraq.

Mohammad Reza Julaei , the Dispatching Director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), told Shana that exports have been reduced by 38 million cubic meters per day; they were believed to be running about 40 to 45 million cubic meters per day previously.

But he said that this was done based on an agreement and with prior notice, and has "nothing to do with [Iraq's] arrears to Iran."

Saturday 04, September 2021 23:20 ................... Iraq and the United Nations will sign, at ten thirty in the morning tomorrow, Sunday, a framework for joint cooperation between the two sides.

A statement by the Ministry of Planning stated: The framework includes supporting the efforts of the Iraqi government, in a number of areas, including the return of the displaced, developing the private sector, empowering youth, and achieving social peace, within the framework of the five-year development plan and the government reform plan (white paper).

The aforementioned cooperation framework will be signed on the Iraqi side by the Minister of Planning, Dr. Khaled Batal Al-Najm, and on behalf of the United Nations, Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations in Iraq Irina Solerano.
