The Undersecretary of the Ministry, Maher Hammad, said, according to a statement by the ministry, that “the continuous salaries of the employees are on the fixed owners and will not be affected in the event of delay in approving the next budget, or even not approving it, because the ratio of 1/12 will cover the amounts.”

And he indicated that “the budget is currently in the mini-committee to formulate a preparatory framework for the government, but the current cabinet is not authorized to approve it, but it will be ready for the next cabinet after the formation of the new government in it.”    mubasher.info

butterfly   The coordinating framework informs Al-Sadr of his refusal to renew Al-Kazemi’s rule

Posted, 2021-11-1 12:28   The coordinating framework informs Al-Sadr of his refusal to renew Al-Kazemis ruleShafaq News / The coordination framework of the Shiite forces informed, on Sunday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, his refusal to renew the second term of the outgoing Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.

The source told Shafaq News Agency, “The envoy from the coordination framework sent a message to the negotiating delegation of the Sadrist movement, its content is that the leaders of the Shiite blocs agreed in a previous meeting that the prime minister in the next stage would be consensual and from within the Shiite house and that he would be chosen according to the supreme interest of Iraq.” With everyone’s consent.”

The source added, “There is agreement and consensus within the coordination framework to reject, grant and renew the second term of the outgoing Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.”

The coordinating framework urged, according to the source, the Sadrist movement to “sit down to a dialogue table with the Shiite blocs represented by the coordinating framework in order to agree on choosing a suitable person for the prime ministership in the next stage.”

On Sunday, the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, announced his intention to form a national majority government, while indicating that he had no disagreement with other political blocs, except for “the issue of internal and external reform.”

The Sadrist bloc, led by Muqtada al-Sadr, had confirmed earlier on Sunday that its political vision had changed from the previous one and would not accept quotas and power-sharing this time.

The Sadrist bloc, headed by al-Sadr, topped the results of the Iraqi legislative elections that took place on October 10, with 73 parliamentary seats, according to the preliminary announcement of the results by the Electoral Commission.

butterfly   It is noteworthy that well-known political parties have declared their fear of forming a Sadrist government, for fear of al-Sadr’s direct intervention in its administration, as well as their fear of arranging a specific order to reopen corruption files and the consequences that follow.  shafaq.com

butterfly   Will the dollar exchange rate be changed? Maliki’s coalition responds

MONDAY, 11/01-2021,PM 12:52   Iraqi Dinar-DollarToday, Monday, the State of Law coalition confirmed the possibility of reducing the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar.

A member of the State of Law Coalition, Abdul-Hadi Al-Saadawi, said, “Increasing the price of the dollar against the dinar did not achieve its goal announced by the government, including creating job opportunities for the unemployed and providing housing units for citizens who do not have housing units and other matters related to reviving the economic situation in the country.”

He added, “Due to the high price of a barrel of oil, the exchange rate can be restored at a slightly higher rate than the previous one to settle at 125,000 dinars per $100,” noting that “this level will create a balance between the old price and the new price, as it will not affect the economy of the poor classes.” and fragile,” according to Baghdad Today.

Al-Saadawi pointed out that “the decision to raise the price of the dollar was a political and not an economic one,” noting that “reducing the price of the dollar needs a parliament that is serious in this matter and works to give priority to the national interest.”

It is noteworthy that the Iraqi government reduced the value of the Iraqi dinar against the US dollar in the Federal Budget Law for the year 2021, where the dollar exchange rate reached 1450 dinars to the dollar after its price was 1200 dinars to the dollar.   non14.net

Butterfly   Al-Sadr calls for a “national majority” government in Iraq

11-1-2021   Al-Sadr calls for a national majority government in IraqBAGHDAD – The leader of the Sadrist movement in Iraq, Muqtada al-Sadr, whose bloc led the results of the parliamentary elections with 73 seats, called for the formation of a “national majority” government to achieve reform in the country.

Al-Sadr’s call comes in light of the continuing crisis of the election results in Iraq, for more than two weeks, as the forces allied to Iran reject the announced results and consider them fraudulent and manipulated, at a time when the Electoral Commission turned to manual counting of votes in more than 10,000 electoral stations. , out of about 55 thousand polling stations, as part of its efforts to ensure the integrity of its procedures regarding the counting of votes.

Al-Sadr said in a tweet to him on his personal account on Twitter on Sunday evening, “It should not be said that I have a disagreement with the political blocs, except the issue of internal and external reform, and the issue of the difference between patriotism and subordination,” stressing, “We have no disagreement except with the love of the country, and I see that the first What should be done for the country is a national majority government.”

Al-Sadr stressed the need for Parliament to have “two parties, the first being loyalists, which form the government and undertake reforms at all levels.”

As for the second party, according to Al-Sadr, it is “the opposition, and their agreement is a binding consultation for the former without marginalization,” adding, “We do not mind being on either side, both for the sake of serving the country, and that is one of the foundations of democracy.”

The losing forces in the elections threatened to resort to the religious reference, if they did not obtain satisfactory results through manual counting and sorting, which was repeated in a number of electoral stations.

butterfly   A member of the National Contract Alliance, led by the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh Fayyad, Aqil Al-Qargoli, said that “in the event that the Electoral Commission and the Federal Court do not respond to our demands, we will press for direct intervention of the reference.”

Al-Qargoli confirmed in a press statement that “there are meetings taking place to go towards the reference.”

Observers say that al-Sadr can obtain a fatwa from the supreme Shiite authority in Iraq, Ali al-Sistani, that withdraws the cover from the crowd, especially since the factions loyal to the reference refuse to consider themselves part of it.

This parallels the aspirations of the Najaf marja’iya to reduce ties with Iran and respect the sovereignty of the Iraqi state.

Observers said that al-Sadr is putting pressure on the pro-Iranian parties that are still threatening to compete with him to form the largest bloc that would be authorized to form the new Iraqi government. By doing so, the Sadrist movement is trying to appear as a “national” force that is far from Iran’s interference.

Al-Sadr had earlier threatened to take strict steps to stop the apparent interference in Iraq’s affairs, stressing that a high-level dialogue would be opened with neighboring countries that interfere in Iraqi political, security and other affairs to prevent interference at all.

The results of the early legislative elections resulted in a few months ahead of schedule for the Sadrist movement with 73 seats, while the Taqaddam bloc led by the outgoing Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, came in second place with 38 seats, followed by the State of Law coalition led by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki with 34 seats, then Kurdistan Democratic Party with 33 seats.

butterfly   The Al-Fateh Alliance, the political umbrella for the Shiite militias loyal to Iran, suffered a severe defeat, as it won 17 seats after it came second in the 2018 elections with 48 seats.

The coalition led by the leader of the Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri, did not accept defeat, as did many other Shiite forces, and sought to overthrow this reality by waving the street and verbally escalating, accusing in all directions of widespread fraud in the elections.

Political circles are likely that Tehran played a role at this level, especially since it was not satisfied with the state of confusion and confusion that appeared on the leaders of the coalition loyal to it after the announcement of the election results.

Following the announcement of the preliminary results, the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq “UNAMI” and its head, Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, received widespread criticism and threats from parties and parties that suffered unexpected defeats, through protests organized in the country, and through campaigns of activists affiliated with it on social media.

The opponents of the results have been organizing a sit-in for nearly two weeks at one of the entrances to the Green Zone, demanding that the ballot boxes be recounted.   rawabetcenter.com

NORV   Still sitting here look for a RV? lol. Despite the daily BS, there is no RV! Wasting your time. Sheila needs to wake up.

NORV    :Pizza: :Float: :Float: :Float:

NORV  Latest numbers from Iraqi economist, dinar well over 100 trillion now.

NORV  As if 80 trillion wasn't enough.

NORV  Foolish to think Iraq could afford to increase the value of the dinar significantly.

NORV Enjoy ur day! Wine:

wdave1 I see Kap has no doubts now, it couldnt have taken me more than a minute to tell my friend of over 50 years that there was no way as he was telling me about Kuwait and Germany after World war two. Doesnt take a brain child to figure this out! Folks youve been Scammed! Accept it and tell everyone you brought along for the ride.. Sell now if you can

NORV   I don't see any way how Iraq could significantly RV the dinar. That being said, I do think they could gradually raise it over time (as stated by the IMF in 2013) via a float if they build a diverse economy. It is the only way I see for them to reduce the money supply and counter inflation created by economic investment. This will take years to achieve.

NORV  If they fail to build that economy, they will continue dependence on oil and the only option may be to re-denomination LOP the zeros off the notes (delete 3 zeros) which is a neutral event. Doing so would allow them to reduce the money supply from trillions to billions and begin to raise it from there.

NORV   One thing is for sure...there is no overnight RV. That talk is all bullsh*t and nonsense.

NORV   :Float: :Float: :Float:

RodTahoe  NORV serious question, why has the amount of dinars continued to increase>

RodTahoe   that is in circulation...
