Member of Parliament, MP Sadiq Al-Sulaiti, confirmed, on Saturday, that the budget will pass next week in one session in which voting will take place after the consensus of the political blocs, pointing out that there is nothing left but agreement on the two articles on Kurdistan and there are understandings and the crisis will end.

Now that schools and colleges are back at the beginning of the current academic year, which has been characterized by the continued practice of distance learning in different proportions as well. As Iraq begins precautionary measures to cope with the second wave of the epidemic, where it has called for the suspension of the working hours and completion of the school season through distance education, and regardless of the importance of the education sector in the transition to the digital age (digital economy) as the basis for the implementation of digital transformation programs, the need to rely entirely on this method and the advanced civilized approach, given the lack of knowledge of the time of the end of the epidemic until this moment other than the global trend towards it.

For this reason, the state as a whole and the education sectors should intensify efforts and continue to work to provide the infrastructure for distance education, especially the organized and rapid Internet and the possibility of its free allocation to the educational sector, to encourage its importance in the rapid dissemination of the culture of e-learning, as well as to provide educational requirements and techniques by investing applications and electronic programs in the preparation of curricula, converting them and translating them electronically, and leaving the culture of direct study, because the world is in an accelerated race towards the age of digitization, imposed by international changes, technological development and the new global economic order.

Moreover, this major transformation requires the benefit of the experiences and experiences of countries in this field and from international training centers and the inclusion of elements of education in these courses, with the aim of success of the experience of distance learning in Iraq, and I think it is necessary to evaluate the Iraqi experience and the extent of its success in schools and colleges and present its results and evaluate them in order to raise the degree of competition between them.
