Tishwash: State Of Law: Calls To Dissolve Parliament Represent A Threat To Iraq And Its Security
On Thursday, the State of Law coalition expressed its concern about calls to dissolve Parliament, which represent a threat to Iraq and its security, while describing those calls as "not sincere."
Representative Jawad Owais Al-Ghazali said in a statement to Al-Maalouma that "the calls to dissolve Parliament and hold early elections are untrue calls," noting that "these calls are aimed at putting pressure on independent representatives."
Al-Ghazali added, "Calls to dissolve parliament are incorrect at this time," noting that "some political parties are still putting pressure on independent representatives."

Tishwash: Democrat: The Political Blockage Will End After Eid
On Thursday, Kurdistan Democratic Party representative, Majid Shankali, suggested that the crisis in forming the next government would end after the Eid holiday, indicating that the option of dissolving the parliament is still on the table.

Member of Parliament, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, affirmed today, Friday, parliamentary support for any constitutional legal solution formula that allows discussion and approval of the 2022 general budget, stressing that Parliament will be present for any legal treatment regarding the budget.
Al-Sudani told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Parliament will be present for any legal treatment of the abnormal situation, in which the state of political obstruction and the survival of the caretaker government remains the same, especially since it has limited powers according to the constitution and the law, but the Parliament must intervene in relation to the budget law. "
He added, "The budget law is the most important law. If there is a legal basis that allows the government to send a law or through a decision of the House of Representatives to be a legislative cover or a legitimate legal cover, and therefore there is nothing wrong with making this decision."
He continued, "in order to prepare a draft budget law that addresses all crises and challenges facing citizens and public life, and solves the problems facing the citizen, whether living or service, as well as addressing the problem of graduates, higher degrees, lecturers and contracts who are waiting for the budget law to do justice to them."
Al-Sawadni affirmed, "The House of Representatives will have any constitutional legal solution formula that addresses citizens' problems, and Parliament will be present with all its political power to hold a session to discuss and approve the budget."
