He added, "Gold is not infallible from the decline in its prices, and it is not excluded from its impact on the global market," justifying the reason for the Iraqi Central Bank's purchase of gold quantities "to be the first in the world to buy gold as a result of the economic vacuum in the country."

Al-Enezi pointed out, "The lack of exchange outlets is caused by the lack of political and economic stability and the lack of administrative authority of the government." And the Central Bank of Iraq announced that Iraq advanced ten ranks in the list of countries with the most gold reserves, bringing its total possessions to (130.39) tons, ranking thirty in the world and fourth in the Arab world.

The price of gold globally is affected by the extent of raising and decreasing the value of the dollar, as it is in an inverse relationship between gold and the basket of global currencies such as: the dollar, the euro, the Japanese yen, the British pound, the Chinese yuan, and other currencies.

The value of currencies fell, the price of gold rose, while the local market in the Kingdom is directly affected by the global market.

Tishwash: The Sadrist Movement demands that Al-Kazemi dissolve the Iraqi parliament

The leader of the Sadrist movement, Jaafar al-Moussawi, called on the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa al-Kazemi, yesterday, to dissolve parliament in a practical application of the call of the movement's leader, Muqtada al-Sadr, to hold early elections, hoping to end the worsening political crisis in the country.

Al-Moussawi called Al-Kazemi to submit a request to the President of the Iraqi Republic, according to the Iraqi constitution, to dissolve the current parliament, and to call for early elections within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of dissolving the parliament.

Parliament may be dissolved with the approval of an absolute majority at the request of one-third of the members, or the prime minister, and with the approval of the President of the Republic, in accordance with the constitution. But some of them questioned Al-Kazemi's eligibility to demand the dissolution of Parliament, given that his government became a business administration after the October elections.

In the meantime, it is expected that the grand celebration square in the center of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, will witness a “million” Friday prayer for the protesters and those who join them from the rest of the provinces, called by the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr, at a time when calls are rising to sit at the dialogue table between the political forces in order to Negotiating the formation of the government and ending the sit-ins that began last Saturday inside the Green Zone.
