I didn't know what ESF were so here is a good definition..it's interesting that it involves foreign currency exchanges ..humm...is this what we're waiting for ?

The reason I am responding is post is that I doubt that many of you know what CAFR is ..the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. These reports show the finance of most if not all municipalities Cities, Counties, States. What they don't what the public to know is all the funds that they have stashed away in accounts.
When people ask politicians about cafr accounts and the funds that they have in reserves most to say they're not allowed to talk about it. (videos on that)
