Stephen It has been speculated and argued by numerous dinar people that they're sending the budget back to get revised because they're working on a new rate. Is that true? It seems very plausible. No one can confirm or deny that information. That's why this is a speculative investment. All we can do is look at the actions Iraq is taking...not so much at what they're saying, and then try to draw some type of conclusion from that. Does this mean when the budget is submitted to parliament it is going to have the new rate? It seems that would make logical sense, but we don't know...
