This is Why More Americans Are Escaping The Big Cities - The Exodus is Massive
Inflation is roaring back to life at a 30 year vacation and most people today have either forgotten what it looks like or they just haven't seen it.
Inflation is absolutely out of control. The pressure building on rates is going to blow the Fed’s lid off the pressure cooker eventually.
Housing, the number one expense, is up about 50% in the last year or so based on pending offers I’m seeing now.
It takes time for the data to flow through the system.
Once it does, even the fed will have to address it with higher rates. Inflation keeping at higher rates, FED slowly going to pull out liquidity, markets near all time highs (with small upside towards end of year).. in past a drop of 10%-15% was common after a big run, in which inflation persisted on a high level.
By year end higher, mid term there has to be a major correction (not bear market). A bear market can only happen if the FED wants it to happen (pull the plug).
The real economy became irrelevant a long time ago. After the tech Ponzi, there came the housing Ponzi; there came the gig Ponzi; there comes the printing press gambling Ponzi. This is the beginning of depression on a 1929 scale. And this is just The Tip of The Iceberg .
The FED has lost control of rates and is in a panic. Millions of Americans have now filed new claims for unemployment benefits since this pandemic first began.
More than 100,000 businesses have permanently shut their doors, and U.S. consumers have skipped payments on more than 100 million loans. It is an economic meltdown of unprecedented size and scope, and many more months of extreme economic pain lie ahead of us.
And even a very small spark could set off more rioting, looting, and violence. They covered up the fake economy for twelve years since the last financial implosion by flooding the market with trillions of dollars gifted to the banksters.
The purpose of the pandemic is to give trillions of more dollars to the banksters, give Big Pharma free money , to bail out the corporations' debt used for stock buybacks, and to bailout CME.
The banksters forcing the equity markets up does not help the economy but increases inflation on the items we need. Shelter, food, medical, and education.
This pandemic has people reanalyzing a lot of things, including where they want to live. For some, that means asking if it's time to move out of big cities.
Tons of people have been leaving long before this pandemic started!

House Passes Common Cents Bill
Lynne Marek Lead Editor Published Sept. 16, 2026 Dive Brief
The bill officially ends minting of pennies and allows merchants to round to the nearest nickel, though the coins are already out of production.
The penny, which has been in circulation since 1793, will officially be discontinued for general circulation under the proposed Common Cents Act.
Penny’s End Poses Rounding Challenge
Published July 16, 2026 Justin Bachman Senior Reporter
Merchants press for passage of a bill to enact rounding standards as cash-handling businesses grapple with the cent’s gradual demise. Businesses would gain new guidelines for rounding transactions if the government gradually phases out the U.S. penny under legislation Congress is considering.
The Common Cents Act, which passed the House of Representatives on Tuesday, enacts formal guidelines for businesses to round tabs to the nearest 5 cents as the U.S. gradually retires the penny.
The Currency Reset is imminent: “This Will Be Very Serious”: Alasdair Macleod
Liberty and Finance: 9-23-2026
Alasdair Macleod warns that escalating Middle East tensions could trigger a far broader economic shock through fuel, shipping, food, and global logistics disruptions. He argues that shortages of diesel, kerosene, and ship fuel could drive essential prices sharply higher while simultaneously pushing economies toward recession.
Macleod also warns that foreign demand for U.S. Treasuries could weaken just as Washington faces massive refinancing needs, potentially creating a debt trap and higher bond yields.

Analysis-As 5% Treasury Yields Lose Shock Value, Investors Start Worrying About 6%
By Marc Jones and Naomi Rovnick Wed, September 23, 2026
LONDON, Sept 23 (Reuters) - For years, 5% on the benchmark US 10-year Treasury yield was viewed as the point at which global financial markets would start hitting turbulence. That threshold is beginning to look less like a ceiling and more like a waypoint.

3 Savings Moves To Make Post-Fed Rate Hike
By Matt Richardson September 17, 2026 CBS News MoneyWatch: Managing Your Money
With interest rates rising again, savers will want to take certain steps now to take advantage.
Savers on Thursday woke up to a new financial climate marked by the first interest rate hike from the Federal Reserve in more than three years. Now at a range between 3.75% and 4.00%, a new, higher federal funds rate is expected to lead to even higher rates for savers than they've already been accustomed to in recent years. And while that change will look different based on the account type and the bank in question, savers are undoubtedly now entering a more profitable period, especially if the Fed proceeds with another interest rate hike when it meets again in October.

Liberty and Finance: 9-22-2026
Andy Schectman warns that rising interest rates may no longer be hurting gold the way conventional market wisdom suggests, as central banks continue accumulating physical metal and Comex deliveries remain strong.
He says the growing pressure on U.S. Treasuries, rising diesel and oil costs, and limited options for central banks could create a dangerous environment of inflation and financial volatility.
