Thurs. 18 March Our Military Intel Contact: “We were told that everything was ready and waiting to go, all funds were in place and we were just waiting for the 800 numbers and/or Safe Link Websites. Tier 4B notification could come any time on Sat 20 March, though this weekend if it takes the 2,500 Admirals subgroup paymasters longer to downstream liquidity to their down-line accounts, the Tier 4B Shotgun Start may happen closer to Mon.-Tues. 22-23 March.

By Tues, Wed. 16, 17 March Dubai 1, 2 funds were fully disbursed – the same day the $1.9 Trillion stimulus bill $1,400 direct deposits and checks went out en masse.

As of Fri 19 March Adjudicated Settlements were fully liquid.

Also by Fri. 19 March the Chinese Banking Elders were in place in Banking Centers around the world to oversee the rollout of the Global Currency Reset.

On Sat. 20 March the Iraqi Parliament was expected to announce its new IQD RV rate.

The Global Currency Reset Shotgun Start was set for this week which ended Sat. 20 March.

Redemption Centers have received a schedule for Tier 4B exchanges/ redemption to begin Sat. 20 March and go to Wed. 31 March.

Min. 9 NV: You were saying the Iraqi Dinar has already revalued….Is that correct?

CW: Yes….for the last 48 hours…the Iraqis within Iraq have been able to exchange 1 dinar to 1 US dollar. It will actually be a USN or US note….that process has already started because their budget was approved and they have already started. This is just within Iraq. You will only hear about this through people like us because the MSM have chosen to not tell us the truth….but, we are used to that.

NV: So Charlie, are you suggesting we are very close to the currency revaluations now?

CW: Yes…imo we are hours away from the revaluations and the global currency reset and the QFS starting off……we are very, very close.

Everything from a “human” point of view has been done. The codes are in, the system is ready to be turned on…

Fri. 19 March Fleming’s Intel Military Contact:

Dubai 1 fully disbursed funds last Tues.16 March. This has never happened before, ever.

Dubai 2 was fully disbursed to UST accounts on Wed. 17 March, St Patrick's Day.

Dubai 2 was the source for our Tier 4B exchanges and the $1.9 Trillion stimulus bill $1,400 direct deposits and checks that went out en masse Wed. 17 March, the same day Dubai 2 completed disbursement.

Adjudicated settlements including sovereigns like the Native Americans and Black Farmer Pickford settlements were fully liquid as of Fri 19 March.

Higher level Tier 3-4A groups and higher level Bond Sellers were received notification to access 1% of the funds in their accounts. (They’re going quiet under NDAs).

The Iraqi Parliament was about to announce its HCL, budget and IQD RV rate on Sat. 20 March – a sign we were finally at the end.

Tier 4B notification could come any time Sat 20 March.

However, if it takes the 2,500 Admirals subgroup paymasters longer this weekend to downstream liquidity to their down-line accounts, the Tier 4B Shotgun Start may be closer to Mon.-Tues. 22-23 March.

The line ahead of Tier 4B was moving and we were very close like never before. Keep your heads up and all in prayer.
