For the first time since 2018. 21 terror convicts executed in Iraq
Iraqi authorities on Monday executed 21 "terrorist" convicts in Nasiriyah central prison, Al-Hout prison, after the presidency was approved.
"The death sentence was carried out in accordance with Article 4 of the Anti-Terrorism Law," a security source told Shafq News.
Iraqi authorities have not carried out death sentences for those convicted of terrorism in the Justice Ministry's prisons since 2018, despite repeated parliamentary demands by the presidency to approve the execution. link

Baghdad / Al-Masalla: Al-Rafidain Bank announced, on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, the launch of salaries for employees of directorates of the Ministry of Interior through the Master Card.
The media office of the bank said in a statement that the salaries of employees of the Ministry of Interior were paid as follows:
Ministry of Interior – Civil Status, Passports and Residence Directorate – Maysan
Ministry of Interior – Ministry of Interior Police Directorate – Baghdad Governorate Police Headquarters – Administrative and Financial Affairs Directorate
Ministry of Interior – Civil Defense Directorate – Baghdad Al-Karkh
Ministry of Interior – Directorate of Protection of Facilities and Personalities – Baghdad
Ministry of Interior – Directorate of Intelligence and Combating Terrorism
Ministry of Interior – Directorate of Civil Defense – Babylon
Ministry of Interior – Civil Defense Directorate – Headquarters
Ministry of Interior – Directorate of Energy Police
Ministry of Interior – Border Guard Command. The statement indicated that affiliates can receive their salaries in our network of branches spread in Baghdad and the provinces, or from the offices of private ports

I already told you that the upper echelon executive level of the banks met with the CBI and they discussed with the citizens about the new small category notes and the new exchange rate...I don't know if it's going to happen this week, next week or whenever...you are always ahead of the learning curve with us. Then any time after that is going to be game on for the CBI to show us the rate...In 2015 they changed the rate it was on December 3, 2015. It was a Tuesday. They changed the rate from 1166 to 1182...around that time they were working on the budget. We know the 2021 budget does have the rate in it. This is not our opinion this is fact because...the financial committee in parliament were asking the government...'we need to find out what the exchange rate for 2021 budget'. The parliament asked this of the government. Number 2 the financial minister told us in interviews that when it comes to the rate it's very sensitive number - we cannot even talk about numbers. He's telling you right there...this is a secret. This is sensitive. They cannot even talk about it...
