Tishwash: Al-Abadi's coalition expresses its support for Al-Kazemi's changes in administrative positions
The Victory Alliance, led by former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, today, Tuesday, expressed its support and support for the changes in administrative positions that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi made yesterday.
A spokesman for the Nasr Coalition, Ayat Muzaffar, told Al-Ikhbariya, "The changes made by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi yesterday, Monday, were necessary in order to complete the reform processes."
She said, "The prime minister was forced to strike a balance between patriotism, competence and the ability to have people who can run state institutions by combining the criteria that are supposed to be met in the options."
Al-Muzaffar indicated that "the coming days may witness new changes according to the government's policy of conducting comprehensive political and economic reform, as well as controlling the security aspect through capable, professional and sincere leaders."
Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi had issued a statement clarifying that a series of variables were necessary in some important administrative positions in state institutions, but this step faced various reactions, some of which were from the political forces that announced their rejection of quotas in all its forms, stressing that these necessary changes came. Consistent with an administrative and legal context imposed by the end of the official legal periods of some officials, and even exceeding those periods from their ceilings for long periods, and that the procedure did not come to effect qualitative changes in institutions.
He added that on this basis, most of the names proposed were chosen from within the institutions themselves, or from specialists in certain fields, taking into account the factor of integrity and experience and ensuring national balance, indicating that the positions of some political blocs on the issue of quotas must be accompanied by specific information about this quota. We will deal with this information seriously and verify it within the applicable contexts, wondering if the political forces have declared their innocence of these changes and they really did not interfere with them and did not affect them, so how are you accused that the changes depended on partisan quotas?
Al-Kazemi concluded his statement by saying, we wish everyone, based on the reality of national responsibility, to deal with the facts and contexts of the state, and the most important of its certifications is that the aforementioned variables took place through the natural and necessary path to revitalize the state’s work and activate its role to serve the aspirations of our people and implement its demands, and were not subject to the partisan quota mechanisms. link

Footforward [Looks like they did change the cbi governor. Alak has been replaced. Looks like about 8 others were replaced by al Khazemi as well.] ...Alak wasn't the hold up. They just needed a change culture wise in the CBI. It's had gotten stale. It helps to have him out but this one thing will not cause the RV to suddenly happen...
Guru Petra ...we got the new director of the Iraqi Trade Bank of Iraq...Kazemi replaced him. We now have a new chairman for the National Investment commission. We have a new Chairman of the Securities Commission. We've got a new Deputy of Operations for the Iraqi National Intelligence Service. We got the new Chairman of the Integrity Commission. All these people have to do with finance and law and enforcing law. But to replace every single financial leadership position in the country [Other than two banks]...talk about excitement. People have got to be ecstatic that he has basically come in here and changed every single person that has anything to do with finance in the that country. I have got to believe that was a requirement from the Fab 4...I'm very very excited about what's happening. It's all happened so quickly. And we're still within the 30-day timeline of when Kazemi was in the U.S. All this has happened in less than 30 days...it keeps getting better.
