Statement  In The Name Of Of Allah The Merciful

Yesterday, Monday 9/14/2020, we directed a series of necessary changes to take place in some important administrative sites in state institutions.

This step faced various reactions, some of them from the political forces that declared their rejection of quotas in all its forms, which undoubtedly represents a reflection of a steadfast popular stance towards state building.

We affirm that these necessary changes came in line with an administrative and legal context imposed by the end of official legal periods for some officials, and even exceeding those periods from their ceilings for long periods, and that the procedure did not come to effect qualitative changes in institutions.

On this basis, most of the names put forward were chosen from within the institutions themselves, or from specialists in certain fields, taking into account the factor of integrity and experience, and ensuring national balance.

The positions of some political blocs on the issue of quotas must be accompanied by specific information about this alleged quotas. We will deal with this information seriously and verify it within the applicable contexts.

Hence, if the political forces declared their innocence of these changes and they really did not interfere with them or influence them, then how can they be accused that the changes depended on partisan quotas?

We wish everyone, based on national responsibility, to deal with the facts and contexts of the state, and its most important attestation is that the aforementioned changes took place through the natural and necessary path to revitalize the state’s work and activate its role to serve the aspirations of our people and implement their demands, and were not subject to the partisan quota mechanisms.
