The United States and China are close to a trade deal, but three of the biggest sticking points remain, White House adviser Killian Conway said on Tuesday.
"We are already approaching, we are continuing to negotiate," Conway said in an interview with Fox News. "But this compulsory technology transfer, theft of intellectual property rights and the trade imbalance of half a trillion dollars a year with the world's second largest economy, China, is not logical." NBC also reported that a security alert was raised at the Capitol.
