The United States and China are close to a trade deal, but three of the biggest sticking points remain, White House adviser Killian Conway said on Tuesday.

"We are already approaching, we are continuing to negotiate," Conway said in an interview with Fox News. "But this compulsory technology transfer, theft of intellectual property rights and the trade imbalance of half a trillion dollars a year with the world's second largest economy, China, is not logical."   LINK

The White House was closed on Tuesday after reports of a violation of airspace over Washington, US media reported.

US fighter jets flew over Washington after reporting a breakthrough in its airspace, media said.

According to the network "NBC" The White House was put on Tuesday under closure, where was sent fighter planes in Washington after the violation of airspace, law enforcement officials told the network.

NBC also reported that a security alert was raised at the Capitol.

The Metropolitan Police and the CIA did not immediately respond to requests for comment, and the White House did not immediately comment.   LINK
