Parliamentary Finance Receives A New Proposal Regarding The Region And Sets The Deadline For Approving The Budget

Committee member Magda Al-Tamimi said in a press statement, "Discussions are ongoing regarding the budget paragraphs and receiving proposals regarding them, and there are two matters awaiting a decision on them and the budget is submitted to the vote, the first is related to the Kurdistan region file and the other concerns final review of technical matters."
She pointed out that "after 46 meetings and more than 500 workshops, the issue of resolving the topic of the region remained, and among the proposals that were presented was what was stated in the text of the budget coming from the government represented by paragraphs {10 and 11} that concern the region, and the committee members had comments on Article 11."
She added, "There are alternatives being discussed within the political blocs, as a text arrived on Thursday, which the Finance Committee is studying to make a decision on it, as well as the sub-committee's submission of its report on reviewing the data that were submitted by the Kurdistan Regional Government and the additional data that it requested and is awaiting its receipt by Provincial government. "
Al-Tamimi pointed out, "The Kurdish side has already announced its approval of what is contained in the budget submitted by the government, which includes the delivery of 250 thousand barrels per day, as well as non-oil revenues, in return for payment of dues to the region by the federal government."
She also indicated, "the existence of a paragraph concerning the Iraqi Trade Bank, indicating that, according to its information, there are 4 billion dollars in the bank's branches in the region that had been disposed of through a decision by the former bank manager, and there are letters in this regard between the Finance Committee and the current bank manager to send the priorities of the matter."
And she added by saying that there are reports with the Ministry of Oil about different figures for the quantities produced in the region. The quantities delivered from the region must be determined precisely after deducting the quantities of local consumption so that the remainder will be delivered exclusively to the SOMO company or the federal government receives the file completely, including re-negotiation with the companies Oil. "
Al-Tamimi noted that this matter is currently being discussed and is waiting to be resolved within the next few days, in preparation for completing the draft budget and presenting it in Parliament and starting voting on its paragraphs. " LINK
Central Bank: Private Banks Have Started Granting A Loan Of 15 Million Dinars

The media office of the Central Bank stated, according to the official agency, that "private banks have started distributing a loan of 15 million dinars to employees whose salaries are domiciled in private banks by adopting the Master Cadre card."
He explained that "the instructions of the initiative are supposed to include government banks as well, and the decision is up to them to invest this initiative to provide services to the citizen employees with their salaries."

US Energy Announces An Increase In Iraqi Oil Exports During The Past Week

The administration indicated in a report that "the average US imports of crude oil during the past week from seven countries amounted to 5218 million barrels per day, up by 65 thousand barrels per day from the previous week, which amounted to 5154 million barrels per day."
She pointed out that "America imported crude oil from Iraq during the past week at a rate of 227 thousand barrels per day, up by 113 thousand barrels from the previous week, which amounted to 114 thousand barrels."
And she emphasized that "most of America's oil revenues during the past week came from Canada at a rate of 3.681 million barrels per day, followed by Mexico, whose imports amounted to 471 thousand barrels per day, followed by Colombia, from which imports amounted to 346 thousand barrels per day, then Saudi Arabia, with an average amount. 237 thousand barrels per day. "
She noted that "the amount of American imports of crude oil from Ecuador amounted to 186 thousand barrels per day, while the amount of imports from Nigeria reached a rate of 70 thousand barrels per day." LINK
Communications Is Looking To Implement The Electronic Transformation Project In The Ministry Of Labor

The ministry stated in a statement that the Euphrates News received a copy of it, that “based on the directives of the Minister of Communications, Arkan Al-Shaibani, regarding the need to accelerate the implementation of electronic transformation projects in ministries and government departments within the e-government projects, a working team of the Ministry of Communications with representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs headed by an undersecretary The ministry, Abeer Mahdi Hassan, held a meeting where representatives of the Ministry of Communications presented the ministry’s vision for the electronic transformation project of the aforementioned entity.
The Director of Information Services confirmed, "The meeting included extensive discussions to discuss work requirements in the project and determine priorities in its implementation by the committee formed in the Ministry of Labor, and it was also agreed that the priority in implementation would be for the Special Needs Care Authority."
He explained, "It was agreed to provide the Ministry of Communications team with the structure of the Ministry of Labor and the rest of its departments, and the necessity to hold other meetings to determine the rest of the requirements when they are received by the Ministerial Committee in the Ministry of Labor by other Ministry formations.
It is mentioned that "the government program included the necessity of shifting towards electronic work in the state's departments and institutions, reflecting the government's desire to make a qualitative leap in career work and provide distinguished services to citizens, by taking advantage of the technical capabilities possessed by the staff of the Ministry of Communications and private sector companies that support them.
