Judy Note: All sources were saying it's a go. The green light has been pushed, although waiting for one last stepping stone which was the Saint Germain Trust release – to be announced Mon. 5 April. The Saint Germain Trust has 100 zeros involved – a massive amount to be released. The Deep state was already out of the way.
Tier 4B was set to be notified Mon. morning 4, 5 April, with redemption/ exchanges to begin Tues. 6 April.
According to World Court orders, Tier 4B exchanges/ redemption would be paid out first. Early next week all other tiers would be paid out during the 72 hour Shotgun Release.
A source at the Pentagon: “Late Sunday 4 April, or Monday morning 5 April the emails are to be sent out for us to make appointments.”
Sometime Sun. 4 April to Tues. 6 April the Emergency Broadcast System would activate the new Starlink Communication System that would usher in Ten Days of Darkness.
Documentaries and information broadcasts on real and uncensored news would be played in three eight hour movie sessions per day (24 hours a day) on all TV networks worldwide. Expect the Biden Administration to go out, Trump to go in, a Stock Market crash, planes and trains to be grounded, Internet to go down and possible electricity outages. A temporary Martial Law would be enforced worldwide as a switchover was made to the new Telsa Free Energy system and we experienced a NESARA/ GESARA Debt Forgiveness Jubilee.
Anon: “About 9 am this morning Sun. 4 April I got a call from a friend who was on BYU-TV when the EBS announced it was doing a 10 min test and that a participant had requested it. She verified it and it linked up to FEMA. Several counties were mentioned in the test. Interesting. My thoughts are they are testing the new Starlink system.”
Sat. 17 April was Celebration Day as Zim redemption would be no more and foreign currency exchanges at the special rates would end with closure of Redemption Centers.
The general public will be able to exchange at the new International rates by Mon. 19 April and for the next six months.

DJ: DID YOU KNOW?
The term “QFS” (Quantum Financial System) has bandied around and accepted by most without an understanding of what it actually is or what it means.
Nikola Tesla said “if you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”.
To dive down the rabbit hole of understanding quantum theory and mechanics is beyond the capacity of most of us and would takes years of study just have a rudimentary understanding. Our concerns really boil down to its applications and the effect of those applications.
There is scarcely a subject that cannot be mathematically treated and the effects calculated or the results determined beforehand from the available theoretical and practical data.
With a sufficiently powered computer, one could break the encryption on nearly any coded message. But when you harness quantum principals to encode a message, it is rendered unreadable to all except its intended recipient. The basic idea behind quantum encryption, in the case of QFS, is a secure communication network.
Classic encryption has a problem in that encrypted messages can be stored until they can be successfully decrypted. A quantum cryptography protocol is unbreakable. You can’t read quantum data without changing it, and you can’t record the data and break it later.
The “observer effect” is a physical phenomenon when the act of observation changes the thing being observed. For example, when you measure the air pressure of a car’s tires you must remove a little air from the tire to get a reading. This is meaningful in physics because it is impossible to see something without light striking it fundamentally changing the object at a quantum level. The application of this effect is pertinent because of what it means to a financial system. If a message traveling over a quantum network is intercepted by a third party, the message instantly becomes useless and unreadable.
Quantum applications have been with us for decades and can be found in things like GPS, lasers, microchips and medical devises. Knowing how it works isn’t as important as knowing it works.
What has the most potential for quantum application and understanding is quantum consciousness.
Today most civilized countries of the world spend the bulk of their income on wars and a minimum amount on education. In the twenty-first century we are reversing this order where it will be more glorious to fight against ignorance than to die on the battlefield. With this global awareness what is now wanted is closer contact and a better understanding between individuals and communities all over the planet and the elimination of ego and pride which is always prone to plunge the world into barbarism and strife.
Peace can only come as a natural consequence of universal enlightenment and a merging of races. When it is understood we are all one and it is only egos, beliefs and fears that separate us.
(For a better understanding of quantum consciousness I would recommend watching “Superhuman” on Netflix if you have it. You will be amazed and expand your thinking at the possibilities. DJ
