Whales, Bond Holders and representatives from three different Chinese Elders families were presently in Reno (home of the new US Treasury) where they were holding ongoing meetings.
On Tues. 16 Nov. one such meeting that went into the wee hours of the morning, took place between some Chinese Elders and the Military, DOD and DOJ. Based on Paymaster reports from that meeting everyone was now waiting on a transfer of super funds from Dubi 1 and 2 into working capital with no restrictions on the 23 Master Accounts that could then send out funds on Fri.19 Nov.
Since Mon. 8 Nov. Historic Bonds have been paying out and would continue through the end of the month. Those who have received spendable monies were getting advancements from the banks. No one has been made liquid and would not likely be until Tier 4B (Us, the Internet Group) was notified to set redemption/ exchange appointments – that was predicted to happen on Wed. 24 Nov. right before the Thanksgiving Holiday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zRGlClb5fQ
On Sat. 13 Nov. 2021 Coach Wes Bastie wrote, “My sources included a 30 year Pentagon veteran, Contact on the top floor of the US Treasury, a General, an Admiral, plus a Contact at the Rodriguez Trust. They all reported their opinion of the Global Currency Reset as: “Not this week (ending Sat. 13 Nov), maybe next week and likely the one after that (the week of Wed. 24 Nov).”
US Debt Disaster: Fed Govt Unable to Pay Bills by mid-December, warns US Treasury sec. Janet Yellen. Yellen has written to Congress in a desperate bid to urge lawmakers to either raise or suspend the borrowing limit to avoid a potential recession describing the situation as “critical.”

Pimpy Article: "Demands to revaluate the dinar, the government responds" They accomplished what they wanted there's no doubt about it. Quote "...the economist said...the exchange rate of the dollar should be gradually reduced to thirteen hundred dinars while keeping an eye on the cash transactions..." ...I think in the beginning it's going to be small increments because they want to see how it affects the economy. So the increase went from 1190 dinars for every dollar to 1450 which isn't good. We don't want the number to get bigger we want it to get smaller. They're talking about meeting halfway to 1300 dinars. That might be more realistic. It might happen but I think this is what you're gonna see. Increments. Gradual increase. But a lot quicker than people think...
Bruce [via WiserNow] the big news ...is that Reno is a major hub of activity right now...there was a big Pow Wow – get together meeting between heads of state - and financial leaders from many, many countries – also our Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin was there – representative from... Iraq...and many other countries...we believe they are setting up the schedule...for the remainder of the groups that are to go – and we of course in tier 4B at least one banker is suggesting a 90 – 95 % chance of us receiving our notifications either [Wednesday] or Thursday...this thing is constantly moving - but the indication is very good – we know that things are rolling in Iraq – we know that they’ve got plenty of assets backing their gold and dinar (golden dinar – which is the term used for it)...We hope it’s this week...things are looking very good...
