Advisor To The Prime Minister: There Is No Supplementary Budget This Year

He believed that "Iraq, in light of the security and economic conditions in which it lives, needs to encourage local and foreign investment, but it needs an appropriate environment and a high degree of general stability."

He added, "The capital does not venture into investing in insecure areas. Therefore, the government's first duty is to provide an environment conducive to investment, create a state of stability, and make the priorities that society needs at the forefront of concerns in the field of investment."

Al-Shaddd pointed out that "the issue of energy appears within these priorities.
