Fayyad Clarifies The Targeting Of Diplomatic Missions And Strategic Dialogue

A New Security Agreement Between Baghdad And Erbil
The Kurdish leader and former member of the Iraqi parliament, Mahmoud Othman, confirmed today, Saturday, the Baghdad-Erbil agreement regarding the presence of security forces in the disputed areas.
