My previous intel was correct as that everything that was supposed to be paid before the 4B group has been done but there is no liquidity yet.
His church group for instance can see the money in their accounts but cannot touch it, same with his paymaster.
No one will get paid till 4B receives payment as we are all going together at the same time. The system was designed like that.

In regards to people in Asia getting paid that is not true as their accounts have been funded not spendable money. I must’ve misinterpreted Green Lantern post as I need to correct it as his English is not 100%.
I went back to check The Green Lantern’s post and I noticed that there was an extra message that said notifications will be posted starting from Tuesday going forward which was a mistake earlier from him.
The RV is definitely coming this week and so have faith and we must not use dates.
According to all intel and information that I have received it definitely looks like this is the week to have this done.

His biggest whale is closing tomorrow which is Monday the 13th September.
He said he thinks we will go on Tuesday to receive his blessing.
Isaac will be having a meeting with his bankers on Tuesday and see what he has for us and he is hopeful he will have good news.
The EBS signal is getting ready to launch and I’m hoping it’s before our appointments which I think it should be..
