The freshly printed lower-denomination notes are already warehoused, the 2027 Budget and the Cabinet slate locked into a Thursday finish, so the domestic legal chassis is fully welded shut;

Financial writer and precious metals expert Bill Holter (aka Mr. Gold) heard alarm bells ring when Judy Shelton, a top gold expert, was hired recently to be an advisor to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who is a top currency expert.
The national debt has exploded to $40 trillion with no sign of ever paying any of it back. Holter says, “President Trump said the quiet part out loud when he said earlier this month, ‘Certain levels of inflation will also pay off that debt very rapidly. Very rapidly.’ The whole idea is if you create inflation, you are cheapening the currency.

Iraq’s 2027 budget is written in IQD because that’s the endgame sovereign currency, gold-backed, revalued, black market eliminated.
But you don’t get there overnight. Right now Iraq still runs a dual-currency economy. USD circulates alongside IQD.
The black market exchange rate exists because there’s a gap between the official rate and the street rate. That gap is the problem.

Iraqi Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi is expected to conduct a Gulf tour next Wednesday, which will include Saudi Arabia, after which he will head to Kuwait.
An informed government source told Shafaq News Agency that Al-Zaidi will discuss with the Gulf states joint security and economic files, as well as the situation in the region and its impact on security and economic conditions, in addition to common issues at various levels.
