This is the first time in a long time where everyone is where they are supposed to be…..i am very encouraged by that. We are once more on the precipice or the cusp……

MZ: The white papers guys….as I dug further into the budget and what they have done….plus comments from others …it appears they are looking for a rate somewhere between $14-$16 dollars. This is very similar to what Shabibi told us years ago…and this is higher than I suspected. It certainly makes sense.
MZ: I have heard of more whales moving around all over the place and I even have heard that some whales are exchanging now……they are basically doing a swap early to receive a lower amount. Hearing at a little over a dollar……still trying t verify this …if this is indeed going on- banks are fleecing them. The rate should be considerably higher then that…..especially what we are hearing from Iraq. .

Member: I heard.dong may rv in February….any new rates on dong?
MZ: I am still hearing a street rate of .47 cents to .50 cents and a contract rate of over $2….they believe the street rate will quickly rise to that level.
Member: Have you heard that the Indonisia Rupiah will be the same as the dong rate?
MZ: I have heard is will be similar. I hear it will come out somewhere in the $1.70-to $1.90 range. I am hearing somewhere in the $2.20 range for Venezuela….
MZ: We will not know the exact value or rates until we get to the exchanges.
Member: Does your CMKX contact knows who will pull the trigger?
MZ: The same person who pulls the trigger for CMKX pulls the trigger for everything….The international settlements all go out at the same time as the reset…..this was explained to me by somebody at the top of the food chain.
Member: 1 to1 on 1st 200 Trillion on ZIM then 35 to 50 cents on anything over 200 Trillion that you hold.
MZ: I heard Bluwolf of someone may have said that…I cannot wrap my mind around that..…I am still hearing $36 to $40 million per hundred T note….

In news articles they are talking about the need for a higher value for their currency in order to meet the requirements of their new budget. They are clearly preparing people for this and for the lower denominations and how their Qi cards work.

MZ: What timeframe/window are you hearing for the RV?
MC: The window is anytime. We are looking at the first financial quarter of the year. This is what the Chinese families have been trying to do for decades. I think the window is any time….I would look for it at any moment. …The timeframe that was always given to me was Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun…...
MC: Saturday night is when all the banks shut down worldwide for at least an hour to redo their books for going into Monday’s business……..
MZ: We have always been told the ideal window was a Saturday Night between 11 pm est to 2-3 AM est…This is the ideal time because of the lack of numbers going through the financial system. It’s a guiet time and the easiest time to flag any nefarious things going on….We have always been looking at this timeframe. Yes they could do it other times….but Saturday night is the one that makes the most sense.
MC: Interpol told me that it could be done anyday…but that the logical time was the beginning of the month…the first quarter on a Thurs, Fri, Sat or Sun.
MZ: With the QDS system they do have more flexibility then they had before.

What did the Comptroller do yesterday to revalue the dollar?

MZ: I am still hearing a street rate .47 to .50 cents and it will be allowed to float up. The contract rate is expected to be in the low $2 dollars. Hopefully this is accurate.
MZ: We are not going to know the actual rates until we get there. Some rates are being re-negotiated up until the very last moment.
Member: Zorra of hollowearth said that the Zim is going to be 1 to 1 for humanitarian projecrts and the rates anyway are vvery good
Member: don't stress about Zim or other currencies. all good. There are people that want you to get upset and throw it away. Relax. Breathe. Not if, just when.

ISAAC Jan 22 I had lots of calls and all points out to start Monday Tuesday. Talked to hsbc , my big buyers big whales . But all of them told me must start something either German bonds , agricultural zim bonds or dragons. MZ: Yes….they have been talking about the gold-backed ruble now…..they threatened to almost 2 years ago but decided to wait for the rest of the world.…..they have been aggregating gold since 2008. China has as well.

MZ: I am told probably the earliest we will have news on the RV front will be late tomorrow or Thursday as the dust starts to settle from whatever is going to happen….we do not know what to expect…..but it will be a show. .

MZ: That is what I was told….maybe we are? Maybe we are going to see massive disclosure today…..maybe see somebody get arrested…I don’t know. I still think we are right in the middle of it. The process may take up to a few months to finish……
MZ: My same sources that told me they expected it to kick off on or before the 19th are still saying we are in that same window….within a day or two of it……some of these sources are military, many of them are in banking and some are elected officials in DC.

MZ: I think that tells us how close we are. They see the writing on the wall and know folks are being rounded up. They also know we are on the precipice of an implosion financially. No one wants to be the one left holding the bag……hot potato……they are running for the hills
