MZ: Very quiet in Hong Kong and Zurich… All eyes are on this evening and overnight tonight. They have expectations for the ability to start moving funds tomorrow. All eyes will be on the West Coast of the US this evening based on what I am hearing.

MZ: So big expectations all around the banking world for tonight…in Europe, Zurich, Hong Kong . London, S. Africa. All are looking for something to happen this evening to find out if they can or can’t release any funds tomorrow.

MZ:  I have been unable to reach my in country Iraqi contacts. My main contact who is a contractor may be traveling or out of country right now.

Member:  I received another confirmation from someone who was contacted to verify their PP contact information! WOOHOO

MZ: That is another big one….Yes at this point we have verified a number of people that have prosperity programs that have been asked to update their contact information. This has been happening over the last 5 days or so. So IMO something is brewing out there.

MZ: No news on CMKX or settlements yet….all are just sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for that shoe to drop.

Member:  I’m hearing a lot on chatter that tomorrow may be our day.

Member:  My bank didn't answered the phone all week last week.

Member:  IS THE QFS PART OF THE REDEMPTION PROCESS?

MZ: Yes it is.  It had to be in place before we had redemptions.

Q: Does this mean we will go tomorrow?

MZ: I wish I could tell you conclusively….most of my banking contacts believe that yes tomorrow will be the day we get announcements and 800 numbers or secure sites to set up appointmens . ….We are daggone close.

MZ: We have not seen much disclosure or arrests this weekend like I thought we would see.

MZ: In other news there is all kinds of metal manipulation happening. Not a lot of paper movement but a big demand for physical delivery at the end of their contracts. People want to protect themselves. .

MZ: One of the magic things we are looking for at the end, and was told would  happen in the last few days before a reset is you would see the bond yield hit the deathtrap….a sideways V ….and we saw that happen Friday as bond rates and yields took a serious nosedive. That was a big one I had been waiting for and finally saw it in Friday’s markets.   That was a big one for me as I look for the reset to start moving….i was told by 3 or 4 of the most connected bankers in the world to watch for this one. That this is what we would see right before the implosion. Right before the reset.  

Member:  Its going to be a very quick adjustment after the bonds hit bottom. The revalued currencies will HAVE TO pick up the slack

Q: Anyone have any news on whether we have to sign an NDA?

Member:  NDA will be required to stop any dialogues about RATES. All purchases will be tracked for a year. Keep quiet, not call attention to yourself for safety. You are advised to move if you buy a new house

Member:  On Exchange/Redemption: Sign NDA. Ensure ALL accounts have a POD. Get an official aClean and Clear doc from bank. IF you plan to move funds to separate banks AFTER, set up NON- Interest accts initially

MZ: Be very careful what you say do not talk where anyone could overhear you after signing an NDA. Do not talk about it on any listening device like a cell phone …It will not be worth risking it all after everything we have been through.

MZ: Well, In Hong Kong and Europe so far people are still sitting on the edge of their seats with no movement yet……..interested to see what happens when the West Coast opens today…..

MZ: There was a tremendous amount of expectation last night going into this weekend to see some kind of movement. None out of Hong Kong and Europe yet…I was unable to touch base with middle Eastern contacts yet…..no response.

MZ: I don’t think tier 3 started last night- I think I would have heard if it had…When I check in with the West Coast and if they have….I will send out a tweet. If we havn’t started, I will see you all Monday morning to try to figure out where we are at.

MZ: With such big expectations for this weekend….hopefully we won’t be let down again.

Member:  I saw a note today that said someone in London at HSBC had a SKR funded to the tune of 43.000,000 USD.....supposedly a test run of a few select people...

Member:  I know someone who received a call to verify contact information for Prosperity Pkg. Around 60 other members of her group were also contacted over the past few days.

MZ: that is huge!

Member:  Folk have already started their paperwork though, from the top tiers….. The top tiers have been doing their paperwork with the banks for the past few weeks.

Member:  of course there is tremendous expectations going into the weekend. It's a US holiday and it happens every year for over a decade.

MZ: It’s always been a “when” not an “if” so buckle up…we are watching it roll out.

Member:  It has to happen soon- the fiat dollar is going down….

MZ: yes it is and its going down fast

MZ: I don’t know about 10 days of darkness, but a number of banks have scheduled closings and down times for online access over the next 7-8 days or so….there is a lot to watch.

Member:  Bruce at the big call said rv delayed and going on Tuesday now.

Member:  Bruce at the big call last night said all the tiers will go during the weekend, and come Tuesday is 4B.

Member:  Tony stated that the rates are great...much better than expected

Member:  According to Kent Dunn, who is already on a NDA, STATED THAT THE RATES ARE VERY GOOD AND THE QFS WAS SETUP FROM THE 1st September.

Mr. C: I want to commend Charlie Ward for the video he put out on Sept 2 on the Quantum financial System. This information is not available anywhere in the US…I have tried to find it. But its not anywhere. Google redirects me everywhere.

Mr. C: This is all based on the Cross Border Interbank Payment System. CIPS. Inside CIPS is the QFS. CIPS is an Artificial intelligence Private network. A Virtual Private Network. A QFS3D smartphone and digital currencies.

Mr. C: It provides a pristine, clean integrity in the movement of money/funds from central banking to destination accounts. We are going from banking to destination accounts….very, very big. It will cover a new global network for transfer of asset backed funds and will replace the US Centrally controlled Swift System.

Mr. C:  This has not fully happened yet, but it will protect all parties from corruption, usary, and manipulation within the banking system that currently is happening. It will assure the banks are monitored and protected within the agreed upon contractual obligations with regard to the transfer of funds… . 

Mr. C: Now this is what was advocated in the Gold Treaty. This is completely independent from the existing Central Banking System. It makes all other transfer systems obsolete.

Mr. C: This is not a crypto currency. It is a system based on an Asset backed, digital currency. This security basis is based on a phototonic technology that does 3.5 trillion frames (not bytes) per second…

Mr. C: This replaces the dynamic routing system that we currently have. It’s a true, physical GPS authentication between the sender and the receiver.

Mr. C: The AI that controls this will control the transfers and independently controls the Global network. The AI program will handle instant settlements. Real time in seconds……AI assigns a digital number to each fiat dollar, fiat Euro and fiat yen (yuan) that currently exists in every bank account all over the world. 

Mr. C: The digital numbers are monitored in real time. The physical GPS location between the sender and receiver will be set up to provide an unbreakable security in regard to who sent it and who received it.

Mr. C: This is very important. The sovereign currency of the US , The Republic of the US is the USN. The united States Note. This is in the Gold Treaty and also given to me by Interpol back in 2014.

Mr. C: AI will be applied across the QFS. It will work with the CIPS system in regards to language processing across the entire user base….Which means the entire account-holding base around the world…Everybody is on it.  One base..It will facilitate the adaptation and will evolve over time by recognizing the new behavior and recommending appropriate banking responces. .   

Mr. C: You will actually be able to do your banking on your own phone within this self-contained system. You can do your banking on desktop, mobile or hand held.

Mr. C:  The AI Exchange : The asset chain collection or ACC is a distributive general ledger . This new system will provide breakdowns inside the asset chain collection to maintain custody and control of that information. Asset standard tokens inside the ACC that will interchange between your currency which is the USN to the SDR which is the Special Drawing Rights accounts that were developed under Bretton Woods.

Mr. C: Example: You take $10 of a USN to buy something in Russia. It will go from a $10 USN to a $10 SDR to a $10 Russian Ruble. This allows you to purchase all around the world.  We are talking about parity of all currencies and this is how they will do it.

Mr. C: The CIPS virtual currency will be based around the QFS VPN and will be used for the purchase of goods and services all around the world. There will be 100 million coins minted in gold. There will be 100 million coins minted in silver. Once minted there will never be more or fewer in existence. This is all around the world.

Mr. C: Each CIPS coin has a virtual counterpart. So there is a real life coin and a duplicate in the system which will keep track of it at all times. Each coin has a barcode for ownership and a GPS tracking code on the coin. This is gold backed Basel 3, 4, 5 coin. Under the US system it is called a GSM. A Gold/Silver measure.

Mr. C: This whole process is on the you tube video (see below) on charts that have officially come from the QFS. This is not made up and totally compliant with what I have been talking about with the Gold Treaty.

Mr. C: There is no actual person in charge of this system, It is Artificial intelligence.  There will always be transparancy the pristine, clean integrity of all transactions.  .

Mr. C: IMPORTANT:  When you go to your exchange you will be asked to set up your own new security ID and new account. This new security ID will immediately debit your old fiat accounts at your bank and credit your new QFS account with the Asset backed funds on a 1 to 1 basis. . . This is not exchange ratios…this is about your old US federal fiat dollars going into new asset backed funds….the USN’s.  

Mr. C:  You will be prompted to go to the next window (it’s all on a computer) and your existing funds will show as an Asset backed funds as well as a ledger balance of asset backed funds. .

Mr. C: Example: So if you have $100 in your old fiat bank account it will show you now have $100 in your new QFS system account .

Mr. C: IMPORTANT: There will be no co-mingling of fiat and asset backed funds. . The QFS is running but not operational and will not until I enter the codes for the new gold backed currency

Mr. C: This new system is totally secure and totally under your control. No other person can access your accounts and no banks. Banks will no longer be in control.

Mr. C: The QFS ends all corruption which now exists..The QFS covers the worlds transfer of Asset backed funds and works via 24 GPS orbiting sattelites protected ty the new US Space Force. The new QFS headquarters is Switch, Las Vegas. That’s very interesting. We had always been told the new Treasury headquarters would be Reno. It would no longer be in DC surrounded by all the rats.

Mr. C: In the Reno/Las Vegas area there are 3 large military bases protecting the area. There were going to be and probably now are 56 data center units in the US and there are 192 data centers planned for the world. Ultimately there will be a USN uptimate cloud system.

Mr. C: The Heritage funds are involved and the US Treasury.

Mr. C: The GCR will be within the QFS System . It will use a specific quantitative formula to establish the amount of currency available in any country that is gold backed by the QFS. The formula will establish a fair value based on the countries assets. The price of gold will become irrelevant once this is all complete.

Mr. C: Included in the formula are in-ground assets, it’s population as an asset, and other parameters. This formula will apply to each country so they can be on par with one another.

Mr. C: This is the Global Currency Reset. All currencies will reset at the same time.

MZ: You have always said we revalue then we reset (We exchange when currencies revalue into fiat – then we exchange our fiat into the QFS Gold backed system)

Mr.C: There will be no baskets.  All currencies go at the same time. In one shot…it has to. No fiat currencies will exist in the QFS. This formula is already in existence.

Mr. C: That’s why the rats are fighting this so hard….Once this is all in place they can no longer steal from the public , they can no longer do financial scams, or Ponzi schemes or sell drugs…..There will be no corruption period.

Mr.C: Any country not Gesara compiant will be left out of the QFS and eventually left out of all international trade.

Mr.C: This video recaps everything I have been saying for years from Interpol, the White Dragon and sources and am very pleased that Charlie ward has posted this tool to help you all understand this all. Be sure t download and watch it. It gives you a good idea on whats going on and what we are looking for.

Mr.C: I still think we will have martial law and arrests and this whole thing starts after the elections so the rats cannot interfere. It just makes sense to me.  .

Mr. C.: Also want to recap the Gold Treaty that was signed on Mar. 21, 2013. In these protocals it advocates and commands that the team visits me with the codes to release the gold for the New Republic Treasury of the united States. At that moment all fiat currencies go to zero . We will have a turn in time of 30-60 days at 1 to 1. Also all derivatives will go away...completely wiped away.

Mr.C: At this point we will go into a worldwide debt jubilee. . The treaty itself will provide the gold bullion that will back all the currencies of the world for parity of currencies…with no more petro dollars.

Mr.C: The gold will not be released until the US Corporation is dead. This also happens immediately when I submit the codes. .

MZ: Not really expecting any news until overnight tonight…..just big anticipation that tonight starts the rollout somewhere between 11pm and 2 AM. …..

MZ: I assume what we will see first is sovereigns start to move and possibly 4a skr’s, ministry groups….stuff like that. Then settlements. Hopefully we will have solid news by tomorrow morning.

MZ: Reno is still anticipating as well..……

Member: Charlie Ward said yesterday he got notified by USA bank 10 day bank blackout starts 9/4...

MZ: I am hearing a lot of chatter…but cannot prove if Swift is dead yet or not…..I have been chasing bankers trying to prove or disprove info about the swift system…almost all of them –conclusively say that yes- they are upgrading their system for “near instant” transfers. They see the changes coming.

MZ: Part of them have updated now- part of them havn’t but I do not believe swift is totally dead yet. No banker will tell me that “yes it’s dead” only that it is ending in Sept, and everyone will be on new system for interbank transfers and country to country transfers now..

Member:  They’re saying swift running on about 10%....but QFS is handling monetary transactions now.

MZ: I think more and more will be moving to the new backbone and out of regular swift….

Member:  Department of Retirement System document tells employee NO transaction Between 4 Sept to 21 Sept, might want to consider alt dates for retirement plans.

Member:  Question, Would they have ever rolled out the RV and funded our accounts without the QFS. Swift was not secure.

Member:  we have been waiting for so long for the RV, but looking back on it now, they would have never rolled out the RV and funded our accounts until the QFS was active and they knew it was actually secure.

Member:  Bank blackout means we have no access to our money for a period of time. No worries...gold standard will be up and running afterwards.

Member:  ​Q mentioned the 10 days of darkness so EVIL can be picked up behind the scenes that keeps us safe. Should stay in as often as possible during this time so as not get in the way. Stay away from cities.

That’s what I am hearing. I hope its accurate…..

MZ: Almost all my contacts politically around the globe are still believing we will have a new currency system on Oct 1st. So September needs to start getting busy if we all are to get in there and make this system liquid.

Q: Any news about Canada?

MZ: They have great expectations for this weekend as well.

Member:  We are being told the links for the 800#’s will be out between now and 4 PM tomorrow. Any validity?

MZ: I am not hearing that from my bankers….I am hearing about 24 hours behind that…..hopefully by Friday morning chat we have lovely news.

Q: What currencies do you expect to be in the first basket?

MZ: I am hearing almost all currencies will be in the first basket…and that they will allow those not ready or trailing to float up to their values over the next few months . The big ones we will see in the first basket are the dong, dinar, Zim and rupiah.

Member: Frank26 referenced that the Iraq would revalue on the 19th of September.

MZ: That would not be unusual for tier 3 to start on sept 3rd or so and then the big reval …we do not know for sure how it will roll out……we assume  it will be a shotgun start so no one can take advantage …but it could roll out differently then we thought….they could freeze international rates and values…they could roll it out over a week or two weeks….we just do not know.

Member: I am hearing we will only get default packages offered..no negotiated rates.

MZ: I hear that they will be offered but it will be up to you if you take it on the Zim only…….I am not hearing this for any other currency….just the zim.

Member: Do you think that people will be flooding the redemption centers without appointments since we have had to wait so long?

MZ: I don’t think that will be an issue just because of the number of centers they have set up. They are planning on processing us all within days. Think about how large the banking system is around the world….it should not be a problem. They do not want anyone to know where the exchange centers are yet…until they make appointments…..if they did what you are worried about would happen in a heartbeat. It would be a nightmare….people would be banging on the door demanding to exchange…….

MZ: My sources still expect tier 3 to start on Thursday. And for this to be a busy weekend with tier 3. They expect our shotgun start to happen post Labor Day at the start of the banking week.

MZ: Still waiting for updates from Iraq and Dubai today. Hopefuly they are hearing the same things.

MZ: it’s almost spooky that I am hearing the same story out of Asia, Europe and all around the globe right now on timing…..This has me a little nervous that to many people agree on the timing…and things appear to be positioning this way as well…...

Member: I think it really would surprise all of us if they actually did it for once.

MZ: You bring up a good point..lol.  They have got us prepared for so many weekends that they no longer have to be in stealth mode.

Member:  Kuwait said not going to do it for four months and literally did it FOUR HOURS later...

Member: 100% of past resets happened in April or September. This may be the September we are waiting for.

MZ: It’s sure looking like it.

MZ: We have always been expecting it to happen between 11 pm and 2 am based on US Eastern time. That has always been the plan we were told.

Member:  I think the 800#s will just show up unannounced and catch us all with surprise. Get ready with your humanitarian hearts and start looking over your action plans. POTUS needs us to bless the country

I believe the QFS in in place and we will see it when we get the actual reset.  IMO it’s not fully done though

Member:  The end of the cabal SWIFT financial system midnight last night August 31, Hallelujah!!!

Member:  I heard 95% Zimbabwe uses crypto for salaries and stimulus already

Member:  POTUS is letting the Fed implode... will soon usher in new sound monetary system backed by Gold...

MZ: in the old banking system Mondays were a settlement day…..then of course nobody (the bankers)  wants to do a lot of banking on Fridays going into the weekend….but with the new banking system I don’t think that will matter anymore….it could be anyday. IMO

MZ: I agree about shutdown number 2…..even though the CDC has announced that only 6 percent of recorded deaths were actually from Covid 19

MZ: it could take that long for things to filter through…but that does not mean that all of us have not already hit the banks and have dollars by that time. This will be a process…maybe a couple of weeks from beginning to end.

MZ: I am getting a lot of static from government sources about the impending change of the financial system which does make me very calm…..I don’t know the exact timing….i hear things will start this Thursday…we will start seeing the skr’s and large mission groups…..the end of tier 3…..then it will progress from there. I think we are really close…especially after hearing from all my government sources.

MZ: So Thursday things should kick off with the sovereign nations like the Indian nations , global settlements, skrs and all that……

MZ: I have always said this is a “when” not an “if”. They will reset our currencies. It has to happen. It has always happened with fiat……kicking the can any more would defy all laws of economics…..I’m not worried about one it bit ..

MZ: The news is still solid and we still have people sitting in Europe waiting to redeem their bonds. No money movement yet as they sit at the table prepared and waiting..

MZ: The news is painfully quiet out of banking centers right now. Banking folks in Europe are still hopeful they will see bond redemptions this week.

MZ: Quiet on the currency side of things but they are confident a schedule has been setand we are waiting for that to play out.  We do not know what that schedule is.

MA: I am told they have a set schedule now and its rolling out quickly. They are really leaning on banking folks to stay quiet.

MZ: I believe the soup is in the pot and cooking right now.

MZ:  Still quiet from the banking centers and paymasters. ….I did speak with a bond holder in Europe who is still expecting bonds to redeem this week.

MZ:  I spoke with a very good government contact who told me that “this schedule is very much set” and there is a lot of pressure on to be very quiet.

Member:  bankers are under NDAs to keep their jobs

MZ: At this point I believe the schedule is set and it’s rolling out. I am looking for bonds to go first and then we will have an idea on timing. I believe everything will be in place by Oct 1st.

MZ: More and more of my worldwide contacts believe we will have all of our new drawing rights, new currencies, new financial world all in place by Oct. 1st…….so, for that to happen things have got to start cooking …I believe over the next week or two we have to start seeing activity. That’s what I think as we watch this thing unfold.

Member:  The way I heard Charlie Ward say it is that the QFS starts Sept. 1 but it won’t be announced until around Sept 15.

Member:  if the new currency comes out Oct 1st then must we redeem no later then 9-15?

Member:  08/25/20, 8+2+5+2=17, Q Day for RV

Member:  September 31st is end of Fiscal year for most countries!!

Member: It makes sense to start a new fiscal year on Oct 1st with the new currency and the new financial system…..

Member:  I heard that there won't be any 800 numbers. and we'll all be going together at the same time

Member: Frank, Pimpy and Santa Surfing say no 800 numbers? Whats up with that?

MZ: Many people are afraid there won’t be 800 numbers…..I am told there will be and we will receive those via a secure link. This comes from high up banking contacts. And there will be instructions on how to exchange….I am not a bit worried. I have complete and total faith there will be a secure link and/or 800 numbers.   I have been told this over and over by well connected people and people who have help set up redemption centers…...

Member:  majority of banks already have 800 numbers

Member:  How would you take 100s of thousands of calls for appointments without an 800# call center?

Member:  Remember people there are many good people with misconceptions or have received misinformation. Hate the information not the person.

Member:  Mark, I Understand that there was a lot of things that had to be done and agreed on for the RV and that we are very very close. But I would think by now they would have their ducks in a row...

Member:  A lot more still needs to be accomplished. Arrests. Great awakening. Gold standard. Currency Reset.

Member:  Tony stated that more folk were contacted over the weekend and attended their exchange meetings yesterday with the banks. Not liquid yet.

Member:  Tony also stated that more banks are being included for exchange

Member:  one of my mil contacts is back in country… he came back for the RV… 1 month leave… he has 21m dong

Q: Are we going to be able to buy currency in the second or third basket….

MZ: I am told it all goes into the first basket but a number of currencies will be allowed to free float over time …..So I am planning on investing after the first basket….I still like Mongolia and the central Africa cifas/currencies….

Member:  Trump says 3rd quarter will be great, 4th quarter even better and next year fabulous. Has to do with us seeding funds/projects into US economy, post- RV. Humanitarian is part of Nesara guidelines

MZ:  It was quiet this weekend at banking centers in Zurich, Hong Kong, London, Reno. I did speak with a contact out of Zurich who is still expecting bonds to go this week.

MZ: My currency people are now looking at the long Labor Day weekend………..So my fingers are crossed for then

Member:  Charlie Ward said RV by Sept 1st time will tell!

Member:  MR. Ward said "QFS" on September 1 NOT RV !

Member:  QFS fully operational Sept 1st, this is big!’n. Go to Federal Reserve. Gov and you will see the announcement.

Member:  Tony stated that he knows folk that exchanged Dinar,Dong and Zim but not liquid yet

Member:  Charlie Ward JUST said that Sept 15th is the magic day. I'm thinking that's the date for the public...

MZ: that makes sense based on the chatter I am hearing.

Member:  Charlie says the date (sept 15th) is on the government website

Member:  Fed fiscal year is also Oct 1

MZ: Yes it is……..

MZ: I did speak to “metals” investors and they still think the entire world will be up and running (gold standard?) on Oct. 1st. If true then Charlie Ward may be right. They have to let us exchange and be done with us before its rolled out for the entire world.

MZ: We are about 5 weeks from that Oct. 1st date……on this date financial experts from all over the world are looking for a new monetary system. A whole lot has to happen by then……

Member:  It is time for the RV and stop kicking it down the road.

MZ: Mr. C still thinks Nov…I think the latest is Oct. 1st but looking for it sooner than that. My opinion is they need us to go in and exchange before Oct. 1st.

Q: Can anyone confirm that any tiers have been completed?

MZ: I spoke to contacts in the indian Nations this weekend and I can tell you that Tier 3 is not complete. If tier 3 was complete they would have received their funds. Some of the elders from the indian Nations watch our stream.

Member:  Trump said he was going to improve the PEDIGREE of the US Dollar

Member:  Hi Mark, I saw in the news debt forgiveness in Middle east

Member:  The central bank in Egypt drops the accumulated debt of 10B on 940 thousand bank customers

Member:  I heard for Iraq to be sovereign they have to have a rate on their dinar...

Q: do you believe we can have our exchanges all done before the GCR?

MZ: I do….We were always told that they wanted everything done within a one month period …including getting new dollars out so that they can remove all the old dollars that should no longer be in the market….so yes…I think it can be done within a month.   So imo do not drag your feet but get in quickly to your exchange.

Q: Why do they keep pushing “Humanity projects “ on us? 

MZ: One it’s the right thing to do….but also my guess is so that we don’t push hyper-inflation on them. If we were to put a chunk of our funds into long-term humanitarian projects …we will help our economy long term instead of a quick flash where liquidity runs rampant for a bit and then nothing…….So I believe its for long term liquidity and not just short term. Also humanitarian projects will implove infrastructure all around the world. Water, Jobs, Housing, and more………

Q: Do you think the Zim rate will be 1 to 1?

MZ: I do not hink that……that makes no sense to me……but I do believe the Zim is real and we will get a good rate  .
