MZ: I still have a ministry group who is looking for tomorrow to be a big day…..the Iraqi contingent is here now so there is a lot of chatter about the possibility of tomorrow.  I hope that is correct.

MZ: We still have Japanese and Australia sources looking squarely at October 1st. The banking centers have been gagged……and that is probably a good thing…..noone there is talking.

Member: Last night Isaac said he was waiting for confirmations today

MZ: I am looking for today and tomorrow being big days. Hopefully we will get some news…..I am tired of nothing-burgers.

Member:  The Iraq Finance Minister was in DC meeting with US Treasury Secretary Mnuchin on Tues. 18 Aug. and Wed. 19 Aug. He was flying home Thurs. 20 Aug.

Member:  30 min ago Mike Pompeo in a briefing with the Prime Minister of Iraq said, the US is behind them to get in the international economy.

Member:  Any cmkx news?

MZ: They have refigured our fines and penalties a week and a half ago…..but really no news since then.

Member:  Charlie Ward says Sept. 1 is the start of the new Banking System!

Member:  QFS is running side by side with swift until Aug 31st!!!

Member:  Good morning all. Sounds like we are getting VERY close. Church groups are supposed to start today. 4A-4B supposed to go by this weekend.

Member:  lots of arrests and resignations Globally, part of Global Transition.

MZ: As we watch the news it is becoming more and more of a thing…….lots of talk about it…..may be a diversion of some sort.

Member:  BlockChain thru Quantum Computing is NESARA complient!!

MZ: Think of the cost saving….wonder why we havn’t already had this for voting? ……

Member: the USPS patent for blockchain happened before covid

MZ: Yes….it was first applied for in Feb 2019……then updated in Feb 2020.

Member:  blockchain voting by the post office using records from the stimulus money

Member:  I feel like gold and silver market is spring loaded to take off. IMO

Member:  The craziness leads me to believe we are supper close. The closer we get the crazier it will get. I’m going with Charlie Ward Sept 1st after the QFS is up and running and replaces the swift system.

Q: How many bank accounts can we open at our exchange>

MZ: I am told that at our exchange they will open one account as a clearing account….then they will direct you to a private banker….At the actual exchange they just want to get it in, make sure you are not a terrorist and move on……at the second apt you can open as many accounts as you want and move funds around….that is how I was told it would work. . .

Q: How will the 800 number work?

MZ: I am told we will get an email or a link to click , we will put in where we are at and that will generate a 800 number based on where you are at. This makes sense….if there was just one number it could overload the system as we all tried to call it.  

Q: What are you hearing about the next round of stimulus?

MZ: I am hearing we may get a surprise announcement tomorrow about that.

MZ: The only thing I have heard is from a ministry group who expects funding by or on Thursday. I was hoping banking centers would give us more news yesterday but they are still being very tight-lipped. I take that as an excellent sign.

Member:  good morning Markz, what is your thoughts about America will introduce a new system which is Digital Currency ?

MZ: That is what we are expecting..We are expecting a digital currency backed by assets.

Member:  how would a digital currency effect the % of the population that uses cash exclusively? those who don't have a bank account or savings/ can't get credit or debit card?

MZ: I am told there will still be a physical representation of it….we will still have bills that will be a combination of linen and polymer. So even though most of our transactions are done digitally- we will still have cash.

Member: Charlie Ward says XRP will be gold backed

MZ: Something is going on with XRP…..they have refused to make it decentralized…..noone in the crypto world can figure out why they are holding out on this one…..that may be what we are waiting on.

MZ: Yes paymasters were expecting funding on Sunday night. I am hoping we get updates this afternoon. But it looks like this weekend was a “no go”

MZ: I think they may be stalling until later in this week or early next week. Just my guess because of what little happened in the banking world last weekend.

6/ All of this is being played out by the MSM right now on all sides. All sides. Every national story you are currently watching this year is completely fake. “The War is Real. The News is Fake.”

7/ Many Qanons feel that the “War is Real” means that the war is happening right now, and Trump and the Military are behind the scenes doing battle.

Guess what? It’s not happening right now. It’s already over. It’s already over. They’ve already won. The Patriots have.

8/ What we are watching with Q is a Mass Military Operation to wake up the entire country from Mind Control. The operation isn’t to arrest, convict, take over the Deep State. The Deep State lost when Trump won. They already lost.

9/ What we’re watching is the “Fake News” tell us the story in order to wake people up slowly, to prevent hysteria, to prevent chaos, to prevent mainly (denial).

16/ You are watching a big budget Hollywood movie play out in real time. What you need to start to do is put the pieces together like a film script. You really have to do that. Think Spielberg. “Symbolism will be their downfall.” Think Summer Popcorn movie.

Basically, what the Q team (Patriots) have done is:

Use a Hollywood movie Blockbuster feel, Hero’s Journey storyline, and The Odyssey (JFK Jr’s Return) to wake people up over a three year period.

First direction:

By the time Q starts (October 28th, 2017) all the major players behind the scenes know the War (WW III of the information variety)

However, some will say, Why doesn’t Trump and his guys, at that point, come out and just say everything that the Deep State has been doing: the mind control,child trafficking, the central banks, Obamagate, & the destruction of America?

The vast majority of Americans and people around the world would consider Trump to be crazy, and there would be wide support for immediate impeachment.
He would be laughed out of office by all.

24/ NO ONE (except a skeptical few) would be woken up! People would still be under mind control (everyone, yes even you.) You may still be reading this, but you have to understand that this is VAST. The entire MSM/Fake News is currently showing you a daily scripted show.

25/ That’s why TRUMP is perfect for the “ROLE” of President. He is the PRESIDENT, but he’s also ACTING as the president. Think…what did Trump do before? REALITY TV. Also TABLOIDS. Played around with SNL and PRO WRESTLING. He knows how the story works.

26/ Trump is doing a dark to light turn. He’s going from the BAD GUY to the GOOD GUY. The DEEP STATE, OBAMA, Hillary are going from the GOOD GUYS to the BAD GUYS. He’s doing the opposite of a “heel turn” in wrestling.

27/ Trump will eventually become our hero in the movie.
He will be a SUPER GENIUS, GREATEST ACTOR, GREATEST PRESIDENT, and GREATEST AMERICAN of all time. He will take over Mt. Rushmore.

28/ This is why this year has been sooooo bizarre! We are entering the CLIMAX of the MOVIE. All the characters are known, the plots are in order, the rising action is happening, and we have our popcorn and our seats. WE ARE LITERALLY watching the most AMAZING
blockbuster movie..

MZ: That is the rumors……the chatter I am hearing out of DC is it will be approved this week. I guess since its election season they are terrified of not passing it and nt getting re-elected?

Q:  Why can't the President use the Defense Production Act to get the $$$ to the People??

Member:  Trump said go by Friday if Democrats don't come to the table and agreed on a stimulus package.

Member:  Trump said he's considering executive action if no deal by Friday

MZ: There are things he can do to send shockwaves through the financial community

Q: Any change in rates?

MZ: No change in rate rumors lately. Still hearing .45-.50 cents street rate on the Dong with a contract rate at $2+. And for the Dinar still hearing between $3.70 to $3.90 for a street rate and the contract rate at $8+. 

Member:  TROLLED 5 BANK MANAGERS ON THE QFS. They acknowledge it, but say they cannot comment on it!

Member L:  Hey Mark, my bank teller said yesterday they delay in a simple deposit was due to their new system - I asked about the QFS and she confirmed it and apologized! Called back to talk about exchanges !!!

Q: what happened when you called back?

Member L:  she was asking if I banked with anyone else and I mentioned WF and HBSC - she was trying to make SURE I stayed with them - Local credit union…. She said they would be able to handle the exchanges at a ‘later time’…. I was doing a happy dance all day yesterday lol…. I even specified a Global Currency Reset and she confirmed it!!!

MZ: That’s almost the same conversation I had with my local banker a couple weeks ago who reached out to me…..I am so excited to hear this from the local level. Folks are starting to wake up.

Member:  My neighbor is a bank manager, they’ve transitioned to QFS in July, and have accepted the new coins which were delivered quietly. Rainbow currency coming. We’ll have a year to exchange old $ 1:1 value

MZ: I can guarantee you she would not be in favor of the GCR- she would no longer be able to deficit spend.

Member:  The Transition is continuing GLOBALLY. I been reading that by October the RESET will Occur.

MZ: It was my understanding he was supposed to arrive late Tues/early Wed. I have not been able to find anything on it.

Member:  What I’m told we’re waiting for the president to announce that Iraq is sovereignty

Member:  The RV could be, "The Trump card". that will be pulled out right before the election...it would be a happy bomb.

Q: If the 3 Gorges dam is China were to fail- could it delay the RV

MZ: I think it could delay it a little bit. …..many millions of people would die. It would cause earthquakes all over the globe.

Q: Will there be government restrictions on our exchange money?

MZ: I am told no…..other than very large holders that may have to be traunched money instead of 100 percent paid up front. So no real restrictions (except criminal stuff) that you can spend your money on.

Member: did you see the explosion in Beirut was right next to a central bank/Rothschild bank?

MZ: I saw that…..I was sent a lot of info from you guys about explosions happening around the globe and their proximity to central banking centers…..you may be on to something.  ….what a huge crater it left……they are saying it was fertilizer/ammonia nitrate  that blew up….i guess that could be possible….but it almost looked like a missile.

MZ: Everything is pretty quiet from banking centers….they have done a good job with “gag orders”. I do have a few bond holder contacts who are now looking at the 12th or 13th of this month now. They do not think we will see something this week

Member:  Issac has been in Zurich so long he should apply for citizenship....lol

MZ: I did touch base with a redemption center contact who believes they will be working this weekend.

Member:   I pray that redemption center is CORRECT!! Am ready NOW FOR the RV!!

MZ: The way I look at it is there is such a tremendous push to keep people quiet in Zurich, in Reno, in Hong Kong, in London….so any news we are getting right now may be things like misinformation they are feeding us on purpose……I’m trying to watch the actual banking process so I don’t deal with the rumors……I am not looking for today…but think its doggone soon. …….

MZ: I do not have time to chase down the rumors that other intel people are hearing…..i am not hearing those same things in most cases.

MZ: In Iraq they are still continuing to educate the people there and to get as much currency off the streets as they can.

Member:  Intel from good friend who has contacts higher up. Said he received a phone call that CMKS is about to "POP"

Member:  gold at $2061, silver at $27.19. Santa surfing says US Treasury bonds at 243 year low!

MZ: We are watching the bond market become inverted which is the last step before this thing implodes…..imo.

Q: What will happen to our fiat money in banks?

MZ: It should simply convert to asset backed currency as a 1 to 1. Don’t hang onto your cash though….i heard from my us Treasury contact that when they do a reset they will keep the cash exchange process as short as possible as a way to get the illegal income off the streets. They think about 30% of US dollars are in “questionable “hands. Like drug dealers in S. America, heroin producers …terrorists…..people like that. Think about it- this makes sense……I would only count on 30 days. .

Member: Good morning …..I have news. Charlie Ward and Santa Surfing both under NDA video posted this am. Said it will be let out within 3 days, yesterday was when they did the video.

MZ: I hope they are under an NDA…… None of my contacts who are heavily involved with SKR’s see any dollars moving yet though.

Member:  Glenn Beck spoke last night on his radio show about the Fed Chairman in Minneapolis Keshari, and him wanting to shut down the economy for six weeks. Glenn Beck said they are trying to reset !

Member:  Kent Dunn said last night the GCR is slowly rolling out in other countries

Member: We are supposed to be in 8 weeks of greatness right now according to trump

Member:  When did this historic 8 weeks start? Yet to hear anything earth shaking news.

Member:  I've heard that the RV or NESARA will be in the next stimulus. Now that would be earth shaking.

Member:  POTUS will be announcing a lot while Congress is out of town, then can blame them for doing nothing

Member:  I think we will see the RV this coming week

Q: Do we have to go through a background check when we exchange?

MZ: I hear it’s not a big worry…..they are just making sure nothing in our backgrounds are terrorist related. A basic DHS simple search.

Member:  if the banker takes all your currency after you present it to him, and he asks his staff to run it through a deli room machine, I have to have something to re-check that all of it came back and not one missing. This is why when I had a meeting with my wealth manager at the bank, they advised me to do it this way and the protocol seem correct

Member:  De la Rue machine...is the currency authenticator and counter

Member:  hope they would run this in front of you. I would not release my money to anyone expecting them to be honest to give it all to me. At my bank those machines are right at the front by the tellers

Member:  Am told by my neighbor (bank Mgr) we will be transacting in a private room, not out in public or in front of the tellers...they will try to be discreet with Homeland security and DOD in there to keep an eye on us. Unless they put one in the room...just sharing what I’m told

Q: So how much longer do we have to keep waiting.

MZ: there is a special place in Hell for those who keep delaying this while people die and lose their homes. Imo

MZ: It’s nice to have more people in place in the banking centers again…..and they are all braving Covid and the end of the world to be there……because they have great expectations that this is actually “it”.

Q: Any news from exchange centers?

MZ: I have a couple of really good contacts there at redemption centers… ….they had expected to work last weekend…and they did not. They are still on “stand-by” and “high alert”

MZ: The Federal Reserve came out yesterday saying they are going to use asset purchasing to try to stimulate the economy…..what that means is they are going to counterfeit money…purchase things with it….and they get to keep the things and we get to be responsible for the money. They say it may take another 12 Trillion dollars of asset purchasing to keep this bubble from popping right away.

MZ: The more they do this – the more the end game is inevitable…Fiat will implode and have zero value. We are watching it happen. We are watching it roll out….

MZ: We saw so many players, attorneys, and folks involved in different payment centers all over the globe travel to be in place…they have great expectation.  Dates and rates can drive us all nuts but they are certainly back in position.

MZ: Many of these people have stated they would not travel again until it was imminent. And they were traveling over the weekend. There are many, many rumors that 4a is liquid, but my personal contacts are not yet. .

MZ: If you are listening to this….if you are staying informed we are considered tier4b……the general public is the ones who will wander into the banks and ask if they can exchange sometime…..

MZ:  Mark, You said 4a contacts no cash yet... I thought no one would be liquid till 4b goes... Is that right ??

MZ: We understand it they all go at one time….the difference is that 4a will have cash in their hands first because they have already deposited and have Safe Keeping Records (SKR’s)  so that when the reset happens…and 4b can start going to the banks but 4a will have money in their hands. 4a has already gone through background checks done and their currencies already turned in and authenticated. When that switch is flipped they have access right away while we (4b) are going into banks and starting our process……but it’s a shotgun start.

MZ: The Iraqi minister is finally supposed to be in DC this week. He was supposed to be here a few weeks ago…but was delayed while stuff got done. I am hearing he will be in DC or New York tomorrow afternoon.

MZ: I am still hearing that Prosperity Packages, CMKX ect….are still positioned and ready to go …I am now hearing that they also will go with the shotgun start when they pull the trigger…everything now will be at the same time…...not a few days before as we were expecting. They worried that people will leak the information.

New Dollar Backed by Gold Coming This October?

Capitalism has a natural way of resetting itself. Markets reward winners while punishing losers. Losing businesses restructure, finding a better angle to compete, or else go bankrupt. The business owner, hopefully wise enough not to fall into complete ruin, starts over and re-enters the market, wiser and more competitive than before (at least, that’s the idea).

If an entire economy gets mismanaged, then the same austere consequences that may befall a single company also befall an economy. That is, unless a governing body intervenes, deviating from the natural course of “capitalism proper.” This latter route is what the Federal Reserve has done for decades and continues to do to this day.

By bailing out the nation’s “bad economic actors,” and forestalling the resetting process, the Fed is consigning the future of the United States to a weakened state. By putting the nation into massive debt, the future growth of a “natural” economy is being choked to death, forever reliant on central bank stimulus.

There will be a breaking point. But it may be far from what most anticipate.

Amid the COVID-19 crisis, central banks across the world have been working to put out the economic flames to which we as of yet see no end. Interest rates have already been driven to near zero (some are at record negative rates), with central banks pledging to continue asset purchases in the trillions of dollars.

With most central banks virtually “out of ammo” to counter the deflationary trend in the equities markets, the only viable solution is to … unsurprisingly … extend quantitative easing. With the negative consequences affecting almost every major economy across the globe, the United States is in a particularly precarious situation.

And it all comes down to what might happen this October when the International Monetary Fund (IMF) meets, between Oct. 12 and Oct. 18, to revalue its special drawing rights (SDR)—the world’s reserve currency waiting in the wings. Essentially, a new “Bretton Woods” is in the making.

A New Bretton Woods Minus the Dollar?

The IMF’s SDR is a form of “world money,” created in 1969 as an alternative to the U.S. dollar (in case the dollar somehow fails … that was the idea). They were issued on several occasions from 1970 to 1980, but then there were no issues for almost 30 years, until August 2009, which was in response to the last financial crisis.

Well, here we go again. The IMF knows that SDRs are unpopular, but they also know the world is desperate for liquidity right now during the COVID-19 pandemic. To exploit this crisis, the elites are thinking big about a new Bretton Woods-style conference, a new international financial system, and a global tax system. SDRs would eventually replace the U.S. dollar as the global reserve currency.

According to a recent Project Syndicate report, both the IMF and World Bank are “being asked to throw away their rulebooks to save the world’s imperiled developing economies.” The problem with the current financial system, hammered out in 1944 at Bretton Woods, is that it was “built for a different world,” aimed at preventing wars (think World War II) and regulating economic function on a global scale. Clearly, it was a world of industrial production, manufacturing, trade, and, most importantly, clear borders where physical goods—cash and commodities—were traded.

Today’s digital world hardly recognizes yesterday’s economic needs and reality. A new technological and governance structure is necessary to upgrade a defunct system, so goes the argument. If you read between the lines, the prospect looks less like a rebalance and more like a “fiscal reckoning” on a global scale.

When it comes to the IMF and World Bank, voting rights are based on the size of each shareholder. The G-20 nations make up the key players, the largest being the United States with 16.5 percent voting power (and, conversely, veto power).

Although the Trump administration has generally been cooperative with the IMF over the course of President Donald Trump’s tenure, things took a turn in recent months.

President Trump’s move to halt funding for the World Health Organization (WHO) took the world by surprise. Secondly, the U.S. Treasury Department made it clear that, according to news site Foreign Policy, it wasn’t going along with “the SDR bandwagon,” Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin viewing SDR expansion as “ill-targeted.”

“Because SDRs are issued on a symmetrical basis in proportion to existing shareholding, 70 percent would go to G-20 members—most of which did not need them. Only 3 percent would go to those most in need. If members of the G-20 want to increase the SDRs available to poorer countries, they can start by lending them some of theirs,” states Foreign Policy.

So What’s the Immediate Threat, and Trump’s Potential Response?

The rumor, and big fear, is that the IMF may opt to remove the United States from the global SDR basket, effectively reducing the United States’ veto rights from the world stage. SDRs would then be a step closer to replacing the greenback as the world’s reserve currency.

Considering the potential damage that the Fed’s QE will inflict on the dollar, weakening its status as the world’s currency, the potential IMF move toward replacing greenbacks with SDRs would cause a massive devaluation of the dollar, possibly up to 80 percent. As much as President Trump has been influencing Fed actions (despite the bank’s statement to the contrary), having pressured their 180-degree turn from raising to cutting rates amid a balance sheet reduction, President Trump has never been a fan of the Fed.

With the Fed pledging to load up its balance sheet, and with the nation’s debt skyrocketing to heights unprecedented, it seems as if the bank and nation would be heading toward a state of insolvency.

But this is where things get interesting.

With the IMF attempting to pull off a fiscal reckoning minus the U.S. dollar, President Trump may (as his adviser Judy Shelton has advocated and as President John F. Kennedy tried to do in 1963) pull off a global reckoning of his own, by issuing U.S. Treasury notes backed by gold.

The new dollars would be pegged to gold, possibly at a modest starting point of $10,000 or even higher, effectively returning the gold standard.

So, following a massive plunge in dollar values, we’d see a surge in gold prices and, with the new dollars, a surge in gold-backed dollar values as well.

I think you all see where the dangers and, more importantly, the opportunities are as we approach the October deadline.
