MZ:  There was more people in place and arriving in banking centers on Monday. I talked to a couple more people n the ground…..but, no activity or money movement in 4A yet…….Another nothing-burger for news today.

MZ: It’s nice to have more people in place in the banking centers again…..and they are all braving Covid and the end of the world to be there……because they have great expectations that this is actually “it”.

Member:  any idea why all of the sudden everyone has gone completely quiet for the last few weeks... it seems like this got right to the edge and then silence... any idea why?????

Member:  we have always been told that it would be very quiet just before the RV

Q: Any news from exchange centers?

MZ: I have a couple of really good contacts there at redemption centers… ….they had expected to work last weekend…and they did not. They are still on “stand-by” and “high alert”

MZ: The Federal Reserve came out yesterday saying they are going to use asset purchasing to try to stimulate the economy…..what that means is they are going to counterfeit money…purchase things with it….and they get to keep the things and we get to be responsible for the money. They say it may take another 12 Trillion dollars of asset purchasing to keep this bubble from popping right away.

MZ: The more they do this – the more the end game is inevitable…Fiat will implode and have zero value. We are watching it happen. We are watching it roll out….

MZ: We saw so many players, attorneys, and folks involved in different payment centers all over the globe travel to be in place…they have great expectation.  Dates and rates can drive us all nuts but they are certainly back in position.

MZ: Many of these people have stated they would not travel again until it was imminent. And they were traveling over the weekend. There are many, many rumors that 4a is liquid, but my personal contacts are not yet. .

MZ: If you are listening to this….if you are staying informed we are considered tier4b……the general public is the ones who will wander into the banks and ask if they can exchange sometime…..

MZ:  Mark, You said 4a contacts no cash yet... I thought no one would be liquid till 4b goes... Is that right ??

MZ: We understand it they all go at one time….the difference is that 4a will have cash in their hands first because they have already deposited and have Safe Keeping Records (SKR’s)  so that when the reset happens…and 4b can start going to the banks but 4a will have money in their hands. 4a has already gone through background checks done and their currencies already turned in and authenticated. When that switch is flipped they have access right away while we (4b) are going into banks and starting our process……but it’s a shotgun start.

MZ: The Iraqi minister is finally supposed to be in DC this week. He was supposed to be here a few weeks ago…but was delayed while stuff got done. I am hearing he will be in DC or New York tomorrow afternoon.

MZ: I am still hearing that Prosperity Packages, CMKX ect….are still positioned and ready to go …I am now hearing that they also will go with the shotgun start when they pull the trigger…everything now will be at the same time…...not a few days before as we were expecting. They worried that people will leak the information.

New Dollar Backed by Gold Coming This October?

Capitalism has a natural way of resetting itself. Markets reward winners while punishing losers. Losing businesses restructure, finding a better angle to compete, or else go bankrupt. The business owner, hopefully wise enough not to fall into complete ruin, starts over and re-enters the market, wiser and more competitive than before (at least, that’s the idea).

If an entire economy gets mismanaged, then the same austere consequences that may befall a single company also befall an economy. That is, unless a governing body intervenes, deviating from the natural course of “capitalism proper.” This latter route is what the Federal Reserve has done for decades and continues to do to this day.

By bailing out the nation’s “bad economic actors,” and forestalling the resetting process, the Fed is consigning the future of the United States to a weakened state. By putting the nation into massive debt, the future growth of a “natural” economy is being choked to death, forever reliant on central bank stimulus.

There will be a breaking point. But it may be far from what most anticipate.

Amid the COVID-19 crisis, central banks across the world have been working to put out the economic flames to which we as of yet see no end. Interest rates have already been driven to near zero (some are at record negative rates), with central banks pledging to continue asset purchases in the trillions of dollars.

With most central banks virtually “out of ammo” to counter the deflationary trend in the equities markets, the only viable solution is to … unsurprisingly … extend quantitative easing. With the negative consequences affecting almost every major economy across the globe, the United States is in a particularly precarious situation.

And it all comes down to what might happen this October when the International Monetary Fund (IMF) meets, between Oct. 12 and Oct. 18, to revalue its special drawing rights (SDR)—the world’s reserve currency waiting in the wings. Essentially, a new “Bretton Woods” is in the making.

A New Bretton Woods Minus the Dollar?

The IMF’s SDR is a form of “world money,” created in 1969 as an alternative to the U.S. dollar (in case the dollar somehow fails … that was the idea). They were issued on several occasions from 1970 to 1980, but then there were no issues for almost 30 years, until August 2009, which was in response to the last financial crisis.

Well, here we go again. The IMF knows that SDRs are unpopular, but they also know the world is desperate for liquidity right now during the COVID-19 pandemic. To exploit this crisis, the elites are thinking big about a new Bretton Woods-style conference, a new international financial system, and a global tax system. SDRs would eventually replace the U.S. dollar as the global reserve currency.

According to a recent Project Syndicate report, both the IMF and World Bank are “being asked to throw away their rulebooks to save the world’s imperiled developing economies.” The problem with the current financial system, hammered out in 1944 at Bretton Woods, is that it was “built for a different world,” aimed at preventing wars (think World War II) and regulating economic function on a global scale. Clearly, it was a world of industrial production, manufacturing, trade, and, most importantly, clear borders where physical goods—cash and commodities—were traded.

Today’s digital world hardly recognizes yesterday’s economic needs and reality. A new technological and governance structure is necessary to upgrade a defunct system, so goes the argument. If you read between the lines, the prospect looks less like a rebalance and more like a “fiscal reckoning” on a global scale.

When it comes to the IMF and World Bank, voting rights are based on the size of each shareholder. The G-20 nations make up the key players, the largest being the United States with 16.5 percent voting power (and, conversely, veto power).

Although the Trump administration has generally been cooperative with the IMF over the course of President Donald Trump’s tenure, things took a turn in recent months.

President Trump’s move to halt funding for the World Health Organization (WHO) took the world by surprise. Secondly, the U.S. Treasury Department made it clear that, according to news site Foreign Policy, it wasn’t going along with “the SDR bandwagon,” Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin viewing SDR expansion as “ill-targeted.”

“Because SDRs are issued on a symmetrical basis in proportion to existing shareholding, 70 percent would go to G-20 members—most of which did not need them. Only 3 percent would go to those most in need. If members of the G-20 want to increase the SDRs available to poorer countries, they can start by lending them some of theirs,” states Foreign Policy.

So What’s the Immediate Threat, and Trump’s Potential Response?

The rumor, and big fear, is that the IMF may opt to remove the United States from the global SDR basket, effectively reducing the United States’ veto rights from the world stage. SDRs would then be a step closer to replacing the greenback as the world’s reserve currency.

Considering the potential damage that the Fed’s QE will inflict on the dollar, weakening its status as the world’s currency, the potential IMF move toward replacing greenbacks with SDRs would cause a massive devaluation of the dollar, possibly up to 80 percent. As much as President Trump has been influencing Fed actions (despite the bank’s statement to the contrary), having pressured their 180-degree turn from raising to cutting rates amid a balance sheet reduction, President Trump has never been a fan of the Fed.

With the Fed pledging to load up its balance sheet, and with the nation’s debt skyrocketing to heights unprecedented, it seems as if the bank and nation would be heading toward a state of insolvency.

But this is where things get interesting.

With the IMF attempting to pull off a fiscal reckoning minus the U.S. dollar, President Trump may (as his adviser Judy Shelton has advocated and as President John F. Kennedy tried to do in 1963) pull off a global reckoning of his own, by issuing U.S. Treasury notes backed by gold.

The new dollars would be pegged to gold, possibly at a modest starting point of $10,000 or even higher, effectively returning the gold standard.

So, following a massive plunge in dollar values, we’d see a surge in gold prices and, with the new dollars, a surge in gold-backed dollar values as well.

I think you all see where the dangers and, more importantly, the opportunities are as we approach the October deadline.

I am planning on both….just in case…..but honestly  I think there won’t be any taxes on it.

MZ: The banking side and a redemption center contact firmly beleives though that we are still looking at this week. They were being prepped for it last weekend.

MZ: We don’t know ……Mark Moss who is an economist was talking about the Federal Reserve and how it will go until it blows……..We don’t know when that “blow” point is….in other words, at what point does critical mass hit , everything implodes and they don’t have a choice. I don’t think we have until November with everything we are seeing in the gold markets, the precious metals markets. The Federal Reserve is terrified..i guarantee you they are losing sleep watching the metals markets. They know that when metals start moving up their fiat is dead.

MZ: We are seeing sheer panic in the central banking world…..they are on the razors edge of pulling the trigger.

Q: How about news from WashingtonDC?

MZ: Lots of chatter from inside the beltway that there is a fight going on in the Senate side on approval of more bailout/stimulus funds.  The president already said he will sign it.

MZ: I still think we need the second stimulus….but let’s watch the rest of the week pan out.

Member:  POTUS said stimulus by the end of JULY will be  bigger than Anyone Imagined!

Member:  I do not believe there has to be another bailout for the release of the gcr. I do not comprehend your logic behind having a bailout before resetting the money system. The reset would provide a bailout for everyone already. People will have the same salaries that will be worth many time more than what it was before. Once retailers figure out the money they have a more valuable currency they will start competing by dropping their prices. People will get more for their money.

MZ: In other news there are 2 Republicans blocking Judy Shelton….surprising that one of them is Mitt Romney and then Susan Collins.

MZ: Also China had 5 earthquakes…….around the 3 gorges Damn…..China closed the US Embassy there. …India has squared off with China and banned at least 50 phone aps that were used to spy on India and their purchasing habits and government. Things are really heating up.

MZ: Today……The Federal Reserve is announcing that they are buying 9 billion dollars worth of Corporate Debt/bonds today alone……They are desperately trying to keep the DOW up. We are seeing banks and governments selling off “paper” gold, silver, currencies. IMO this is fractional and doesn’t really exist. But it’s an attempt to keep the market floating right now. They are trying to fight the change in value of precious metals. $1946 for gold and silver $24.33 is the latest I believe.

MZ: The avalanche has started guys…..they can’t really fight it much longer.  

Q: Do we need Congress to sign off on us going to the Gold standard?

​Member:  Executive order alone can put us back on the gold standard. Congress NOT needed.

Member:  When gold officially becomes the standard for backing currencies there is going to be a shortage, which will drive up the price to all time highs. Trump is opening Iraqi mining to American companies.

MZ: Last night I was up late then again early today chasing the metals markets. There is really some interesting things happening as the markets are positioning  themselves. The physical demand is far greater than the “paper” demand.

MZ: We are watching gold and silver go crazy…I think it’s getting exciting as we wrap up towards the end of the fiat system. .

Member:  just like in 1971 the petrodollar ran underneath the gold back dollar from 1970 to 1971 and then when Nixon took us off the gold standard damn the petrodollar was ready to go

MZ: That’s what I believe is happening now….we are running underneath just waiting for the release.

Member:  well, after 1913 The Fed started printing the Fiat Dollar along with the US Certificates, then, on June 5, 1933 the Certificates were outlawed and we went straight to Fiat until Nixon got rid of the Silver Coin in 1971...

Q: When they talk about leveling the playing field – are they talking about a 1 to 1 value?

MZ: At some point –yes….as part of this reset they will move to parity. This will stop trade imbalances.

Q: Any idea on redemption center hours when we go?

MZ: I am hearing hours will be based on the city. Some centers will be open as late as 11pm in the evening…some will close at 7 pm . This will depend on how large the area is and how many people expected.

MZ: Reno and Zurich are awfully quiet as they are in a “hurry up and wait” mode. Aisia and Hong Kong contacts said no money moved and no dollars…..Same thing in the middle east. There has been a lot of positioning…everyone is ready…..just have not seen any money movement.

MZ: My military contacts are squarely looking at the 22nd and 23rd. Banks are looking for it every day. We are stuck in a holding pattern for “something” . Lots of positive chatter out there though.

Q: Any update from issaac?

MZ: I don’t have one but my guess he is being told anytime between Tues and Thurs like my other Zurich contacts were being told there. .

MZ: In the UK they approved another healthy bailout for the people….which means a lot of pressure on US lawmakers to do the same especially since we are 105 days from elections. A lot of politicians really need to get something passed quickly. They need to get back to their home districts to do some campaigning. Start looking for a bailout package here to be passed quickly.

MZ: Article:  Mnuchin pushes for PPP loans under $150 grand to be forgiven without paperwork……so we are starting t see it……..Do they know that this money is on the fiat system and it is pegged onto the old system …then we move to the new system????

Member:  Don’t they need reset to do another stimulus? Bring it on!

MZ: 8.2 percent of US mortgages are in forebearance…….30 million Americans could not pay their mortgages in July. WF is heavily invested in morgages….do the math……Frank-Dodd act allows bail-ins when the banks have no money……..so I expect this reset sooner rather than later…..if they don’t get it out the door there will be a massive collapse and 2008 will be mild in comparison. This is a perfect storm for the reset to come together………

MZ: Gold is up $50 in the last few days…..Its coming unpegged (from US dollar?) ….this tells us we are moving in the right direction. .

Member:  Silver almost $22 today...debt clock says it’s close to $4k

Q: i wonder if President Trump return us to the "gold standard" or does he need Congress?

Member:  Judy Shelton -- the former gold-standard advocate turned policy dove – possibly gets confirmed at 2pm

Q: Is Judy already inside the Fed?

MZ: I have a very good contact at the US Treasury who says that Judy Shelton is already inside the Fed.and the Fed is already part of the US Treasury and she is very much a key piece of all this.

Member: I heard Shelton is cabal and was arrested for stopping the RV..

MZ: There are lots of crazy rumors out there being released on purpose to make us all sound like kooks.   Rumors like Shelton arrested and Pence being a pedaphile and already locked up…..we are watching a clone in public…….don’t believe all this stuff you read……..

MZ: We may not know everything…..what’s real and what was not until this is all over and history reveals it all.  

Member:  Press Conference at 11 est with POTUS. Vowing return of CV briefings. Could be a kickoff.

Member:  President Trump is going to be at the CV-19 Task Force at 5pm EDT!

Member:  According to all the news we've gotten the last 2 wks, today is supposed to be very special with payouts, ect...

Member:  Flynn gag order ends today me thinks

Member:  We are winning though we can’t see it. Trump has to play it out. White House announcements on Cov19 needs to be decoded. The “virus” is the Cabal , DS. and It is being taken out

Member:  This revaluation needs to happen soon or I am afraid Trump will not win the election.

Q: Any news on the Queen being arrested.

MZ: Nothing that I can find…..But there is an interesting item surfacing that the island next to Epstein island is actually owned by the Bidens…….and both of the islands had submarine bases on them…….very interesting.

Q: So is there still a deadline of August 1st to have redeemed Zim?

MZ: I have spoken with lawyers and paymasters, and bankers…..not one of them believe there is any kind of deadline on the Zim….that is all misinformation imo.  

Member: Some gurus are still saying no 800 numbers.

MZ: I have had conversations with someone at a major bank who is planning on being part of this exchange where a group was p together….(not mentioning the name) but they are planning on 800 numbers for exchanges. My contacts believe there is 800 numbers and I firmly believe there will be 800 numbers so I will leave it at that.

Member:  I was told to go to Redemption Centers not top designated banks. There are 13000 Redemption Centers and 600 Community Banks. You can go to any zip code location to exchange but take a utility bill.
