MZ: Lots of Chatter from paymasters about getting access for staging of money. They were ramped up yesterday….but nothing solid – just a lot of excitement.

MZ: I spoke with a lot of contacts in Hong Kong and Zurich….. they think we are right here at the very end based on what we are seeing politically, monetarily and on the streets.
MZ: On the US side all we have is rumors…..I cannot prove or disprove it. It could be factual and we are looking at the release by tomorrow or by the weekend…..we just do not know.
MZ: I am very positive that we are at the end of this….we just do not know what day is the end.
MZ: When I was looking at all this happening by the end of October I was watching the economic signs…derivative market implosions……bank failings all over….in fact I believe over 43 banks have failed in China already …Italy is having a rash of bank failures now…..In the Us banks are on the ropes like JP Morgan.
MZ: The exposure is happening and we will get a reboot …they can’t keep propping it up. QE4 and the Repo Markets are orienting money with nothing to support it……we are here
Member: The REPOs -QE are just a shell game done with moving numbers in a computer.
Member: GCR may be sooner than we thought.
Member: The powers to be are not worried about the currency holders.. this is so much bigger then all of us so keep moving forward and keep seeking the info and put the pieces of this thing in place
Q: please explain for us dummies the internet group, tier a, b ect?
MZ: The general belief in the community is that the Admiral while lining stuff up for tier 4a , is also the signatory for the Reagan, Wanta, Mitterand funds for Reagan. Whether that is true or not…we may never know. 4a are the folks who have already aggregated their currency with a paymaster, a church group or others well connected to this thing……This effort was based out of Reno. .
MZ: Why Reno??? The Federal Reserve has a office there that handles all foreign currency transactions for the united States. So if you turn in foreign currency …anywhere in the US for cash…that foreign currency goes through Reno to be processed. Doesn’t matter where in the country you are…Alaska, Hawaii ….. that’s how it was handled. So Reno is the headquarter for foreign currency in the US. It’s been called the “Federal Reserve West”
MZ: They also did not want the RV stuff happening in the DC area. They did not want interference from politicians and DC is where many crooks live…...At least that is how I understand it.
MZ: 4a is folks who have already aggregated all their currency (turned in for skr’s?) 4b are the people still holding all their currency…..not given it to anyone to exchange yet. We always expected both to go about the same time…..4a will be getting their funds liquid...they have already filled out their paperwork, turned in their currency and had backround checks already….…4b will be exchanging their currency and doing all that paperwork at that time. This is simplified but that is it in a nutshell. 4b are the people paying attention and watching for emails and 800 numbers to exchange….4b is the internet group they speak of….those of us paying attention
MZ: Tier 4c or 5 is people not paying attention….they have a iitle foreign currency tucked away and wander into a bank sometime to see if its worth anything…….they will get street or international rate.
Q: How does Richmond , VA play into the RV?
MZ: I cannot say a lot- people there prefer their anonymity……As I understand it…one of the paymasters there has a job for the US Treasury. Where a lot of money gets funded to pay off past bills and debts and things. This is in both Richmond and Chicago where a lot of money flows through those areas.
Q: Do you still thing the RV is non-taxable?
Member: foreign currency exchange is not usually taxable, but Mark advises putting aside 40% until we're sure.
Member: I do not think there will be a tax due to how close to we are to 2020. If it drops on Friday, You will receive funds after the 1st. IMO
Member: Trump may want to wait until after Jan 1, to make Tax situation cleaner.
Q: Any confirmation on Trump signing the RV off to the Chinese?
MZ: I have seen a lot of those rumors hit my inbox…..I have not been able to prove it even though I spoke to many contacts….…they believe it to be accurate and true…..and it makes sense to me that he would want to remove himself from anyway he could be used politically to slow it down. I believe it could be true. I believe about 90% that it could be true.

To my surprise and amazement, I was told “affirmative” and that they now have support to move more aggressively and quicker. MZ: For those paying attention with the Fed…they have now announced that they are going to QE4 quanitative easing……they will be printing more money then with 1, and 2…..so this tells you they are in free fall…..that the Fed. Reserve, the Central Banks and fiat are on the way out…..they have told you they are dying…its no longer a secret. They have flooding the Repo markets with 500 Billion….just trying to keep this thing afloat…its all over the news that this is all imploding…...I believe it is just long enough to get the GCR started
Mod: QE4....PRINTING MORE MONEY THAN EVER BEFORE. THEY HAVE TOLD YOU THAT THEY ARE DYING......NO SECRET ANY MORE

MZ: When the world loses all confidence and figures out that it’s a sham, or they get the GCR in place….that’s the race right now…..
Q: What did you mean when you said Trump closed down the operations?
MZ: I did not say that….but there is a rumor running around and I cannot see anything to back it up that Trump had shut down operations …the US side of it and let the Chinese take over…..The rumor is Trump took himself out of it so that the RV can move forward regardless of the stuff affecting him….If the rumor is indeed true It’s a good thing….but again I can not prove it one way of another.

Q: How long will they give us to exchange once we can make appointments?
MZ: I have heard they expect 95% of redemptions done in the first 10 days…..but I am told they will give up to 30 days for everyone to get done. I do not think anyone will wait for the last minute….
Q: Are we waiting for Iraq to RV?
MZ: I do not think we are waiting for Iraq…but I do think it will have together at the same time suddenly. There are a number of important votes happening in Iraq…today as the see a new prime minister and several about the economic reforms.

Member: Every single intel that I hear or read is saying the same thing, any day and any time now. I am thinking that anyone and everyone who has or is giving intel is being fed misinformation to keep most at bay, so that they can not let this happen till after the new year. MZ: I could not agree more…..lots of rumors about the Admiral, groups, 4a, 4b….there is definently a lot of chatter from the banking area….I am hearing this is our week…everything is in place….that we should see this no later than Thursday…I am getting all kinds of information but consider it rumors now because I cannot verify it. …I had’nt shared a lot of it because it is very much a rumor and not solid for now.
MZ: From my European folks/paymasters if they do not see it happen by Friday- they are leaving and hanging up their hats until the first of next year because the banks are usually on a 2 week holiday.
MZ: We do hear that the St. Germaine trust is easiest to open and distribute at this time…because for 2 days of the year…legally and logistically…..at Christmas and Easter…. It can be opened …..So from the Nesara/Gesara side of it….we have always been looking to see it happen at this time of year. So keep all of things in mind….

MZ: I can tell you that we are in “crunch time” because most of the banking world take off 2 weeks in December…..So am worried if not done soon it will be pushed off until the new year…..Would it be a good time to push it out and make them work? Possibly ….but the traditional fact is in Europe….the only banking you have during those 2 weeks is through ATM’s. So this does scare me a little that they could push this off until January.
Mod: IF WE DON'T GET IT OUT OVER THE WEEKEND IT DOES CONCERN ME THAT IT COULD BE PUSHED OUT TO AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR BECAUSE EUROPE AND SOME OTHER PLACES TAKE A 2 WEEK HOLIDAY...SHUT DOWN.

BobL: I had a very interesting conference call the other day…something I have been involved with for years and is part of the RV/GCR…..It’s one of the steps that has to happen in order for it to kick off….It’s been dormant for some time and now all of the sudden there is a lot of activity….I can’t share a ton because I have an NDA…..but I can say that final documentation is being accumulated and sent in the appropriate places dealing with one component in “flipping the switch” on the GCR.

Member: The IG report was needed for Barr to bring Criminal Charges…..The FBI had 17 incidences of gross mishandling of evidence with the Fisa court.
MZ: And the level of leaks was offensive….Remember when the President went after Bagdadi and Al Quida? The president did not let Congress know because he did not want any leaks. He knows they cannot be trusted with secret information.
MZ: I did speak with my Iraq contact……no new rate yet but they are in a better mood now……
Member: Frank said the budget can only be opened with a new rate, which must be BEFORE 2020.
Member: Congressional Hearings on the FISA Report were on Wed. 11 Dec, which seemingly not by coincidence was the same Wed. 11 Dec. that the World Trade Organization – which controlled the old fiat financial system – was set to cease functioning.
Member: The key is tearing down the need for any central banks globally and then all roads to burning down the house and draining that swamp.
MZ: And its not just a swamp here in the Us…..the swamp is worldwide.
Member: The reality that the cabal and it’s satanic control of the world ...The Globalist playbook... get rid of anyone exposing them SICK ... but we have to win this battle ...truth & God are on our side !!!!

MZ: It has been rumored that the Zim will be at the low end .11.. to a high of .37 .There is also a rumor of 1-1……remember we will not know anything for sure until we are actually at our exchange appointments…..as far as a humanitarian project it may be best to have something written down….a page or two…..in case it is needed

MZ: I hear we will have 30 days…..I had a long conversation with a friend that works in the treasury. They always expected if they could force a reprinting of US dollars that they could get rid of all the illegal dollars …like money from the drug cartels because they would not have time to engineer a way to launder it and exchange it. So I believe we will have about 30 days to exchange .

MC: The thing I want to talk about today is investments because this thing is about to drop. Yes, we are very close given the information and activities that have happened since I sent that package to President Trump.
MC: I want to congradulate everyone listening because you have just been elevated to the status of “Sophisticated investor”
MC: You have a lot of information…you know how the system works …how investments work….and the need for due diligence…and now it is up to you whether you win or lose your own money.
MZ: The sad fact is that up to 80 percent may lose their money with the “Lottery Mentality” out there.
MC: Regarding the dates of Dec. 6th, 7th and 9th. Based on the movement I have seen since I submitted the documentation to President Trump….and that the crazies are doing this “impeachment dance” in the house….I decided not to drop anymore bombs until after there is some resolution. I am not going to add gasoline to the fire.
Q: Do you still see this as a GCR and everything going at the same time?
MC: Yes I do…..It’s common sense the way this is going to happen. Other wise you will see it piecemeal effects…..stop and go….…and the people getting arrested…..many will try to cash in but it will be hard with the QFS but without it all happening at once and it would be a mess.
Q: Is the QFS system currently running?
MC: I would be surprised if Interpol and the Chinese families release a lot of this information until after the reset….but I believe it is currently running since 2013. They tried to implement this system in 2008, 2009, 10, 11 and 12 but the banks kept their old computers online and would not establish the new gold-backed dollar system. So they had to strip out all those computers in the banks….and that took a couple of years…..I think its running but not in control. …until they completely change to the new gold/asset backed system.

MZ: No news from Isaac (in Zurich) …he was scheduled with an appointment yesterday…I hope his silence means something good happened…he has been there about 4 months and must be devastating financially.

MZ: I am just as salty as many of you are…….This should have been long gone a long time ago…..But look at the real world and it’s about to implode…..People ask me why I still think this year is in play? Look at Germany…it is imploding…… Look at Asia where over 43 banks have failed in China ……look at all the protests in many countries,……In the US banks are starting to see a run on money…and we are looking at many countries going to an asset backed digital currency. IMO the writing is all over the wall. I do not see how we can make it much longer without a complete run on all the banks.
