MZ: There was a lot of paymasters moved in the last 24-36 hours…they still have high expectations.   ..I know of 3 that was sent to Zurich. The reason all eyes are on Zurich is they are the only ones still talking. Reno and Hong Kong have been very quiet.

MZ: My paymaster went home for a quick 3 day visit….Now he’s back in Reno again

MZ:  Isaac is very excited about today….thinking this will finally be it

Member:  Issac said yesterday he would be dancing today!

Member:  Isaac was bumped to today, for which he's super excited.

MZ: Its very important that no one violates your NDA….you do not want to lose anything.

MZ: I hear that Reno is overloaded……they are moving people to Zurich, Hong Kong,  and Richmond, VA and other places…….

Q: Who pays for all these people being relocated?

MZ: Most are on HSBC’s dime……so I’m told

Member:  SO if the Paymasters are being sent on HSBC'a dime That sounds like the Chinese took paying the paymasters away from Reno. Is that your take?

MZ: No….I do believe they lightened the load for Reno…….but never thought Reno was the only place in charge…….

Member: I am hearing from firm I am dealing with that their paymaster is reporting some have received funds and others waiting on the release.

MZ: I hear that from a lot of people

MZ: there are rumors that package deliveries have started in Canada….trying to verify that today.

MZ: In Iraq it seems the mood is improving there…….signs that they are celebrating something today….I have a contact in Iraq who says they hear they are moving forward with an RI

Member:  Hello all. Lots of good things happening in Iraq. I was very encouraged to see people celebrating in the streets of Iraq!

Member:  Mahdi is supposed to step down in iraq, that is one of the reasons for celebration. Also citizens were told all their demands would be met. one being the RI

MZ: An RI or Re-instatement first makes the most sense to me……then do a RV or Revalue at a later date.  An Ri should not affect our contract rate.

MZ: If it comes out as an RI I will definently let you all know. If Iraq does an RI of $3 plus and floats it upwards…..I would still exchange all my currencies…..if you want to hold some I would hold in a Multi Currency account …imo of course…… 

Member:  big news out of Iraq this morning. Mahdi stepping down new PM in 2 days. pension being paid citizens by ATM. jobs being started

Member:  Over 300 Iraq politicians fled the country, over 200 military generals arrested for killing 400+ unarmed citizens. Saleh is now President, hes the man who Trump spoke with at G7

Member:  according to Frank 26 the RV has already happened we are in the ri now he explained that carefully last night on his YouTube

Member:  During the raid on ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi, US Special Forces obtained evidence of hardware that was used to communicate with the US State Department, according to leaks.

Member:  Al-Baghdadi was not warned of the raid and was not able to destroy the evidence in time.This is why President Trump......kept the military operation classified

Member:  ​Sources suggest that deceased ISIS leader Al-Baghdadi was in contact with Deep State Cabal players within the US State Department.

Member:  Any government official who complains about the military operation being classified is now a target of suspicion

Member:  Coincidence: Baghdadi' location confirmed while Pelosi and Schiff in the area...hmmm, why are they even over there wasting their time when they are in the middle of a hoax impeachment

Member:  Meanwhile, H.R. 5404, the bill to bring back the gold standard should be activated after 30 months of its introduction…. Deep State Cabal players within the US Government do not want this bill passed.The US is expected to adopt an asset-backed monetary system prior to returning to the gold standard.

Member:  all Israel embassies closed worldwide due to Financial issue

Member:  There is no legal limit to the Federal Reserve and other major central banks’ balance sheets. There may be some central banks where there’s a limit. The Fed can take their balance sheet as far as they want. But there’s a psychological limit to how much debt the U.S. could take on before there’s a loss of confidence in the dollar. At that point people would stop using the dollar and they would buy gold, land, natural resources, and anything to get out the dollar. The dollar would crash in value.

Q: Why can’t we get real news from anyone?

Member:  We cannot get perfect info because they want to keep this under wraps so everyone doesn't go out and buy foreign currency. This WILL happen. They won't have a choice soon. It'll happen!!

MZ: Heard a lot of tranches of money moved through the treasury…hearing over the weekend they were pinging the central banks and making sure the new system was up and running……..heard there was problems with the European Central Union banks yesterday… ….suppossed to be fixed now. So we are watching closely what happens throughout the day today.

MZ: Isaac appointment is in about an hour in Zurich…He had an appointment yesterday and they booted it until today.

Member:  Isaac's appointment is this afternoon at 4pm his time, 10am CST. Keep him in your prayers.

Member:  Issacs appointment seem like o change everyday.... how many times have he seen the people at the bank in Zurich and still seeing them again for another appointments??? Wow

MZ: Wish I knew….maybe its all part of a bigger sting operation?  Maybe they are afraid too?  When is enough- enough?????  Hoping there is a bigger plan.

Member:  Now, Iraq wants a new government ???

MZ: Yes they want another government…..they are tired of waiting for the rv…..hope it happens for them this week

Member:  Walking stick is in Iraq to open banks for his company. Imagine what he is going hrough!

MZ: We have very good contacts in Iraq. Last weekend we heard they were supposed to introduce the Lower Denominations widespread….We were told the US held them off because we weren’t ready. Due to the problem with the European banks..….but they are still expecting the RV at any moment.

Member:  Guys certain things have to be in place for this to go. Its never been about a certain date but about certain things in order...

Q: has the FED been shut down yet?

MZ: I have not seen proof af that yet ….just rumors

Member:  The IRS is being turned over to the Treasury

Member:  The FED needs to stop bailing out the banks and let this stuff happen!!!!

Member:  The first countries to offer an asset-backed alternative to the U.S. dollar will be a combination of Russia and China. They’re working on it already

Member:  Kim Clement Prophesied I believe in 2014 that Trump will do 2 terms. He also Prophesied many will Roar with "Impeach, Impeach, Impeach". Just a thought to consider

MZ: We are still working on the petitions for the whitehouse….will keep you all informed

Q:  Where can we go to sign the petition?

MZ: When its done you will be able to read it and sign it online or on your phones.

Q: Do you really think the PTB listen to your stream?

MZ: Yes…politicians and Interpol have contacted me after some streams……they really listen when Mr. Cottrell and other guests are on.

Member:  I'm sure I speak for everyone here but I'm tired of the lip service we want to see action down at our level and not JUST to hear about it

MZ: Mr. C has not been processed yet…..He has been working on the petition for the white house which we may have available tomorrow morning for people to go and sign…..you will be able to sign online.   The Whitehouse has already been sent the large package of information from Mr. C.

MZ: The petition is for the President to sign that he has read the information and he has an action plan to deal with it. We will have more on this tomorrow

MZ: All my paymaster contacts around the world from Hong Kong, Zurich and London are being positioned and have been given appointments  between Tues and Thurs this week…I know of one that was just flown overseas for his appointment …at the banks expense……that is a very positive thing.  

MZ: Isaac (in Zurich ) had an appointment 4pm Zurich time today…..hope we find our soon if he has liquidity or not. Hopefully he will be under an NDA and can’t say anything…….that right there would tell us a lot.

MZ: I do not have a package update……no one is talking. ….they are doing a very good job at being quiet.

Q: Any news from your military contacts?

MZ: From one of my military contacts……consider a rumor that we will be going into Venezuela to help with their gold standard and then it RV’s…..I consider this very much as “rumor” right now

Q:  mark do you think that the riots in Iraq will stop the rv until their goverment give the people what thay want. your opinion please?

MZ: I do not believe the riots in Iraq will stop the RV…I believe it will push it faster…These riots will not stop until they revalue their dinar………I do not blame them for rising up

Mod:  THERE HAS NEVER BEEN THIS MUCH INFORMATION COMING OUT OF IRAQ EVER! IMO, IRAQ SHOULD BE WATCHED CLOSELY. EVENTS ARE HAPPENING

Q:  Mark do you think the hold up is the oil field issue in Iraq?

MZ: No I do not

Member: Heard they had to get rid of Baghdadi before they could safely RV the Dinar!

Member:  Intelligence recovered during Military Operation WILL allow Military to make arrests of Treason. !!!!!

Member:  I truly believe we are at the end of waiting. Arrests going down. Banks can't survive

Member:  We should be demanding the IG report be pushed out to start the arrest on the political and deep state cabal. That's where everything starts.

Member:  The RV has no choice now. There is no war to cover up the implosion that's here. Housing prices starts dropping 8.8% already

Member:  Trump has to drain that political and deep state swamp before any RV or Basel Gold Treaty can happen. Look for the release of the IG report.

Q: MarkZ.. can you confirm that 4 time very very very large trunches were delivered end of last week into Reno?

MZ: I know some big money has moved….I do not know the total

Member:  4 tranches of 21 zeros is a Sectillion were made for Tier 4!!!

Member: IF there was ​4 tranches of 21 zeros is a Sextillion put in the banks for Tier 4, would you think that would be enough to pay out zim at the $4 Trillion that rumors have floated??

Member:  HOW MUCH IS A TRILLION....??? If you spent 1 million dollars a day how many days would it take to spend a trillion dollars? A trillion is a million million, so it would take one million days at $1 million a day to spend a trillion. For you to spend your Trillion Dollars, it would take One million days or about 2,737.85 YEARS...

Q:  Mark, do you still believe it will be over by the 31st? of October...

MZ: Yes I do

Q: When do you look to see the 800 numbers?

MZ:  They could appear right now and I would not be surprised....they could appear on Wednesday  and I would not be surprised…..anytime now…….I would not be surprised

MZ: I have great contacts in the banks and I personally believe there will be 800 numbers and no I do not think they are from the cabal.

Member:  From the news Banks are getting ready to implode everywhere.

Member:  The banks are buying their liquidity through the Federal Reserve.

Member:  These repo loans are not being made to commercial banks which could re-loan the money to stimulate the U.S. economy. The loans are going to the New York Fed’s primary dealers, which are stock and bond trading houses on Wall Street who count hedge funds among their largest borrowers

Q: When do we start holding sources accountable when their intel is wrong?

MZ: That is what Mr.C has done with this tremendous amount of work he has done getting this huge package together for the White house…..and that is what the grand jury they are forming about the reset is for……..many people putting in a lot of work and hundreds of hours to hold people accountable.

Q: I would like to know why Trump is really in Chicago?

MZ: Maybe because of the huge Fed. Reserve office there?

Member: I heard 500 people have been arrested overnight

MZ: I have not heard that yet…but that is exactly what we are looking to see

MZ: There is rumors of test packages going out- but nothing verified yet.

MZ: This thing can go anytime….even a weekend imo….The reset is not dependent on a day or time

Member:  in 3 DAYS FROM NOW 2 YEARS AGO Q POSTED FOR THE FIRST TIME AND POSTED HRC WOULD BE ARRESTED THE 29TH 2017....

Member:  Trump tweeted at 2:15 am he's going to camp David. Another channel said he had to go to CD to release this.

Mr. Cottrell joins the call at about minute 13:00  talking about the petition and all the information he has sent to the white house this week…..an in-depth synopsis of the events from 1989 to 2019.

MZ: This may be the straw that breaks the camels back…..Mr. Trump may not know all these details…..

Mr. Cottrell: I challenge any of the people speaking against us to submit their information and do the same.  Put yourselves out there and give your information

Mr.C: I am not the only signatory out there. I sign off on the Gold codes…..There are others …each with their own part to play. Trump, The Golden Dragon, Zap…..We are all cogs in a wheel.

Mr. C: All baskets will go at the same time and all fiat derivatives will be zeroed out.

Mr.C: Interpol is in Control of the QFS …..communists aren't going to run it…..and neither are the Rats in the US

Q:  Is Zimbabwe involved with the  Elders?

MC: Yes….Zimbabwe is involved...they have a bi lateral agreement with them....Chinese are putting up a lot of the gold for this……but,  no one country is going to supply  all the gold for this reset…..

Q: Is the IRS going away?

Mr.C:  I was told by Interpol they are actually already gone..

Mr.C: One of the reasons the Chinese and Interpol have been having difficulties is no one realized how deep and wide the swamp really is……millions of people in that swamp, their families ect…….We need to see those arrests start to happen and soon. The Chinese did not want to release the funds without seeing those arrests happen. I believe the Chinese are an honorable people and want this done the right way in a forthright, transparent way. I believe they are working with Pres. Trump to see those arrests …they have an agreement……..maybe even a deadline to have those arrests happen.

Mr. C: What I see in DC is a methodical method taking down of the the rats……I believe that is what the Chines and Trump have agreed to. Doing this correctly and right , and honestly. Within the law.

MZ: I think the Reset and the arrests will happen almost at once…almost at the same time.

Mr. C. I was told that within 2 hours of me signing off on what I need to do….those arrest will start……in a very big way

Member: IMO That's why TRUMP called back all Marines SO they will acted on the 120,000+ seal indictments under a National Emergency

Member:  They have been arresting low level idiots for months and taking them out of positions of power, they are working up the levels.

Member:  The Schiff/Pelosi fake impeachment hits a roadblock, the witness has nothing, now what. The patriots are sitting back watching the [DS] players destroy themselves, this is all part of the plan, next wave is coming, pain is coming. You understand Q timing, yes? A report issued by the House of Representatives, to reach Iraq's financial revenues during the past 18 years and one thousand five hundred trillion dinars "about one trillion dollars

The report, which was seen by the "Economy News," that "Iraq's revenues from 2001 to 2018 amounted to 1155 trillion dinars, of which 1022 trillion dinars were spent while surplus 133.2 trillion dinars

He added that Iraq's revenues from 2004 to 2018 amounted to 1136 trillion dinars, but these funds did not bear fruit on the ground when calculating the projects implemented, we find that 25% of them were implemented and the rest was completely wasted between administrative corruption and projects not implemented due to the deterioration of the security situation

He stressed that the total advances as of December 2017 amounted to 112.5 trillion dinars

The report pointed out that the actual revenues of Iraq from 1980 to 2000 amounted to 3.1 trillion dinars, while expenditures were 5.6 trillion dinars, with a deficit of 2.3 trillion dinars

He pointed out that Iraq achieved the highest deficit in its budget in 1982 by 9.5 billion dinars, while due to the Iran-Iraq war, the real deficit reached 150%    LINK

The Iraqi Stock Exchange continued for the  fourth consecutive day of losses, as a result of the general situation in Iraq during the current days

In today's trading, the stock exchange recorded a decline of the general index by 0.62% to reach 479.48 points

And achieved one company profits in the trading of shares is the Iraqi seed production if the share price of 5.7 dinars, while the most losers were the Islamic Bank of the tender and the Gulf Insurance and Investment Bank and the production of ready-made clothes and modern sewing   LINK

MZ: I still feel we are very close…….right on the edge of seeing this all happen for us. I’m still excited at where we are. There are a few things that I cannot share that makes me believe we will be underway in Oct.

MZ: We have heard from Zurich and Reno and some of the larger groups..that some of the folks are being sent to Hong Kong to finish up and process quicker and to prevent the Treasury getting in the way.

Mod:  PAYMASTERS MOVING TO HONG KONG TO REMOVE INTERFERENCE IS THE RUMOR

Member:  The banks are close to total collapse. has to happen soon.

MZ: In Iraq they still are planning on going without the US if it doesn’t happen by next week. If this happens it will be “in-country” at first …but do not worry……It will force things to move quicker internationally IMO…

MZ: I have not seen any big arrests yet and that is what I am really looking for. Hearing this may be a big weekend for arrests.

Member:  I keep hearing no currency exchange until after October 24th, after mass arrest.

Q: Any updates on the Grand Jury?

MZ: Interpol hasn’t given me any updates recently……Hope to have one soon

Q: Are the elders still here?

MZ: There is a small contingent here and also in Zurich and S. Africa and other places

MZ: They are frustrated as well and have been hearing much of what I have with the timing.

MZ:  It forces the Whitehouse to respond and deal with this…….It will hopefully force a resolution.

MZ:  I hear that there is a huge, large-scale audit being finished up on 4a…If everything balances…..it will be released to paymasters  within days and if true 4b is right on their heels. I was told if they release 4a….they will release the 800 numbers for us……..

MZ: There is a lot of chatter about things happening on the 19th …several people I know say its significant..

MZ: I heard earlier they expected package deliveries to start Tu-Th but have not seen anything happening yet

Q: Are we still hoping for this week?

MZ: I have seen a lot of behind the scenes stuff…some I cannot comment on…If I had to make a guess…I think this may be our weekend like Mr. Mayhew always said……you go to bed on a Saturday Night and wake up Sunday to a new Financial world…..or something like that.   I think we are right on top of it…..based on what I am hearing.

MZ: He has been laying low this week….so I do not know…..he is probably watching this stream

MZ: Many contacts in S.Africa and Zurich have gone quiet with NDA’s….One did say that they expect funds liquid by tomorrow……Everyone going quiet is good news imo
