MZ: We have reports of holds being released in Europe…..a couple contacts say no….not yet…….one says yes…in UK got a release on a zim swap….…but a couple have appointments tomorrow morning for new currency…something they havn’t exchanged with SKRS yet over there. …  Things have gone quiet in Europe as well as Reno

MZ: Reno is being very quiet…..We hear that DHS is the organization making them go quiet.

MZ: Isaac (in Zurich)  has not updated us since last week….I really hope that means he is under a NDA.

MZ: My contacts on the ground say no new rate as of yet……I am told the Iraqi PM is in China signing the final RV paperwork, trade issues, and treasury rates….and it will release when he gets back home which should be overnight tonight to Sat. Morning.

MZ: My paymaster is hoping to go home late tonight…..a small indicator of what we are hearing for timing …He is very excited that he will be going home soon….He is with 4a…..and if this is true I may be under some kind of a NDA by tomorrow morning.

Q:If Mark’s paymaster goes home, does that mean funds are liquid for 4b?

MZ: yes

MZ: I have heard that package deliveries will start sometime within the next 3 days…..waiting to hear from my contact at Homeland Security on this.

MZ: The Court case to get to the bottom of the reset delays has asked that no info to be released until the Jury is totally seated…for security reasons…..then everything from then on should be public.

MZ: They appeared to have jumped the gun….but if banks are doing currency swaps….you know they believe we are really close

Member:  Any bank exchanging is doing it on a hope and prayer because they are out on a limb. They have to believe it is inevitable but when it comes to the Middle East Muslim countries, nothing is certain.

Member:  only whales can do swaps, really. Bank already has a relationship with the customer and is willing to go out on a limb and give them a safe keeping receipt for their currencies.

Nflemingjr:  IT CAN NOT BE STOPPED AT THIS TIME.

Q: Hey. Mark have you heard anything about the IRS bye bye on the 30th.

Member:  Just heard that the 1st Lady is going to open the Stock Exchange on Monday! Could that be the TIME?

Member:  I have a buddy that worked on the QFS and has treasury contacts and he is “liking” Friday and Saturday......

Member:  there are lots of opinions regarding the time of the release and someone out there has that answer, they just aren't saying. Not promoting Frank, but his fireflies, in country, are saying the citizens are being called into the banks for a seminar this Saturday, most likely to shwo the lower denom notes and prepare them for fractional banking??

Member:  MarkZ, in my opinion the hard deadline is the 30th. I believe that we are right on it. I believe that it was all scheduled for the end of the fiscal year.. Look for today and tomorrow.

MZ: There is a growing line of thought that agrees with you and that’s for certain.

Member:  By Tyler Durden / ZeroHedge The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on September 20th. The emergency communications drill will begin at 2:18 p.m. EDT through 2:20 p.m. EDT. Every cell phone in the US will receive a text message from President Trump.

Member:  It was rumored that Tier 2 and 3 were made liquid at 6 pm EDT on Tues. and then cleared up the 1.2 Quadrillion in derivatives debt due on Sept. 30 that would have collapsed the Markets and caused a Depression. On that same Tues. Sept. 17 the Repo Rate roared from 2% to 10%, meaning that there was no liquidity in the banking system. On that same date President Trump gave Iraq the go ahead to release their new rate and ordered immediate declassification.

MZ: I really do not think they are kicking the can…I think its rolling out….not as quickly as we want…..but I believe its logistics at this point.

MZ: Everything is very quiet and its quiet on purpose…It’s the Treasury applying pressure to keep things this quiet.

MZ:  About the Iran/Saudi Arabia conflict…I am not concerned a bit about this

MZ: My personal opinion is that oil prices had been so low that we are seeing a staged event to raise oil prices to back the dinar and its new rate.

Member: Oil prices jumped 20% instantly

Member:  POTUS has authorized using our strategic oil reserves/

MZ: Hearing from a couple contacts in Iraq that they are expecting a new rate tomorrow…on the street level.……we are watching that really closely…I am hopeful this is correct.

Member:  Iraq is fed up will lead the way this week according to Ray and Tony of TNT.

Member:  Per Frank 26 Iraq is buying gold like crazy using the Dinar at a program rate makes no sense. If they continue this will cause inflation which will rush the RI

MZ: I still hear Iran will be in the first basket….will be close to parity with Iraq if they play ball….it will be half that if they don't.

Member:  On TV & Electronic Billboards All over Iraq. Visual Aids of the new smaller category Dinar notes & coins will be at the banks any day now...

MZ: I believe everything is done but the roll out and paying people. And based on indicators I am seeing. I think we are watching the roll out right now…

MZ: In Reno- we are hearing the bigwigs came back to town to finally get to finish up…..They are being very quiet

MZ: At redemption centers……they did not work this weekend…..but they are working now.

MZ:  My paymaster expects to be home mid week…..he was there on his own dime for quite awhile…. ..now he is  there on the banks dime…..He is really looking forward to going home this week.

MZ: I was going to do a live stream at 2:00Pm today but now I have to be on the road at 2…..have to go out of town ….so  I will do a live stream around seven or 8 o’clock tonight.

MZ: I just wanted to touch quickly on the news we heard over the weekend

MZ: From many sources…..There are a lot of folks flying into Reno last night and this morning in expectation .

MZ: We are hearing that Iraq is pulling the trigger this week and so we (the US?) are scrambling to be 100% out the door.

MZ: There is a lot of reports that the military has begun exchanging, however even though I have many contacts in military …and they say they havn’t exchanged yet….. so consider it as “rumor” .

MZ: Mr. C is optimistic and upbeat for this week.

MZ: I am very upbeat for the week

MZ: I will be driving all the way to the coast and back so am not exactly sure what time I can do the live stream tonight….but tonight we will do a longer stream and cover all the Monday news. Probably 7 or 8….when I know for sure I will send a tweet.

MZ: News overnight…..I hear everything is totally positioned…We are not waiting for anything else….nothing else to do….we are right on top of it…..Just need the trigger to be pulled by whoever says “start or go” and Mr. C to do his job.

Member:  Mr. C could BE the trigger!

MZ: I am also told that the package deliveries will be all weekend…more people are home on weekends then weekdays…...so I am staying close to home

MZ: I am also hearing 4a is positioned to go….I have not heard that it has stated yet.

MZ: I am hearing that a number of the larger groups have their leaders in training for the release of the 800 numbers…..and how to handle it…..but we need to see those numbers and then I will get excited

Member:  Mark Bruce was saying addition to NDA to block buying currency from 2nd basket for 1st basket holders!

MZ: I think that would be impossible to enforce…..I don’t think it would work logically……to many ways around it.

Member:  I just wish we could get the 1st exchange over first, then give money to help others. GET R DONE!

Member:  Frank 26 is thinking the last week in September. But that’s his opinion only.

Member:  Frank26 Went through the Miliki story again last night. he said that under Obama the US has been sending Iraq $1 billion a month.

MZ: He is still there. He is frustrated….…he had to reschedule his flight home…..still positive he will be finished and leaving Reno this weekend

MZ: I am hearing from my contacts in Iraq that they are starting a 2 week roll out starting tomorrow….including coins, lower denominations ect…..we are hearing very good things coming out of Iraq.

MZ: Pay attention to Frank, Walkingstick and Delta for the Iraq news …they are the best when it comes to Iraq.

Member:  yes Mark you are correct in what his group is putting out.....the private banks will all be open to exchange currency within 2 weeks

MZ: I know many of you are concerned with rumors from other intel providers about lops ect…..dont be. A Lop doesn’t even make sense…it won’t fix anything in Iraq.

MZ: Listen to Dr. Shabibi.  He has shown how regular math doesn’t work. They are funding this from oil production. Oil costs them $2 a barrel. They pre-sold it with the “Oil for Dinar” plan at about $38 a barrel. So listen again to Shabibi.

MZ:  My paymaster still wants to be home this weekend…..funds are absolutely there and they just need the release to send them to us. .  He says the public should be in the banks no later than on the 10th or 11th. Actually in there with currency in their hands.

Member: The US government is fixing to declare bankruptcy by the end of September.This may be the trigger to cause the US Dollar to crash and force President Trump to return to the gold standard
