Let's take a look at what war does to a country's currency. It causes inflation, the rise of interest rates, diversions in international trade, and the destruction of property, capital, and human lives. It's not a pretty picture at all.

There is an upside to war believe it or not. Interest rates go down at the end of the war to encourage economic growth, new treaty agreements are signed that involve economic benefits, and a fresh supply of new money to pay for the war it would help the creation of money for countries who have relied on the dollar for so long.

This will be done by valuing securities collateral at a fair market value estimate. In other words, it will be based on asset type, credit rating, and more.

January 1st of 2024, payment service providers are going to have to record electronically cross-border payments to the Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt) on a quarterly basis.

Central Electronic System of Payment Information (CESOP) will require Traditional Banks, Savings Banks, Credit Unions, eMoney Institutions, and Markets to begin reporting their daily electronic payments.

It has been the stablecoins that have created a great deal of attention in finalizing the crypto regulation space.  We already know that the SEC will govern the Securities coins and the CFTC will govern the coins considered as commodities.  In this final phase of development within a regulatory framework, the same rules that apply to the dollar are expected to be applied to the crypto space.
