Member: August is gone…..A new week and new month are beginning

Member: I really had hoped that this weekend was the one we are were waiting for. Another good opportunity passed over by the PTB. What the heck are they waiting for?

Member: And who the heck is supposed to pull the trigger?  

MZ: We have a bit more news than I was expecting today- out of Iraq….being a holiday and all. But most expectations are for tomorrow by most of my contacts.

MZ: Very quiet over the Labor day weekend for groups and bonds.

Member: Could our notifications come today?

MZ: Noone knows when notifications are coming…….but there is a tremendous amount of anticipation for September 2nd….not for today Sept. 1st.

Member: I have anticipation fatique…….to tired to hope

Member: If it happens tomorrow, I will deem September 2nd as my birthday every year forward!!!

Member: What is holding us up?

MZ: I don’t think anything is holding us up…..I think its just rolling out.

Member: Nader doesn’t think Iraq will RV until after their elections

MZ: But if you listen to Sudani…he is saying it will go before the elections.

Member: It has to go before the election or he might not get elected how could he take that chance?

Member: I wonder-Whatever happened to the VND the people of Viet Nam were supposed to receive ?

Member: I heard Vietnam had 50 percent of payouts done before 7PM our time yesterday

Member: My bank says they send foreign exchanges to Florida….I said no

MZ: Most banks do send foreign currencies to a specific branch to be exchanged….sometimes if there is many branches in one area…they send it all there. That is why I keep saying that when we get 800 numbers it will send up to the bank branch/redemption center to exchange without sending it off.

Member: It is important that one is present when one's currency is being counted because there are people that could steal your currency. Do not let your currency out of your hands or out of sight.

Member: where do you get the 1 800 numbers when the reset occurs?? Tier 4 B numbers?

Member: Mark, Frank, TNT, Bruce and all dinar sites will post them if they can. I think the numbers will be posted all over.

MZ: I tell folks it will be at Dinar Recaps because I know folks in some banks who told me that. But every site who has the news will post them……It will be everywhere.

Member: Is there a list of everything we will need to have before we enter the redemption center

MZ: I am curious what this could mean? This was in the middle east news. “Trump sparks controversy with mysterious post: something big is coming- The world will soon understand”   Pres. Trump posted this on X. Could he disclose the deepstate?

Member: I hope it means reset, new gold backed currency , and we get to go exchange.

MZ: “Iraq’s Ascension to the WTO is proceeding steadily and deliberately”   this is all over their news over there.

MZ:   Another one dominating the news:”  The partnership with the World Bank continues to support the government financial reform priorities” They need the appearance that Iraq is safe and stable.

Member. Iraq news makes me think of Groundhog day….

MZ: “ An American Warning: The Federal Bank is considering the decision to cut off the dollar from Iraq”  Do you know what the revaluation of the dinar does? Cuts the dollar off. Lots of positive news out of Iraq.

Member: Mark how is Iraq continuing with all of their financial projects without revaluing yet?

MZ: Oil Revenue. But things will be a whole lot easier with a revaluation.

President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid stressed that there is an urgent need to pass the oil and gas law and detailed laws on the distribution of revenues, to solve the existing problems.

The President said in a televised interview: "The Arab-Kurdish Cultural Center is an important step towards strengthening common rapprochement through studying common history and destiny."

He explained: "The relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government is good in all areas, and the existing differences are originally between the provinces and the federal government, and what is common to them is greater than the differences."

He stressed: "There is an urgent need to pass the oil and gas law and detailed laws on the distribution of revenues to solve the existing problems, and unfortunately, Parliament has not succeeded in passing the important oil and gas law."

He pointed out: "It is the government's duty to provide salaries for all employees, and we have a major problem in government expenditures from salaries, as they reach more than 80% of the state's revenues, while in other developed countries they do not reach more than 6%, and we must solve this problem."

He added: "We must ensure free and fair elections, and prevent the exploitation of power and its resources for electoral purposes. We, in the four presidencies, agreed on a document to be electoral regulations to be adopted by the Electoral Commission and other bodies concerned with organizing them."

He stressed that there is no truth to the postponement of elections or the formation of an emergency government, and we must ensure our people's confidence in holding fair elections on time. We in Iraq are proud that all electoral processes took place on time without delay.

The President stressed that the world is facing a major water crisis as a result of climate change, including Iraq. We must obtain a fair share from neighboring countries, stop our waste, and use modern irrigation and agricultural methods.

He stressed: "The continued aggression on Gaza has a negative impact on the entire region, and our position in Iraq is clear and not new, in our support for the Palestinian people in achieving their full legitimate rights to self-determination. The aggression must now stop, humanitarian aid must be delivered, and famine must be stopped." LINK

The digital economy in Iraq: 10 million bank cards and 15 trillion dinars in payments

The Eco Iraq Observatory, which specializes in economic affairs, announced on Saturday that the number of active bank cards in the country has exceeded 10 million, indicating the rapid expansion towards a digital economy.

The observatory quoted the Baghdad Council for Digital Transformation and Electronic Payments, in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, as saying, "The qualitative transformation in the electronic payment sector is due to the policies of the Central Bank of Iraq and the government's support for this process."

According to the council, the volume of digital payments exceeded 15 trillion Iraqi dinars, including 1.7 trillion dinars for customs, while the remaining transactions were distributed across various other sectors.

The Council emphasized that "electronic payment companies are non-banking financial institutions whose mission is limited to executing transfers without storing funds or opening accounts," noting that "these companies have directly contributed to building the infrastructure for this transformation."

He pointed out that "the ongoing reforms in the banking system aim to consolidate governance and strengthen the foundations of the country's digital economy." LINK

Thurs. 28 Aug. 2025 Bruce The Big Call:

A Source said Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) would be notified to set exchange appointments sometime between Friday 29 Aug and Wed. 3 Aug. Another Source said we would be notified by Sun. 31 Aug.

The new exchange rates are (allegedly) on the back screen of the Forex and being used by banks to trade.

Use of US Treasury paper checks (representing the fiat US Dollar) will end on Sept. 30. Gold/asset-backed direct deposits and gold/asset-backed digital currency will replace the paper checks on Oct. 1 when the new fiscal year begins for the US.

DOGE payments were supposed to start the first week in September.

SS increases were supposed to start Wed. 3 Sept.

Mnt Goat  Just recent news told us that nearly 500 billion US dollars stolen from Iraq may be recoverable from foreign entities...Even a partial recovery would be massive...WOW!...it might be the catalyst Iraq needs to give them the global confidence to launch the reinstatement back to FOREX and repeg the dinar to a basket of currencies. This could also send the Development Road project into high gear. The amount of Iraq’s reserves could then reach more than half a trillion dollars...WOW. This could completely back the dinar and then some. There are not many countries that have this kind of reserves and financial stability.

MZ:  Normal Saturday, Matt and Lucas (CBD Guru’s)  start the morning taking the first 45 minutes, then we hit the news on the RV and world

Member:  Happy Labor Day weekend

MZ: In Iraq: “The Central Bank governor of Egypt : Issuing instructions and controls to regulate the Electronic Payment Process” helping al-Alaq who is the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq. When exchanges occur it will be neat and orderly.

MZ: “After granting 10 million bank cards -The volume of digital payments exceeds the barrier of 15 trillion dinars”  I was told a long time ago this was the threshold for them to move forward. So I am tickled to see this article.

MZ: “Many factors and guarantees. Expert details the most prominent reasons for the return of US companies to Iraq”  In the past Iraq was a cesspool of corruption. So US companies left after the gulf war. But now they are back because of the many changes made by the Sudani administration.

MZ: I think this one is important. “ This week a parliamentary session is set to approve the Popular mobilization Law in a new format” It looks like they have found a compromise with the new US ambassador (Miller I believe)  .

MZ: My Iraqi sources say they now have a workable compromise. A moderate version of this law. A date will set this week. So we are seeing progress.

MZ: This is the cherry on the top: “ Mazar Saleh: The rise in gold prices in Iraq and the world reflects international economic transformations”  This is Sudani’s economic advisor and our new “Shabibi” of this day and time.  Saleh is well respected all around the world and favors the Austrian school of economics. He believes gold will be an important part of modern banking.

MZ: There have been a lot of hints and rumors about 9/2. Maybe they need the US to be off the labor day banking holiday?

Member: Mark what does your gut say?

MZ: I have tremendous expectations so my gut is a big “butterfly-ish” for Sept 2nd. No solid proof just seems a lot of things are coming together.

Member: Iraq Election is in October. Good time for Iraq to revalue (Eve of September) to boost Al-Sudani for another term!

Member: I am still hoping for this weekend…..but The new US fiscal year starts on October 1st…

Member: I wonder if the trigger might be when the new fiscal year starts on Oct 1? I hope it doesnt take that long.

Member: I am really hoping that this happens this weekend and appts start Tuesday.

Bob is here, Sue here, I'm here. Let's go ahead and pray the call in,   Because it's always so much fun for all of us. So let's pray the call in.  All right. Well, let's take that and run with it, and let's look at where we are in the way of Intel.

Now, I know some of you folks have seen certain people online that are saying we are supposed to be notified tomorrow, and then we've heard other people. We've got a source that is saying we should get notified for tier 4b between tomorrow and and Wednesday, which is the third of September.

Like, okay, there's a there's a nice size window between tomorrow and the third. Then there's another piece of intel that can that says we should be notified by the last day of this month, which would be, what August 31 right? That would actually be Sunday, because labor day is Monday, the first of September. So we've got, it's all over the place.

And I have to tell you, I have another source that is saying Not yet.

So I have to be honest and let you guys know I've got some that are kind of in the tomorrow to Wednesday. Got one that's saying, you know, at the by the end of this month or on the last day of this month. And then we've also got some that are one that's saying, Not yet, not yet

There's more to do with the lines of credit, with what the shake up that's going on with the Federal Reserve. It's obviously being rolled into the treasury. And then so is the IRS, and then we've got Trey Gowdy, formerly of South Carolina, that's being put in a position of authority with the new Fed. I'll call it a new Federal Reserve enrolled into the treasury portion of the Fed. Okay, that's going on –

And Trey Gowdy is probably also going to be the head of the external revenue service. And the external revenue is the revenue that's coming in from other countries with the tariffs that are coming in and in the billions and billions to the United States.

And you know, before we had the IRS, before we were taken down the pike, on an asset less currency than Fiat dollars that we still have in our money clips and wallets now - 

Before that happened, we had plenty of tariff income coming into the country, but we got bamboozled by the deep state bankers that took us down the road. Took us down wrong road, and we're still stuck with that for a little while longer, until the USN and USTN Come out, and we have the beginnings of NESARA , The National Economic Security And Reformation Act.

Economic Security should be said together, National Economic Security And Reformation Act. And that's happening, that's coming. They've got it behind the scenes. I understand the USN is being traded. We don't have it out yet as a formal announcement, but I understand it's there. It's being traded. It's kind of like the Iraqi dinar. It's not on the front screens of the Forex, but it's on the back screen on the Forex right now.

And we know we got rates on bank screens on both dinar, Iraqi dinar and Vietnamese Dong, and they're decent rates on the banks, so they're going to be even better at the redemption centers than they are at the banks. Okay, so keep that in mind. I've told you that before. It's not new,

But where I think we are is we're at a little bit of an impasse, because we've got information saying it's coming soon. You know, first week in September, between tomorrow and then, and then, we also got information saying it's not ready yet. We've got to get lines of credit established through the change that's taken place with the Federal Reserve, the new Fed, we had the governor of the Federal Reserve was fired.

We have, my understanding is, I haven't seen it in the press or the news, but my understanding is President Trump has also fired the Director of the Federal Reserve. He's supposedly gone. And you know, that's  a good thing, and then we can get things started. But you know, when we're dealing with things that have to pay through the Treasury, in which aspects of the new Fed, it's slow, it's not fast.

Now, hopefully, with Trey Gowdy in there, Scott Bessent in there as head of the Treasury Secretary, and sharing dual responsibility temporarily with the new Federal Reserve too. So Scott is busy, and he's he's kind of got both oars in the water, and you've also got, you know, Trey Gowdy helping and other people that we know that are moving it forward. But the question is, can they make this work more quickly for us?

Can they move it along a little bit because we've been waiting a long time, and I know President Trump can't get in the middle of it, even though he's got good people doing it, he's not. He cannot get smack dab in the middle of it, even though he's calling the shots -- definitely, and I'm looking forward to it.

Do you realize that the new fiscal year for United States starts October one?

You realize how that we've only got another month before the new fiscal year starts October 1, and guess what has to stop by the end of September. Paper checks from the US Treasury, not our checks if you have a checking account. Not talking about that. I'm talking about paper checks. Some people are still getting paper checks from the Treasury.

That is supposed to stop by the last day of September. What's going to replace it? Direct deposits and digital -- Those two are supposed to replace that. So everything is happening, in my opinion, in the month of September, to get ready for a brand new fiscal year, with new monetary policy, with a new financial system, which is the quantum financial system.

 And the other thing that's interesting is we've got, you know, I've talked about Doge, which they still kind of use that term. Doge was the savings from waste, fraud and abuse that Elon Musk and his team have found all through our government that is creating real money for us in the way of our Doge payments. And that's supposed to start in the first week of September.

The other thing that we're hearing from our social security contact is that we're looking to get an increase for those that are on social security, to get an increase, starting if this holds up for the month of September, starting the third of September, which is this coming Wednesday.

Okay, so wait and we’ll see if  that holds up and we do get the increase that we're talking about. And I'm not going to say how much it is, because it varies. It's different. It fluctuates. One day, it's this next day at this amount. I don't know it should be an increase, though, so that's supposed to happen.

And the theory is that when people get money from their Doge payments, that everybody's going to get some form of money, and that's going to make when we go in for our exchanges. We're not an outlier, where we're the only ones that have money.

Everybody's going to have an input, an increase in the from the Doge, if they get it as a lump sum, or whatever they get, however, whatever amount they get, everybody's going to be in pretty good shape. Will it start in the first week of September? This is what we heard from three different sources.

 It's supposed to happen. Let's see if it does. I've only got my neck out there so far, because, like you guys, I I'm believing it. I have belief for it. I have the faith for it. Let's just see if that's what manifests.

 Okay, so I think you've got a good cover from people getting money and us getting notified and setting our appointments and beginning our exchanges. Okay, that's what I'm looking for. That's what I'm looking for

Now, timing wise, you know, guys, it has dragged on. We know that there have been things that had to happen. We know it couldn't have happened under Obama for eight years.

It couldn't happen under Biden and it didn't happen under President Trump's first term, but it sure as heck can happen under President Trump now in his second non consecutive term, which is great.

 So I'm excited about that. Obviously, DC cleaned up Chicago is going to be next, if it hasn't already started. LA has already started. It's kind of get those Olympics ready to go in three years. There's a lot that has to happen in LA and I understand which is good news.

I understand  I understand President Trump forward the ability for people out there in Palisades, some, some of those other burned out areas, they've already had the US Army Corps of Engineers in there to assure people that they could get building permits in 10 days, not three or four months or more, as Karen Bass and her crew in LA have done, or the …. don't even get me going.

But I think by having the Corp in there working with all of the individuals who had homes in the Palisades and some of the other burned out areas, they should be able to get building permits to those people to begin rebuilding in ten days -- to President Trump's goal to get that done when he went out there, right out of those fires, and when he met With with Governor newscom And Karen Bass and that whole quarter east, he said, I want these guys to have building permits  in seven days.

I remember hearing that, seeing that on TV, seven days, well, 10 days is not too bad. And if the US Corp can get that done in 10 days, if those people started building the homes that they lost through no fault of their own, with no water in the fire hydrants and no water in the reservoirs.

I'm excited about where we are you guys - I know that I don't have numbers tonight. No, I don't. But let’s see what happens - And maybe nothing happens until the first week of September  I don't know that, guys, it's just not clear .

This also plays into what Iraq is currently planning with the new post reform Riyada Bank. Not to mention the other article that was released by the Gateway Pundit about September 1st being a huge day for what D. Trump has planned.

We will (allegedly) get back money we paid out to the bank for Lines of credit, interest paid on mortgages and cars and money paid to the IRS for taxes.

There are around 29,000 Zim Holders, 2 million currency holders across the World.

The US Treasury was expecting to get an email from the DOD at 9 am tomorrow Wed. 28 Aug. telling them if the green light has been given.

Bond Holders, Core groups and the Admirals group was supposed to be notified that the DOD has given the green light at that same time: 9 am tomorrow Wed. 28 Aug.

Sandy Ingram   Syria is revaluing its currency and dropping two zeros.  This talk has been around for a long time for Iraq but Syria is actually doing it.  There's one slight problem.  Russia has been elected to ...print the currency...Russia is under international sanctions and that means some countries may not trade the Syrian pound...This dropping two zeros is big business...They'll have a new currency.  Both currencies will be in operation from December 8th to the last part of 2026.  We can only hope Iraq will draft the same type of revalue.

MZ: Everything I heard is things have sped up to get us off “stuck”

Member: Any news from your groups/bonds you mentioned for Thursday?

MZ: There are rumors that Indian Nations money has been positioned and paid and they are ready for disbursement to their people. I’ve reached out to a few elders but still not sure how accurate it is. If true this would tell us how close we are.

MZ: I am waiting to hear something solid from group contacts …but lots of rumors its going now…or tonight or yesterday.

Member: There are rumors that the rumors are real…lol

Member: What tier are the Indian Nations in?

Member: From last year:  There are 5 Tiers of folks Exchanging. Tier 1-governments and royalty Tier 2-whales-elite with platforms of currency, corporations, etc. Tier 3-Admirals Group, American Indians, CMKX, large church groups (like the Mormons), etc. Tier 4-all the hundreds of thousands paying attention to intel - internet groups(all of us). Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

Member: Spoke to our 2nd chief of my tribe, he has not heard of anything yet.

Member: I'm sure you have heard but the CBI website has been down over two hours for "maintenance"...

Member: CBI website is down! Are they changing the rate?

Member: Hoping and praying they are.

MZ: There is an Iraqi video out talking about ascension to the WTO. In short it says they have completed the World Trade Organization ascension process. Many believe their will be a new value on the dinar on the eve of that day.

MZ: “ Erbil deposits 120 billion dinars of its non-oil revenues in Baghdad’s treasury”  This is another huge piece for us. They are moving forward with oil and gas deliveries.

MZ: “Washington sends its expert man to Baghdad. What is behind  the appointment of Josh Harris as Charge’ de’ Affaires of  the US Embassy?”  the man we had before was doing double duty both in Yemin and Iraq- going back and forth. The Trump administration pulled out their “hard hitter”  for Iraq to get things done . He is very well respected in the region. They need him to finish getting out all Iranian ties and a new value for the dinar. They are ready to get things done. IMO

MZ: “Chairman if the Securities commission: Iraq is steadily moving towards building an advanced economy.” This is part of their “White Paper” reforms.

Member: Isnt the Iraq election in October and wouldn’t it behoove Sudani to pull this now so he is indeed reelected for another term??? Hope it happens in September.

Member: I wonder- will the USN come out before we RV or at the same time?

Member: I had 2 wealth managers from 2 different banks we use reach out to me out of the blue yesterday trying to set an appt with us

 Member: I am going to feel pretty defeated if this does not go over the next week. Hope that is not the case.
