Time Is Running Out

No liquidity.
No dollar.
No revenue.
No deposits.
No withdrawals.
No market volume.

What is the next best thing to do if you plan on making it out of this financial constraint on your economy before more sanctions and more economic turmoil ensues? You change the exchange rate. Which I presume they only have days to do. Turkey is waiting on them to make decisions prior to Monday that will determine the fate of everything else contingent upon this oil export.

Majeed:  The government may resort to printing new money to cover the deficit Print new notes with small denom that has strong value

Paul Bruno:  seems to say more work needs to be done and the dinar needs to crash first. I trust him because he’s been the only voice of, not now, with reason

You can not crash your way into a new exchange rate like some unexpected hard drop in value then all of sudden this miraculous exchange rate comes in and saves the day.

A “crash” could occur if confidence in the dinar erodes due to external shocks (e.g., sanctions, oil price drops) or internal mismanagement, but it’s not a prerequisite for a rate change.

Something that is looming overhead due to their procrastination and reluctance because many will be going to prison after this. They know the corruption will come to an end. This is why they are dragging their feet and being forced into compliance.

The CBI could act preemptively to prevent such a crash by adjusting the rate based on current economic data and projections. This is why it is smart of them to do this now to avoid this. You have to know in order for you to have proper confidence in somebody else notion. You all keep riding the fence and two horses at the same time.

A crash would be destabilizing and counterproductive to Iraq’s current goals of stabilizing salaries, managing oil revenue, and avoiding public unrest. Instead, the CBI is more likely to adjust the rate proactively potentially this week or before February ends.

Based on economic necessity, oil export resumption, and fiscal pressures, as outlined in posts by Majeed and other developments we’ve discussed.

The odds of a rate change remain high (70-80% this week, 80-90% before month-end) without requiring a dinar crash.

If anything, the CBI would aim to prevent such a crash by acting decisively now. This is why the media in Iraq is now talking about introducing new currency and urging a rate change. Why? Because they want to avoid the very thing that @snwse21 claim needs to happen prior to the new exchange rate.

Fnu Lnu   One member of the Singapore Investment Group has been in San Francisco since Sunday. I finally got an opportunity to speak with her for an extended amount of time. She filled me in on some of the details...The Iraqis have proven to be less than attentive students. Learning is going slowly with some of the principles being resistant to the global methods and technical operations. She is getting these reports directly from one of the consulting group members, but would not say which one. Could be Wyman or K2...This may take a little time... Realize, an entire generation has passed so the youth have never known efficiency or the sense of urgency nor have they ever had purchasing power for the worthless currency. It is a sad situation to say the least. Meanwhile, we wait.

MZ: the increased chatter on the bond side is awesome…more and more bond holders have checked in saying they have their dates and know what to expect over the coming weeks….…...we just need some bond holders with cash now. I have rumors that a bond holder has cash…but have not been able to confirm it.

Member: Heard anything from your contact that went to Reno?

MZ: Group side remains quiet along with the prosperity package side and the CMKX side.

MZ: Iraq is publishing more “good articles”  “Al Rafidan announces of an electronic system for tracking consumer transactions electronically”  they are modernizing things. These are a necessary step for the white paper reforms.

MZ: “Expert: Talk about lack of cash is inaccurate and what is promoted is exaggerated” this has been a common theme in Iraq as they say they are fighting a “misinformation” attack.

MZ: “Optimism about the opening of Rafidan and Rasheed Bank branches in the region-to stimulate the economy and attract investors”  they are talking about adding another 26-28 branches …They are closer and closer to their reforms.

MZ: “ The weight of gold “Iraq and gold” exceeds 600 thousand in today’s market”  Iraq has the most gold/gold smithing  in recorded human history. And it’s cranking back up. Gold smithing used to be an enormous part of the Iraqi economy. The world is fixated on gold right now.

MZ: MilitiaMan and I had a conversation yesterday and he is also hearing all this amazing news. Be sure to listen to his new video update.

Member: I heard Iraq made an announcement they will be working during Ramadan but will have a reduced workday by one hour.

Member: I wonder if all the other countries are ready to RV when Iraq does?

Member: I heard Trump says we taxpayers may get back 20% Dividends from Doge…Maybe the start of Nesara?

Member: Does anyone think the DOGE dividends will be to gray the influx of spending when the RV kicks off?

Member: DOGE is discovering enough funds to make the RV believable to the General Public ... Disclosure

Member: Will the Fort Knox audit lead to a gold back announced currency then CMKM is funded to the holders??? Could this be the spring board to a gold back announcement???

MZ: It’s possible. We may not be waiting for this audit….but I would rather it take a little longer to be done right.

Member: The big thing will be the announcement the certificates are going to revalued to the actual value of gold.

Member: MarkZ.... I saw this morning that FOREX is adding a lot of different new currency for today's release... Amazing times.

Member: Goldilocks shared forex is setting up for migration of currency this weekend

Member: I would think they can’t send us dividends until the UST, The Fed reserve, and Ft. Knox has finished auditing….

Member: IMO The reason to do a Fort Knox tour is to put everything on the blockchain. All the slippery dealings will stop because everybody will be able to see what's going on when it's on the blockchain.

On Thurs. 30 Jan. 2025 the privately owned Fed and IRS (allegedly) officially dropped dead – when the US Treasury withdrew from the Cabal’s Bankrupt Central Banks across the World. President Trump has said he will replace the IRS with the ERS (External Revenue Service) where taxation on goods will replace taxation on The People and their income.

Since Friday 3 Feb. 2025 all Basel 4 Compliant banks have(allegedly)  gone public with the new Gold / Commodity-backed currency International Rates as required by the GESARA Law. This is (allegedly) the Re-evaluation of all the global currencies (meaning the global currency reset).

Tues. 11 Feb. 2025 Official Notification: Leaders in the Global Currency Reset(allegedly)  received signal payments authorized by the Quantum Network

This week the Quantum Financial System was said to be fully operational for completion of that Global Currency Reset.

Stephen Miller just confirmed that foreign fraud rings have been using fake social security numbers & identities to steal billions of taxpayer benefits through the IRS and Social Security. Miller confirmed DOGE is about to get the records. “Over a 10-year normal budget window, you could be talking about saving over a trillion dollars by clamping down on massive fraud in our tax and entitlement systems, including again those carried out by organized fraud and theft rings.”

Frank26   [Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]   FIREFLY:CBI...did deny any sanctions by the US Treasury on any Iraqi Banks or cards, saying we don't have no sanctions on any banking.  This is false news.  Iraqi citizens know who's doing this [reporting false news].  FRANK:  I figured that was what was going on.  All these rumors just didn't make any sense.  All these lies are obviously to stop what's about to happen because at the end of anything, the enemy uses desperate tactics in order to defeat goodness...IMO we will see lies and rumors everyday...just to...delay what Sudani is about to give to the citizens.  They want to prevent Sudani's monetary reform.

140K GOLD?!? What Will Happen if GOLD is REVALUED?

In this video I talk about the possibility of the gold that the USA holds being revalued. The USA apparently holds around 261.5 Million ounces of gold in their vaults.

This gold is currently valued at about $42 per ounce. What will happen if they change the valuation to $2,900 per oz? Will this cause the price of gold to go up or down?

 I talk about how in 1973 the US changed the price of gold on their book from $35 per oz to $42 per oz and did not have to sell any gold at all to do this it was simply an accounting gimmick.

The price of gold did go up 66% that year. What would happen if the US did a much larger revaluation of gold?

Would this help the USA pay off the national debt? I show how the US would need to revalue their gold to $140,000 in order to completely pay off the National Debt today.

I don't think that would happen but if they do revalue gold to $2,900 per oz I think this will weaken the dollar and cause the price of gold to go much higher.

Member: Whats new Mark…..any bond news?

MZ: I continue to get more historic bond updates , and the timing is being confirmed from nearly everyone of them…..looking at anytime in the next 12 days to be very busy on that front. Bond folks say their final appointments have been given. They have gotten all kinds of updates including some background on what has been going on.

MZ:  I have not heard much from groups yet….I know a couple people involved in the upper levels of groups that recently traveled to be in place. They say they are working hard but won’t say on what.

MZ: We continue to hear this is an absolute priority for Trump. We hope that is accurate and we are off the “stuck” spot.

MZ: “Kurdistan Council of Ministers confirm its aspirations to resume the nation’s oil exports as soon as possible” This is big and they are talking of resuming them in the month of February. This may be one of the big keys we have been waiting for.

MZ: “Parliamentary finance: US sanctions will exasperate the dollar crisis. The government has no plan” Well, there is a government plan. They are telling us they are going to have to change the value if the US is going to continue de-dollarizing, then they are going to be forced to increase the value of the dinar.

MZ: “ The spread of the counterfeit Iraqi dinar raises the panic of citizens and merchants”  Do not panic. They claim there has recently been an influx of counterfeit bills from Iran. The CBI says it is not widespread or large. But, this does pave the way for new bills with new security features (lower denominations) Great cover for the RV?

MZ: “Al Alaq-Inflation dropped by 3 %”  Think safe and stable. Shabibi always said give me a safe and stabe Iraq and I will give you a new value for the dinar

Clare:  Sistani’s office expects the beginning and end of Ramadan without completing the waiting period

The office of the highest Shiite authority in Iraq, Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani, predicted today, Wednesday, the beginning of the month of Ramadan for the year 2025.

The office expected that the month of Ramadan would begin on Sunday, the second of March, and end on the 30th of the same month.

According to the calendar published by the office, the month of fasting will not be complete for 29 days. LINK 

Clare:  Kuwait decides to include Iraqis in electronic tourist entry visas

 The Iraqi Ambassador to Kuwait, Al-Manhal Al-Safi, announced his thanks to Kuwait for the decision to include Iraqi citizens in electronic tourist entry visas starting yesterday, Tuesday.

 Al-Safi said in a statement to reporters on the sidelines of his attendance at the Japanese embassy’s celebration of the National Day: “This step comes as a culmination of the efforts made by the Iraqi embassy in the country in cooperation with the Kuwaiti authorities, and it also came against the backdrop of the success achieved during the Gulf Cup Football Championship {Gulf 26}, noting that this step aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.”

Regarding the mechanism for obtaining visas, Al-Safi explained that the same mechanism adopted by the Kuwaiti authorities for the entry of Iraqi tourists with a tourist visa has been adopted, adding, “It can be obtained by entering the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior website {Kuwait Visa} and filling out all the requirements for the entry visa, including the availability of a hotel reservation, or an address within the State of Kuwait.”

He added, “The validity period of entry with a tourist visa will be one month by land or air.”

On the other hand, the Iraqi ambassador praised the results of the eighth meeting of the Technical Legal Committee, which was held last Sunday in Kuwait in a positive atmosphere, noting that the meeting was held according to the agreed upon mechanism to hold it periodically every two months in the capitals of the two brotherly countries, as the previous meeting was held in Baghdad.

He stressed that the meetings are ongoing and take their time, and that each meeting produces new horizons, noting that pushing these negotiations forward reflects the desire of the two brotherly countries to move forward in drawing the roadmap.   LINK

Saleh on television…he says the Iraqi dinar will regain its strength and the exchange rate will return to balance sooner or later.  FRANK:  This is the Finance Minister telling the Iraqi citizens, ‘Hey, the Iraqi dinar will regain its strength’.  So you’re trying to tell us that 1310 is going to be soon removed… 1310 is an imbalanced rate.  What is balanced?  IMO anything at 1 to 1 and above… FIREFLY:  He also said this decision depends on completing the methodology of the financial and banking reforms.  FRANK:  Consider this the final countdown.

All right, let's talk about the Intel where we are. Now here’s my disclaimer, I should do this on every call, but I don't really think to do it. But you realize by now I have information that nobody else has -  I do bring it when it's applicable, when I can share it with you guys. We have contacts  - and I've told you guys in the past some of who these contacts are, and some of them are remarkable. They know  things, and sometimes they tell a thing that I just can't bring out on the big call.

But what I can tell you is, when I get information and it's verified, let's say, four or five different sources  that don’t know  each other - It's something that I take very seriously. And I think, oh, man, this is it - This is happening -  from this one, this one, this one, this one, and this one, and it's looking good, looking very good.

And so when I get enthusiastic and bringing out Intel. And just like last Thursday, I was just about calling it - I didn't even call it. I know it. I know and but it didn’t  happened yet, and even the information that we got from, I'm going to say, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, was indicating that we had, and this is what one of the sources said, we got a 99.9% chance of being notified today, Tuesday, today. Well, guess what? The 1/10 of a percent wonwe did not get notified today.

I think we were also told by another source that Tuesday, Wednesday would be blockbuster days for us, and Tuesday was not a blockbuster day yet. I don't think it's going to be – Now. Could Wednesday, Thursday be our blockbuster days, I think so. I think so –

We didn't get the final little push I wanted with Intel right before the big call. So I might get it before I stop talking tonight, or I might get it after the call tonight, or we might even get it tomorrow. I could tell you this much, the redemption center leader we talk to occasionally – when we’re able, was expecting an email at 715 this morning, and he got the email, and it said, “pending “ – “Be prepared to go in at a moment's notice”, that was into redemption Center as a leader.

Now,  as far as I know, there was one more email that he would receive that would be an assignment email that would tell him when to go in today, or whenever. My knowledge so far, we did not hear confirmation that that second email has come out. The first one was “pending” – “be prepared to go in at a moment's notice”, but that second email giving the assignment of when to go in did NOT occur, as far as we know today

 Now – could it occur overnight could it occur in the morning. Could it occur at 715 in the morning and then he goes in at eight o'clock or whatever. I think that's quite possible.

What I did hear was last Saturday. We've got sources in Iraq that we talk to - we did hear, that last Saturday, we were told that Wednesday, which is tomorrow, we should have the new revalued dinar rate in published into the official record of Iraq which they call the Gazette.

Now that would be tomorrow, early morning, if  that is still on. I think that looks good for us to get our notifications tomorrow. But Some sources say that Iraq publishing the rate in the gazette has nothing  to do with us getting this when we get it. I I know that Iraq has been called the lynch pin for years in terms of the RV, in terms of the GCR and everything moving forward.

So I think they're still very important, very much a part of having this go shortly after their newly revalued dinar rate makes its way into the Gazette, but I still think it's important for us. So that's what we heard last Saturday. Remember, we haven't done  a call since Thursday of last week.

So beyond that, we're also hearing that the hold up today, the fact we didn't get it today, might have something to do with Treasury getting out more USTN paper, new dollar, currency, United States Treasury notes into the banks, possibly the redemption centers, although I know banks and redemption centers got USTN currency in a year and a half ago and we know who delivered it

We know when they delivered it. We know roughly how much they delivered and it's was put in the vaults. And as far as I know, it's probably still in the vaults, but that new currency should be at the levels that they want us to have when we go in. And when will the USTN  be brought out?

I think it will be brought out on whatever first day it is that we go in for exchanges, which could be as early as tomorrow. It could be Thursday, if we got notified tomorrow, which is Wednesday. What did Charlie Ward’s guy  Roger, say to us? Roger said, it may not be Charlie Ward's Thursday, but it might be your Thursday, reflecting from Charlie and saying it would be our Thursday this Thursday.

Now, you know, I'm hoping that's correct. I'm hoping that's right. Maybe get notified in the morning, maybe tomorrow, when we set appointments for Thursday. I don't know at this point, it's not absolute - all I'm trying to do is give you what I'm hearing and weeding out things that don’t matter or are irrelevant to us.

Now I did hear, I did not see these two reports, but I understood that on NewsMax and on Fox, there were short reports about the R&R about restitution and reconciliation allowance.  Restitution and reconciliation allowance coming soon, coming very soon, and I've heard that R and R is going to be there for us that are going in for our exchanges - When we go in, we would have,  when we set up our quantum account, and we're doing our exchanges that they would have the R and R money to put into our account, into our quantum accounts.

Now, for people that aren't exchanging currency, that are of retirement age, which they're considering 60 years and older, you would receive your R and R funds restitution and reconciliation allowance. You would get the R and R money by direct deposit - If you're receiving Social Security -You would get in that bank account where you get your social - Now it's not the increase in social security - that's completely separate, but we're hearing that will still be for R, and R will still be this month.

It may come down to the last week of this month, at least right now, that's what we're hearing. And the same thing is true of the increase in Social Security.

We're hearing that increase is to occur the end of February. There's only 28 days, and today is the 10 more days to go. So I think it's interesting that a report on R&R made its way into Fox News and Newsmax today, I thought that was very interesting

I have heard that the maximum amount of R and R money, this would be for older individuals that paid a lot of money in taxes, already gotten married once or twice or three times. You know, there's a lot of variables right? Besides your birth certificate trading on that they trade on marriage licenses, traded on your divorce decree - spouse death, and she died or he died, that type of thing. There's money that comes from that in our own accounts. They've got it.

So I've heard the maximum, it's going to be in around $88 million but that money might come to somebody who's not even involved in the currencies at all. I don't think that’s where most of us will be. I think most of us might be, you know, half of that, or less than half of that, but it is something that helps to hydrate our population here, especially  over population

Now - Remember, we had the idea of two age groups, 30 to 45 – 45- 60 and 60 and older would get as a lump sum, right? Lump sum payment if you're 60 and over. Now they've redone that. And I think everybody that's under retirement age, which I think they're called 61 retirement age, anybody less than that from age 30 to 61 will get the R&R, whatever that total amount is for them at that age that they started at, which is 30 or 40 or 50, or whatever age you know you are, when you start getting it, you'll get it monthly until the age of 61 - you'll  get it monthly. The whole amount would be broken down into monthly payments

And if you’re younger than 60? I believe 61 you have to sign something that says that you will NOT quit your job - Or if you don't have a job, you get a job. Basically, they want us to be working and not to just get this and not work for a living. You know, it's going to be a nice little stipend, really every month - It sounds to me like  

I don't know how to calculate it for younger people that are 30 to 40 to 50 years old, but it's going to be a major deal, and it sounds like it still could go this month, but  why would they bring on the news R and R and the news on Newsmax and Fox today? I don't know, but I think it's interesting.

I think we're very close to getting all of this  - our blessing. Hopefully it's still tomorrow or Thursday that we get it the next couple of days, and then RNR would be there for us when we open our quantum account at the redemption center - we would be able to get the additional amount of the R and R.

So I think that's what I wanted to cover tonight. So guys, I wish I could do absolute on this. You know, I'd love to absolutely have it, have an 800 number to put out and call it a celebration call. That's what I was hoping today would be. But you know what might be Thursday that we have that celebration call?

It could be Thursday. I'm going to say what we need to do is stay enthusiastic for it. Have passion, be compassionate about the fact that we are that close and the fact that everything that President Trump doing and that Elon Musk is doing with Doge is for our benefit, he's finding waste, fraud and abuse in all government entities, all organizations,

I'm thinking, if there's anything else that was relevant to us and to our start. Like I said, guys, I wish I had that last minute Intel push that would tell us give us more secure feelings about the next two days, but because we had a 99.9% chance of being notified today Tuesday, and we didn't get it today.

 It sort of makes it look real strong for the next two days, Wednesday and Thursday. I'm hoping that, hey, I know you all are, remember, I'm just a messenger, and I'm doing the best I can to bring most relevant information that I receive. And sometimes we get a lot, sometimes don't get much of anything, and we just do the best we can to piece it together for you.

And so I'm excited. And you know what? Maybe we get notified and we start exchange Thursdays. We'll have a celebration called Thursday night. So let's just stay tuned and see what comes in, and hopefully we get notified. We can set appointments right away. All right, so let's do this. Member; What is the good word today Mark?

Member: What happened to the bond people that got paid. I thought bonds were supposed to kick everything off?

MZ:  the bond folks who got money are the facilitators…not the bond holders. When the bond holders get their money …we are very close.  

Member: I believe facilitators are like group leaders and paymasters….not the bond holders

MZ: On the positive side….things just lit up. A number of bond holders have told me they expect to get their payments late this week into early next week. This has come from many sources on 3 different continents. Since it came from so many sources I believe it’s safe to say that bond holders will soon have cash. It is my understanding the bond holders should get full payments.

MZ With the vast number of bond contacts that have checked in…I imagine groups will start checking in at any moment. Hopefully this will help us narrow down the timing.

Member: Hey Mark if you said bonds have nothing to do with the revalue, why do you get so excited about it if they’re not related?

Member: Because the historic bonds are supposed to pay out before the currencies…..So if they go….we are next

MZ: They have to close out the old books so they can start the new books. Closing out the historic bonds closes out the old books. Bond facilitators told me they pay the commissions out first in fiat money….then the bonds themselves will be paid in asset backed….then you and I all go to the bank.

Member:  Elon is doing a final audit to close down the old system ...then hopefully the new QFS system can take over with the new system

Member: How could bond commissions be paid ?  if people with bonds have not been paid , in my experience we don’t recieve commission until the Job is done !

MZ: once again I will say fees were designed to be paid out in fiat.

Member: Can bond holders buy more currency after they get paid?

MZ: They are not allowed to double dip. That is what I was told. 

Member: isn't our fiat bank accounts mirrored on the qfs? if so it doesn't matter if they are paid in fiat

MZ: I am told they mirror at the exact moment they flip the switch.

Member: If Knox is empty or depleted- where is the gold for new currency?

Member: looks like lots of gold bars being delivered from England to the US. Maybe restocking before the audit?

Member: Bank of England Defaults on Technical Gold Deliveries — Paper Gold ExposedThe Bank of England has defaulted on its technical gold deliveries, revealing that its gold reserves existed only on paper.

Member: The whereabouts of the gold remain unknown. Instead of using the term "default," British media have adopted the euphemism "shortfall." Business as usual.

Member: The Bank of England issued a statement saying it could deliver gold to clients only within 4-8 weeks, which is illegal under the law requiring delivery within 14 days.

​​Member: SEC meeting tomorrow at 1:00 rumor is all law suits will be closed! Ripple will be integrated into the sovereign wealth fund as the mechanism for cross border payments… XRP will move millions. GOLD!

MZ: “ Will XRP price hit $100 after US President Donald Trump’s Ripple endorsement?” Trump is embracing crypto’s role in our economy. Buckle up and keep watching. Many crypto gurus are calling for a massive increase in value on XRP in the next couple of months.

Member: Breaking: The head of the US Postal Service, Louis DeJoy to step down !!!!

MZ: In Iraq: “Restoring confidence in Iraqi banks-out of the box solutions to save the economy” There is an underlining theme to articles out of Iraq. Restructuring banks and the government wants to protect the financial sector…conversations today are how many people had lost faith in the banks.

Member: Sounds like a worldwide problem.

MZ: one of the things they are discussing  is they need to change values……and people lost faith when they “devalued” the currency….as opposed to more people using the banks when they “increase” the value of the currency.

UNDER NESARA LAW:

Everyone probably too scared not to outright file their taxes. But since DOGE came along they are testing the extension feature for the 1st time just to see if the IRS survives the audit.

So the Deep  State is trying to ship gold from London to the US more than likely to Fort Knox before DOGE has a chance to audit it. I guess they do not want them to discover the reported vs actual gold reserves.

Which of course if the general public found out by discovering a shortfall in gold reserves could lead to volatility in financial markets, affecting currency values and investor confidence. This plays well into a potential crash.

Because revelations from an audit could prompt scrutiny of past and present monetary policies, especially those related to the gold standard and fiat currency. And D. Trump always said the artificial value if the USD was to high. So how do you bring it down?

Well it looks like Elon Musk is getting around to that. A Fort Knox audit could set a precedent, leading to calls for audits of other government assets and operations, potentially exposing mismanagement or malfeasance. Which sets the ground for Crypto.

Why? If gold reserves are found lacking, it will bolster the credibility and adoption of alternative assets like cryptocurrencies, which offer transparency through blockchain technology that everything will be scrutinized with.

A significant discrepancy in gold reserves could alter international perceptions of the U.S. economy, affecting geopolitical alliances and economic negotiations. Which will bring more attention to the fair trade policy D. Trump has been pushing.

There will be legal and political consequences from an audit leading to investigations, legal actions, and political upheaval, challenging the positions of those implicated in any potential cover-up. Which will be many.
