MZ: “Al-Kadhimi: Iraq’s treatment of a basket of currencies reduces the dominance of the dollar and the government with an economic battle”   This is more on what they are doing to control exchange rates.

MZ: “The Iraqi dinar overthrows the dollar and wins the struggle to control the regular market”  they are winning the battle of the exchange rate and the battle for the economy. They have expanded their foreign currency reserves.

MZ: Iraq is working on a “Equal deal” with China Iran and India for trade and imports. .  This is part of the de-dollarization they plan to finish by Jan 1st. .

Member: Bo Polny is looking for the dollar to crash starting today….

Member: How the heck is the stock market so high? It’s obvious its manipulated.

MZ: It’s a melt up…..this is very similar to things that happen just before a crash. It does a crazy melt up- goes sideways and then crashes.

Member: Rumor is Fiat currency is supposed to be gone on January 1st and the Republic Gold back Notes are suppose to be out. I think something is coming...

Member: Do you see any problem with the RV now that they have closed the Red Sea?

MZ: I don’t see any problems that would negatively affect the RV… I do see some things that would positively affect them. We have talked about shipping yesterday and the fact that Iraq is becoming a hub in the region….using overland, ports and rails. Iraq is a key and very important location.

Member: They are building new shipping routes.

MZ: Exactly – watch what happens….It’s getting “crunch “ time. 

Member: Is the dong still a go at $3-$3.50?

MZ: I still put it at $2 -$2.25 ish. But I still hear from some folks it may be as high as $3+ range.

The fiat US Dollar would no longer be in use by 20 Feb. 2024.

The US was expecting a major Cyber Attack on it’s infrastructure and warnings were out to have sufficient food, water, cash and essential items on hand to last at least three weeks.

Global Currency Reset:

Tues. 26 Dec. Wolverine: “I have word now that the appointments have started. Things are happening.”

Tues. 26 Dec. Bruce: Today Tues. 26 Dec. the new screen rates were on the bank screens. The Dinar rate was very high, as well as was the Dong. A Bond Paymaster expects Bond notification to give access to funds overnight tonight Tues-Wed. 26, 27.

Tomorrow Wed. 27 Dec.  should be significant – RV notification should happen within 24 hours. The new gold asset/backed US Notes will be put in the ATMs on Mon. 1 Jan. and be available to the general public on Tues. 2 Jan.

Tues. 26 Dec. MarkZ: A couple of key group leaders have started to travel to be back in place with expectations that we are in the final few days of this. They are traveling today  after being home for Christmas. Banks are seeing different rates on different currencies.

Tues. 26 Dec. Rod Steel: Any time between Tues. Dec. 26 to Fri. 29 Dec. with heavy emphasis on the 29th. Analysis says that if the Iraqi banks close on the 28th it’ll be the 29th or after. So, here we go!

The Federal US Dollar will no longer be used after Feb. 20 2024.

A security source reported today, Tuesday, that 18 members of the Ministry of Interior and the Popular Mobilization Forces were injured in a US aircraft bombing that targeted headquarters of the Mobilization Forces in central Babil Governorate.

The source informed "Baghdad Today", "12 members of the Ministry of Interior, and 6 members of the Popular Mobilization Forces, were injured of varying degrees as a preliminary outcome of the American bombing that targeted headquarters of the Mobilization Forces in the Algeria area in the center of the city of Hilla in Babil Governorate."

US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, announced earlier Tuesday morning that US forces had launched strikes on three facilities used by Kataib Hezbollah and its affiliated groups in Iraq

Baghdad Today - Baghdad

Today, Tuesday (December 26, 2023), the Iraqi government condemned the targeting of Iraqi military sites by the US side in Babil province, in what it described as "hostile acts" that affect the autonomy of the state.

The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today" that "the Iraqi government confirms that it is dealing, through its security forces with all its types, constitutional institutions and all legal authorities, firmly against the attack by some elements on the headquarters of foreign diplomatic missions or places where military advisors from friendly countries are located, and these attacks have already been diagnosed as hostile acts that affect the autonomy of the Iraqi state, and it is unacceptable to commit them under any circumstances or under any name or justification."

He added that "at the same time, the Iraqi government condemns what happened at dawn today, Tuesday, December 26, 2023, of targeting Iraqi military sites by the American side under the title of response, which led to the martyrdom of an affiliate and the injury of 18 others, including civilians," stressing that it is "a clear hostile act, not constructive, and does not serve the path of long-term common interests, in establishing security and stability, and works against what is declared by the US side to strengthen relations with Iraq."

"This step harms bilateral relations between the two countries and will complicate ways to reach understandings through joint dialogue to end the existence of the international coalition, and it represents, above all, an unacceptable violation of Iraqi autonomy," he said.

He continued: "Our security forces succeeded in establishing security and stability in our country, and achieved victory over ISIS terrorist gangs, which no longer pose a threat to Iraqi national security, and therefore preserving the fruits of this victory is at the heart of our security and strategic priorities, and we will not allow any party to prejudice what has been achieved and consolidated through thousands of precious sacrifices."

Through an analysis of what was stated in the government curriculum of the government of the Sudanese President, which is the ninth government after the change in 2003, and which has been in charge for a year and two months, and which was called the services government, it was able to accomplish an acceptable percentage of the goals specified in the government curriculum in accordance with the vision of the Prime Minister, which included many Of the economic sectors and fields, which occupied nearly most of the aspects of the government curriculum, because without achieving comprehensive and radical economic reform, which begins with financial and banking reform, the full goals and visions of the government cannot be achieved. Therefore, the government curriculum, as I see it, is a four-year strategy to achieve the economic reform revolution.

The reason for launching this strategy is “because Iraq, after 19 years of economic failures, mismanagement, and mismanagement of public funds due to administrative and financial corruption, the loss of the sound economic approach, political tensions, and instability in the business environment, has led to dependence on oil as a primary resource of public budget revenues, which constitutes up to 93% of total resources, up to 60% of gross domestic product, and failure to activate productive sectors that generate national income.” 

Which led to "ambiguity of the vision and lack of clarity in the decisions of the reform process of previous governments, except for some achievements achieved by the Central Bank of Iraq during the past years, in which it overcame the challenges of monetary policy in proportions that enabled it to maintain the stability of the dinar exchange rate during the years (2017-2020) and build foreign currency reserves." Excellent, maintaining the general level of prices and the annual rate of inflation around 2%. This contributed to overcoming the economic and security crises in 2014 and addressing the decline in global oil prices by more than 70%.

This confirms that the government and the Central Bank have reviewed the previous reform policies in 2023 through diagnosis and analysis and have concluded that economic problems are the cause of most of Iraq’s crises and that “the real solution to Iraq’s crises is to work in the manner of comprehensive change, and here I mean drawing a strategy for a road map for the economic, administrative and legislative revolution by adopting the change.” radically for the coming years, while benefiting from the experience of institutions and individuals in charge who have achieved previous success experiences in confronting crises. On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s announcement that the year 2024 will be a year of achievements, it is an affirmation of the insistence on implementing the road map set out in the government curriculum in a way that supports economic, financial and banking reform, and it will be accomplished. All investment, service, administrative, technical and structural projects to support the national economy and maintain the stability of the Iraqi dinar exchange rate in the monetary trading market. For the purpose of activating the reform measures for the years (2024-2026), the following was proposed before the attention of the Prime Minister:

Firstly, starting a systematic movement to draw a road map for administrative, legal and economic reform carried out by the Iraqi economic, financial and banking elites and competencies (governmental and private sector) by creating the Supreme Economic Council and representing the private banking sector in its membership as the financing sector which must contribute to investment. The movement should be based on The reform system relies on several important economic pillars, adopts a new methodology for managing the economy, and achieves the central goal of moving the economy from rentier to productive, from cash to digital, and activating productive sectors other than oil to reach 50% of general budget revenues in 2026, creating sustainable development, and achieving diversity in... Resources and the development of economic and human structures in order to properly build the national economy and build the foundations for the transition to a social market economy, provided that its recommendations, after approval by the Council of Ministers, are binding for implementation by the ministries, agencies and concerned parties.

Second - Forming a (Central Follow-up Committee) linked to the Prime Minister’s Office to follow up on the implementation of decisions and having the authority to monitor and evaluate. It is formed under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister and the membership of an elite group of advisors, government experts, and private sector experts.

Third - Moving to the central administration of the economy so that the principle of (centralized planning and decentralized implementation) is implemented. This means that the Supreme Council of the Economy is responsible for drawing up plans and policies centrally and distributing their implementation to the ministries and specialized bodies within the government structure after the approval of the Council of Ministers.

Fourth - Providing soft loans to finance small, medium and large projects and establishing a legal and institutional system to manage, grow and develop them, and issuing a special law for them. As well as issuing and amending the laws of the legal environment to regulate the economic process, and here this means issuing new laws instead of the laws that were issued in 2004. Due to the changes that occurred. in the national economy during the past two decades.

Fifth - Activating investment in the agricultural, industrial, energy, tourism, services and housing sectors, as well as working to reform, develop and grow the banking sector through monetary policy applications and regulating the relationship and restrictions that govern financial and monetary policies, as well as a serious approach to reforming the tax, financial and customs system. Addressing cases of failure to achieve the required growth rates in national income and exceeding the rise in unemployment and poverty rates.

Sixth - Developing a new methodology to overcome the challenges of instability in the financial system and the monetary system. This means developing coordinated and balanced plans to overcome the challenges of monetary policy and the challenges of the non-oil revenue deficit and the deficit in the balance of payments and the trade balance. Seventh - Accelerating the implementation of the e-government program and coordinating it with the electronic payment system. Focusing on following up on the decisions issued by the government regarding the use of electronic payment in commercial exchanges and banking operations and activating the establishment of the National Electronic Payment Company, which the Central Bank recently announced  link

Member: Jan 1 is less than a week away……hearing lots of possibilities for RV this week.

Member: Mark. I really need some good news today if you have any.

MZ: “Iraq to pay for imports from Turkey in Iraqi Dinar “  This is all part of de-dollarizations  as they plan to have it in place by Jan 1st…..just 5 days away.

MZ: “Iraq’s ports emerge as key transit points amidst international shipping  route changes”  With the unrest in the Red Sea….they have found alternative paths through Iraq using ports, rails and trucks. I think this one is big and solidifies iraqs position in the international world.  

MZ: They are also shoring up their financial world and Iraq’s position as a trade hub. They are going to need a currency to go with it….especially once the de-dollarize.

Member: def odd for Iraq to be so quiet right now. you would think there would be some kind of paper trail for all this spending that has to take place before the end of the year.

MZ: Not a whole lot of chatter this morning but a couple of key group leaders have started to travel to be back in place with expectations that we are in the final few days of this……they are traveling today  after being home for Christmas. I think this is a good sign.

MZ: Some of the chatter from banks. They are seeing different rates on different currencies…I think this is encouraging as well.

MZ: Mr. C has not been visited yet and no news on CMKX, PP’s or farm claims yet this morning.

MZ: There are rumors of the Pickford (pigford?)  farm claims starting to settle with people claiming they have cash….  .i will keep you updated on this one . It would be a big “tell” on historic fines and penalties if this is accurate.

Member: Maybe they are testing the waters with the farm claims?

MZ: You may be right. We have been tracking some $50-$150 dollar deposits from the treasury going to some. We believe those to be making certain they had the correct information.

Member: What does your gut say?

MZ: That we may be in the last week or the last days of this thing.

MZ:  “Ethiopia is the latest country to default on its debt. “  This shows us the necessity of Gesara/Nesara to move forward with debt forgiveness..

MZ: “US states make bold moves to re-classify silver and gold”   There are a lot of states doing away with capital gains tax and sales tax  on precious metals. We have talked about this in the past.  These metals will be viable alternatives to the fiat dollar . They are preparing for sound money.

MZ: “IRS rakes in a record $4.9 trillion in taxes from Americans amid enforcement crackdown”  They are trying to get more blood out of us peasants. We need that reset.

Member: Cannot wait for the IRS to be GONE.

Member: ​Hubby stopped at Kwik Trip ATM (PNC Bank) and saw they had a new ATM that gives $1-$50, with a Kwik Trip label on it-Sign said "Not available until Jan 1. Trying not to read too much into that...

MZ: Almost as if they were expecting something new to happen soon.

Member: A country that uses the gold standard sets a fixed price for gold and buys and sells gold at that price.

Member:  On April 5, 1933, Roosevelt ordered all gold coins and gold certificates in denominations of more than $100 turned in for other money.

Member:  The government held the $35 per ounce price until August 15, 1971, when President Richard Nixon announced that the United States would no longer convert dollars to gold at a fixed value

Member: There are rumors on the new currency roll out at the beginning of the year, allegedly…

Member:  We could get forex notice before 1st. Anytime at this point

Member:  The writing is definitely on the wall to see when this things gonna happen. its not a matter of if but when. Been trying to educate those closest to me. Definitely frustrating to follow but its coming

Judy Note: It is my personal opinion, and I could easily be wrong, that since on Sun. 31 Dec. 2023 the USD will be removed from US ATMs and the next day on Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 the new gold/asset-backed US Note cash will be introduced into US ATMs, plus since the new Global Financial System was believed to be going online for the General Public on Mon. 1 Jan. 2024, and since the majority of Zim redemptions that were backing the reset, needed to complete by that same Mon. 1 Jan, that Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) notification window to set foreign currency exchange/Zim Bond redemption appointments could very well be between Tues. 26 Dec. and Sun. 31 Dec.

Global Currency Reset:

Mon. 25 Dec. Shiela: Iraq (Allegedly)  reopens on Wed. 3 Jan. 2024 for the new banking system.

Mon. 25 Dec. Wolverine: 1: Received an official announcement from a representative from Zurich signed and stamped that everything is about to get release by the 15th January 2024. Hopefully we expect movement on the 2nd January.

2: I have spoken to  lots of my contacts including the Admiral contact and they all said that they are expecting to receive 1% payment before the end of month. These contacts have official contracts signed and have it promised to have it release before the end of the end of the year. I have also received contact from platforms from Hong Kong and they also said before the end of the year.

3: Tomorrow (last day in Colombia) have a meeting with Mauricio and hoping to get more information and see where we are at the moment. Mauricio is only waiting for the bank in Colombia to release the funds.

 4: I prefer to stay conservative and say the 15th. There is a good chance that the currency will go first before the bonds do before the end of the year because as at the 1st of January 2024 the fiat money will become obsolete and replace by asset back currency. I’m pretty certain that the dinar will go international before the end of the year. The Pentecostal group will start to release their funds to their leaders from the 27th December and they in turn will start dispersing those funds to their members from the 27th December to the 15th January 2024. I’m also hearing from other groups including my contact from the admiral and platforms such as Hong Kong, members that have contracts signed and lawyers all saying that will go by the 27th December for the bonds.

Mon. 25 Dec. Ginger’s Liberty Lounge, Steve: Wolverine just did a live intel chat. He has received official notification from Zurich. It is for January 15. This is fantastic news. It confirms Markz intel as well. What he is not telling us is Zurich is bonds. They will start paying out his bonds as of Jan 15. Markz has bond holders getting the same notification. Markz also has bond holders supposed to start Dec 27. We do not have to wait. Because Zurich is not currency. It is bonds. As Markz has stated. The bonds will take several months to pay out and complete. I think this is incredible news because he has official documentation stating payment starting Jan 15. We also know that Iraq has a back wall of Dec 31. As of Jan 1 they will no longer be using the USD. They have to revalue before the 31st. It could be the day of the 31st as well.

Rod Steel: Getting Tues. 26 Dec. to Fri. 29 Dec., heavier sources on the 29th.

On Sun. 31 Dec. 2023 the USD will be(Allegedly)  removed from ATMs and returned to the US Treasury for recycling.

On Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 the new gold/asset-backed US Note cash will (Allegedly)  be introduced into the ATMs.

On Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 the new Quantum Financial System (QFS) and Global Currency Reset will (Allegedly)  officially launch on the new Star Link Satellite System for the general public of BRICS participating nation’s gold/ asset-backed currencies.

On that same Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 the BRICS Gold/Asset-backed XRP Digital Currency would officially (Allegedly)  be considered the Global Standard for international trade, with all participating nations’ currencies trading at a 1:1 with each other.

After Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 people will start to be called into financial centers to collect their Quantum Financial Center assets, with a Confidentiality Clause put in place.

The Federal US Dollar will (Allegedly)  no longer be used after Feb. 20 2024.

I asked the bank manager if the bank was ready for re-evaluation of currency.  He said they were all ready and fully trained and when the green light goes on his bank will be able to take any currency in any denomination.  He said he was waiting on the green light

Nader From The Mid East  80% of Iraqi use the dollar.  That means when I carry $100 I carry 1390.  If I carry 10 $100 which is $1000 I'm carrying 1,460,000.  In January, the 80% of people are going to carry 1,460,000 dinars.  Do you think really going to carry that?  ...Guys like me, I'm not going to go to Iraq and carry 1,460,000.  That's a lot of money in my pocket...If they taking off the dollar from the market, they're going to have to match the dollar...They're going to have to come with small category of dinars...100, 20s, 25s, 5s like everybody else.
