MZ: “The Chinese Yuan’s share of global payments climbs to a record high while US dollar’s share dips” This is huge.  Now the 4 most popular ways to settle debt around the world is the USD, The Euro , British pound and Chinese Renimbi or Yuan.

MZ: “China and Russia have almost completely abandoned the US dollar in bilateral trade as the push to de-dollarize intensifies”  More that 96% of the trade is now done in their own currencies.

Member: Mark Got info from my platform saying nothing until next year because of some percentage of redemption that someone wants.

MZ: Next year is only a week and a half away…but, I have not heard anything from any of my groups on that.  We have seen a tremendous amount of disinformation over the last 24 hours in the bond side and group side. It is honestly to keep people off-kilter so they do not know what to expect for timing right now…...

Member: Mark,  I am hearing some farm claims got paid. Coming to you to verify

MZ: What I am hearing on the farm claims is nobody has their full dollars…but a number of farm claim recipients got about a $150 deposit and were asked if the deposit went smoothly. 2 of my folks say the deposit came from the US Treasury direct. Which would make sense. Do I think farm claims have been paid?-No. But, do I think they are testing the system and the contact info for payouts……yes I do- that is what I think was done. .

Member: I bet they will be glad to work a holiday for the RV. They too have trained hard and waiting for this as well. Bless them all.

Member: Got interesting news today from a friend who went to his bank. They told him their system had been hacked, as well as other banks such as BoA.

Member: My bank atm was down since Jan 2023. Just last month they got a new one. fancy one lol

Member: Florida Currency Exchange in Tampa said the will exchange Iraqi Dinars if the revaluation occurs. then said he was restricted in what he could say.

Member: Just received about 30 minutes ago from one of my trusted sources that liquidity is confirmed. That's all I'm going to say about that. Stay grounded my friends. It's happening as we speak.

Member: Remember Kuwait said they were going to take months to RV in the morning….Then they RV’d later that same day?.

MZ: Yes they said they were 6-9 months off…then that same day-BAM

Paulette:  IMO.....When you listen to last night CC, swallowing up the IQD liquidity from the street was an important step.  WS stated the RV will be shown with the release of the new currency.  Releasing Trillions of IQD from the budget at this time prior to the RV being shown with the new currency seems counter intuitive.

IMO....it is reassuring to hear WS talking about the RV being shown with the release of the new currency.  This is the logical step that would seem to have to occur well before the RI.  IMO, I think this step sets the stage for the RI.  Therefore, I look to see the RD/RV relatively soon with the RI in the second half of January.  

This would be consistent with WS's post that I recall of years ago:

             "RD/RV--------->RI"

Ultimately, we look forward to the RI when we can exchange at most any bank as Frank continually teaches.

Informed sources revealed that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will visit the capital, Baghdad, today, Friday

The sources told {Al-Furat News} agency, “Al-Sisi will visit Baghdad today on an official visit, his first since renewing his term in the presidential elections,” and pointed out that Al-Sisi “will meet with the President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Rashid, and the Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.”

Al-Sisi had previously visited Baghdad to participate. At the Baghdad Conference for Partnership and Development and also at the tripartite summit between Iraq, Jordan and Egypt.

Tishwash:  Parliamentary Oil: Approval of the Oil and Gas Law depends on one condition

Member of the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee, Kazem Al-Touki, revealed the approval condition for approving the oil and gas law.

Al-Touki said {to Al-Furat News} that: “Approval of the oil and gas law at this stage depends on the Kurdish interlocutor, if the center’s entitlements are provided and the ceiling of demands that complicated the law are waived.”

He explained, "The law in general solves all problems in the budget and revenues, each according to its entitlement."

Al-Touki pointed out that "this matter depends on the political situation, stability and trust between the center and the region."  link

Tishwash:  Using national currency needed for respecting state sovereignty, says Iraqi PM advisor

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - The financial advisor to Iraq’s prime minister on Wednesday stressed the need for all internal transactions to be conducted using the Iraqi dinar, telling Rudaw that using anything other than the national currency is a disrespect to the state’s sovereignty.

The Iraqi dinar has been losing value against the US dollar for several months, leading to a surge in prices of basic goods and consequent outcry from the Iraqi public. The depreciation has been attributed to the smuggling of dollars out of Iraq, mainly to neighboring Iran.

The Iraqi government has for months been trying to control the fluctuations in the exchange rate between the dinar and the US dollar. The value of one dollar currently sits at around 1,530 dinars in the currency markets of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, which is significantly higher than the value set out in the federal budget.

“One of the requirements for any country to respect its sovereignty is that there should not be two currencies within the economy,” Mudher Mohammed Saleh, the financial advisor to Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani, told Rudaw.

“The purpose of foreign currency is to deal with it outside the [national] economy, so it is not possible to consider the existence of a price in the dollar and a price in the dinar: one rises and the other falls. No monetary policy can control such a situation,” he added.

The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) in September announced that all the transactions inside Iraq would be made using Iraqi dinars starting in 2024.

The advisor stressed that all internal transactions, including the payment of financial entitlements and salaries, need to be made using the Iraqi dinar, while external transactions can be carried out using foreign currencies at their specified exchange rates.

The 2023, 2024, and 2025 Iraqi federal budget, passed in June, set the exchange rate of $1 to 1,320 Iraqi dinars. The ongoing smuggling has prevented the suggested value from being reached.

“The exchange rate will be fixed, especially since it has been fixed in the federal budget law for three years,” said Saleh.

The discrepancy between the dinar value set in the budget and the exchange markets has compounded the economic woes of citizens, who typically receive their salaries in dinars but are forced to deal with more expensive prices due to the devaluation of the currency on the black market.

The US in July banned transactions with 14 Iraqi banks for allegedly violating its rules. The move further dropped the value of the Iraqi currency.   ink

Tishwash:  Sudanese Advisor: The dollar is declining, prices are stabilizing, and expectations are optimistic

Advisor to the Prime Minister for Financial Affairs, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, commented today, Thursday, on the optimistic expectations of the International Monetary Fund regarding the growth rate in non-oil GDP in Iraq, and while he announced a decline in the annual growth rate of prices, he identified a factor that contributes to the stability of the general level. For prices. 

Saleh said: “According to what was announced by the statement of the International Monetary Fund expert delegation in its recent consultations with the official Iraqi side: it is expected that the growth rate in non-oil gross domestic product will reach approximately positive 5%, and in our estimate that these optimistic expectations reflect great economic dynamism in The movement of growth of the real and service sectors outside the oil sector, as a result of the renaissance of investment in the construction sector, infrastructure, digital services and various interconnected activities,

Which is an increase in growth equivalent to approximately twice the growth of the population, which means it has positive effects on the prosperity of individual income because growth is linked to the level of employment and use of resources. humanity and reducing unemployment rates.

He added, "Price spikes may occur individually, but what concerns us is the stability of the general level of prices. He pointed out that "the commodity market has begun to be supported by a diversified commodity supply through the movement of additional government imports, especially food, medicine, building supplies and spare parts, all of which are supplied at a fixed exchange rate of 1,320 dinars per dollar, which is the factor that contributes to the stability of the general price level and counters market noise." Illegal and irregular exchange accounts for only 10% of foreign currency trading.”   link

MZ: There will be nothing different from Canada and  US exchanges….or the UK and the US….We expect notifications to go out from the dinar news sites ….When you contact the centers they will use your computers IP address to direct you to the right number for your area and region to the banks or center with the trained staff to handle your exchange.

Welcome, everybody to the big call. It is Thursday December 21st. It's the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. And as we move from today on we gain one minute of daylight every day. Hopefully Bob will let me know when daylight savings time starts this next year 2024.

All right, so welcome everybody all over the globe. I didn’t get the numbers to see how far we went out last Tuesday and the previous Thursday.  I might still get them while I'm on the call. But right now I don't happen to know how many people we actually reached – but we are reaching around the globe and trying to hit around 200 countries in the last week or so. So we'll see what we get on that. In the meantime, welcome, everyone, to the big call. And thank you for listening. No we didn’t expect to be doing a call tonight but we are and and so far, it's not a celebration call but a pre celebration call. So thank you for tuning in. Thank you for listening. Let's pray the call in

Let's do this. Let's go into the intel  and let’s talk about it – see where we are -- first of all we were told a couple of weeks ago that we are expecting to receive this RV - our blessing - before Christmas and as far as we know, that is still the plan – and I know we only have three exchange days before Christmas – Friday - Saturday and Sunday. And yes if we get started Friday or Saturday, we will  go through on Sunday,  - I don’t believe it will start on Sunday -  but I believe we could start tomorrow  or Saturday

And I will tell you why I say  that  - the intel segment does not need to be really long tonight -  

It's as simple as this - there was a conference call this morning at nine o'clock until 9:45 am Eastern time - and it was between we believe it was Treasury - although that was not confirmed. But I believe it was with Treasury and with the leaders of the redemption centers. We have over 7000 redemption centers in the US.

And this call was a 45 minute call. So it wasn't super long. But the outcome of the call was this -  there was a 98% chance of us going in before Christmas - 98% chance that this will go and that would be between now and Christmas or before Christmas which would be Sunday.

Today's Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. We've got three days of possible exchange right now - Before Christmas.

Would they use Friday, Saturday, Sunday?  Certainly. Absolutely. They could  Another source when I asked the posed that question , Could we be exchanging before Christmas? He did say yes.

So this is something that we need to hold by faith and believe  for  but that I believe it is definitely possible. And it is definitely something that we want to happen

We know that the increase in Social Security will start in January  - we know that the restitution and reclamational allowance will start after January 5 Or on the fifth and beyond that in the month of January.

So that's something we can also look forward to. But really we're looking forward to getting these exchanges done.

And if it holds up, get them done before Christmas. Praise God. That's what will be our benefit. We’ll enjoy that.

We really thought based on the Intel we had. we were pointing to today being a bang up day  - And we should have at least gotten notified and maybe started exchanges but we didn't today So, I'm going by the redemption center leader that we talked to very briefly That said there's a 98% chance of us exchanging before Christmas. So let's take that and let's hope that the 98% becomes 100% For us

Beyond that – there are some political things that are still going on -  don’t worry about what you heard about in Colorado – it’s a non point – it’s not a real thing  - it has no weight what so ever – don’t worry about it

So – that’s what I wanted to bring tonight – is to keep hope alive – lets continue to believe for this to manifest

Awfully tight. It's awfully close to three days to exchange before Christmas. But the best information we had so far, and it was late this afternoon when we got it Was it that's when That's when 98% Wanting to be able to call was with whether it was treasury or whether it was only with Wells. – I believe it was the Treasury - was voting treasury was giving a 98% chance of going before Christmas. Let's hold on that -

Global Currency Reset: (RUMORS)

Thurs. 21 Dec. Bruce: There was a 9am EST Conference call today Thurs. 21 Dec. between what was believed to be the US Treasury and leaders of the 7,000 Redemption Centers in the US. The outcome was that there was a 98% chance of Tier4b going before Christmas.

On Fri. night 8 Dec. the GCR started to roll out when the Admiral (allegedly) in Reno gave the Green Light; Zurich went liquid on Sun. 10 Dec and Whales were being paid; the IMF released the GCR funds to all countries a week later on Sun. 17 Dec; the Iraqi Dinar was (allegedly) on the back screens of the Forex and was tradable; as of this week US banks had live rates (allegedly) on their bank screens; sources say Tier4b will begin to e(allegedly) xchange before Christmas.

Fri. 22 Dec. was a Big Event Day according to hints on the Internet.

Five days after RV begins the public will (allegedly) have access to Med Beds. Treatments are free, with children having critical medical conditions going first.

On Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 the new Quantum Financial System (QFS) and Global Currency Reset will (allegedly) officially launch on the new Star Link Satellite System for the general public of BRICS participating nation’s gold/ asset-backed currencies.

On that same Mon. 1 Jan. 2024 the BRICS Gold/Asset-backed XRP Digital Currency would officially(allegedly)  be considered the Global Standard for international trade, with all participating nations’ currencies trading at a 1:1 with each other.

Social Security increases of $2,000-$3,000 per month will (allegedly) begin in Jan. 2024. The R&R lump sum payments will begin for those 62 and older on 5 Jan. 2024 and beyond to the end of the month. Ages 30-50, 50-61 will have their R&R paid out monthly over two years time with the requisite that they keep their job, or get a job.

The Federal US Dollar will no longer be used after Feb. 20 2024. (allegedly)

A long time ago we were told we could expect the notification for Tier4b (Us, the Internet Group) exchange appointments before Christmas Mon. 25 Dec.

There was a 9am EST Conference call today Thurs. 21 Dec. between what was believed to be the US Treasury and leaders of the 7,000 Redemption Centers in the US. The outcome was that there was a 98% chance of Tier4b going before Christmas.

Another source told Bruce that Tier4b would be exchanging before Christmas.

The SS increases and Restitution Allowances will start in Jan. 2024.

Member: What are you hearing today Mark?

MZ: I finally got some of the bond chatter that I have been waiting for today. Depending on which bond contact I talked to , I got anything from they still expect some fiat funds in their accounts by Dec 25th…but, I have others telling me that now they are expecting their funds on Jan 1st. Others say some specific bonds may not be processed until Feb or April. The bond info today is very convoluted.

MZ: This is the historic bond world  in Reno, Miami, Zurich and New York today….This is almost like they are trying to make folks crazy today ……this makes no sense….but points to we may be close to the end. It’s a mass confusion of intel …and they are doing it on purpose.

MZ: “Bills filed in Oklahoma and Missouri would eliminate capital gains tax on the sale of gold and silver”  This one dropped today. They are making certain in many states that gold and silver  count the same way as our local currency.

MZ: “In Argentina contracts can be settled in bitcoin –Foreign Minister”  They are making a number of changes in Argentina on ways people transact business. It’s almost like the whole world knows there is about to be a shakeup in fiat.

MZ: “Why expansion of BRICS is so profound for the global economy”  BRICS accounts for about 37% of the GDP of the world. The G& represents just 30%. They are bigger than the G& and soon to be bigger than the G20….This is all part of de-dollarization and a return to sound money.

Member: I think BRICS may be our best hope of saving the world from the globalists.

MZ: And Another: “ De-dollarization advances : Russia and China ditch US currency in their trade settlements”  Russia and China  have completely de-dollarized now.  Other countries are close behind.

MZ: Nader dropped another video today. He’s been very busy. He is talking about Iraq’s progress in countering the illegal parallel market or black market for currency. He says they have been very successful

MZ: “An economic vision of linking the dinar to the US dollar-A weak point for Iraq” This has been floated out there and Iraq’s experts say this doesn’t make much sense. Iraq wants de-dollarization and a separation from the US.

Member: Mark, have any of your RV contacts mentioned walking out of the redemption with cash?

Member: Mark has always said no cash at our exchange for security reasons…but you ccan go to your bank afterward and withdraw what you want.

Member: I guess no RV before Christmas this year….but We can still hope for before Jan 1.

Member: My friend has a friend in Africa and went to the Chase Bank and asked if they are exchanging dinar. They told them to doe back Friday

Member: I just asked Alexa when the dinar will be on the forex and she said Sunday at 5pm

Member: Alexa said it Iraqi dinar will be on the forex Sunday evening. However depending how you ask she also says this Sunday January 29th.
