MZ: Let’s start with some rumors….I am sure you are hearing many of these from other sites. We were getting strange rates in Iraq today , especially in the Kurdish region. It doesn’t seem to be an official process but an unofficial process. Many merchants or money handlers have put a different value on their dinar.

MZ: They believe the dinar is about to take a serious spike in value. So they were charging a premium if you wanted any of their dinar.

MZ:  It’s been an interesting day but, I have not been able to confirm the rumors of $1.13 or so rate…but I can verify the number of sources that tell me “yes, there were major wild swings in the dinar based on who you were negotiating with. So there was a lot of horse trading…or camel trading over the dinar value today.

MZ: I do think that is an important piece even though I could not confirm the rates many of you have said….I can verify the value swung greatly today. I believe its telling us that the people of Iraq believe the timing is very, very soon.

Member: MarkZ, Just before he left this morning, Mr. C. said that Iraq will have an RI (as opposed to the RV); what is an RI and what's the difference? Thanks.

MZ: An RI is a reinstatement of the former rate before they devalued the dinar……It is my understanding they can reinstate it to the old rate PLUS …add more for the inflation that happened during that time period…..I think the old rate was around $3.22-$3.30 or so…..then if you add in inflation for the last 20 years and you can justify a rate of over $4 or so,…….a RV is a revaluation of any rate that’s not the RI rate.

Member: Are redemption centers still happening or are we just going to banks?

Member: The redemption center is a bank. The bank is a redemption center.

Member: Redemption Centers are banks, BUT not ALL banks are redemption centers

MZ: it’s all just definitions. What one person calls a redemption center-another calls a bank. But overwhelmingly redemption centers are in banks….Banks that are set up with people trained to exchange currencies and all the procedures and equiptment….. Call it whatever you want. Call it a “redeeming bank”  …

Member:  Hang on…. did i not define a redemption center already? Red carpet fountain in the middle with dolphins and cocktail waitresses? What part did u miss?

Member: Who is paying the redemption center employees?

MZ: The banks. Most work in dual roles….in wealth management and will be assisting with exchanges when it happens…..so most are already employed at banks.  

Member:  Our local Walmart installed new registers this week. The payment page now says "notes" and not cash.

Clare:  The Minister of Oil discusses with "Gazprom" the development of the oil and energy industry in Iraq

Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani met in Russia with Alexander Dyukov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft, and a number of company officials, in the presence of the Russian Ambassador to Iraq, Elbrus Kotrachev.

The Iraqi Oil Ministry said in a statement on Friday that the prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed during the meeting

Ways to develop joint projects in a way that contributes to the development of the oil and energy industry in Iraq and serves common interests.

This meeting comes on the sidelines of the official visit by the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil to the Republic of Russia, according to the statement.   LINK

Tishwash:  New features in the dollar file soon... Parliament Finance discusses the crisis with all Iraqi banks

The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed today, Wednesday, that next week, bank directors and the governor of the Central Bank will be hosted to discuss the dollar crisis. Committee member Mustafa Al-Karaawi said in a statement to Al-Mutalaa Agency, “The Parliamentary Finance Committee intends to host the Governor of the Central Bank and bank directors to discuss the dollar file and the crisis caused by its rise.”

Al-Karaawi added, "The hosting will include discussing the reasons for non-compliance with the reform packages and the measures taken earlier to control the dollar exchange rate." He pointed out, "The features of the new plans to control the dollar file will be determined after hosting those involved in this matter."  link

Tishwash:  Deputy expects the dollar to decline within a few days

 The representative of the State of Law coalition, Arif Al-Hamami, expected today, Friday, that the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar will decrease during the next few days.

Yesterday, Thursday, the dollar prices were recorded at the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges, 160,400 dinars for 100 dollars, according to Shafaq News Agency correspondent, while the selling price in the exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad reached 161,500 Iraqi dinars, while the purchase amounted to 159,500 dinars for every 100 dollars.

As for Erbil, the selling price of the dollar in banking shops was 160,400 dinars, compared to 100 dollars, and the purchase price was 160,300 dinars, compared to 100 dollars.

Al-Hamami said in an interview with Shafaq News Agency, “The State of Law bloc seeks in all ways and urges the government to take the necessary measures to reduce the exchange rate of the dollar, because of its direct impact on the people, especially the poor and middle classes.”

Al-Hamami confirmed that “there are ongoing communications with the government, the Central Bank, the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Parliamentary Finance Committee in this regard.”

He added, "Government measures are continuing to reduce the dollar, including preventing smuggling outlets and opening outlets to sell the dollar at airports, but there are external circumstances that put pressure on the government, and the global situation also has an impact on the status of the dollar in Iraq."

He explained, "Previously, the dollar rose more than the current price and then fell again, so we hope that the dollar exchange rate will decrease during the next few days."  link

The Alarms are going off in the stock market. There are echoes of the 1987 Crash. The one that sent shockwaves through to all financial markets.

 As the Black Monday unfolded, the Prices Skyrocketed, fortunes evaporated, and panic gripped the investors. We're now seeing unprecedented parallels with the previous crash with similar challenges coming our way.

 It includes a high market volatility with rapid price fluctuations and uncertainty.

The price swings are becoming bigger and more frequent. The frequency of intraday swings of the S and P 500 has been extremely elevated. We are also seeing an unparalleled volatility in Treasury bond markets in October 2023.

The share market's strength in the current year despite the slowing effects of higher interest rates is a combination that feels awfully similar to the Black Monday.

Welcome, everybody to the big call tonight is Thursday, October 12. And you're listening to the big call. Thanks for tuning in wherever you're located all around the globe. Let's take it from here and jump into the Intel.

Jeanne prompted me on something I was going to bring up and that was, she mentioned, you know, she hopes that the Brunson case goes in our favor. It goes well, and I believe it will. I'm hearing that it will. And today's and tonight's Intel is not going to take that long.

We've got a couple of things to talk about. But most of it you know, already from Tuesday night's call, but I'll recap a little bit for us. It will tell us where we stand right now in preparation.

I told you Tuesday we're looking for some things with political change.

That's still in the offering. I talked to you about some Speaker of the House which  I predicted with the Jim Jordan. I believe my I don't want to call it prediction what I said that I had heard about that is still going to be true. There may be saw where Steve Scalise was leading and had more votes and all this. Well he dropped out of that race for speaker.

So that pulls him out even though it looked like he was going to be the speaker Steve Scalise is a great guy, and we're praying for his cancer to be completely and totally healed.

But it seems like Jim Jordan is going to get it and get the Speaker of the House and that should get announced. I don't think it's been announced yet but it should possibly tomorrow.

Now. We're looking for possibly four or five things to happen that are in our favor between now and midnight, Friday night - that's tomorrow, between now and midnight Friday night.

Now, those are four of the things what's the fifth thing, I guess, are looking at?

That's right, not only for us but the bondholders to receive their emails with them receiving access to funds. And for us to receive our emails to get the toll free number to call  - to set our appointment to begin our exchange and redemption of Zim – that is everything that we're looking to happen. It could happen almost at the same time. It could occur on the Emergency Alert System, the Emergency Broadcast System, the emergency wireless system, okay, which is which is a new one for us. Those things and it could become a first fruits of disclosure.

I think we're going to hear quite a few things about what we've been looking for - we want to get the truth about what really happened in Ukraine, and I believe that has been prepping and getting that ready to share with everybody.

There was a situation where the Iron Dome was hacked In Israel, or I understand for only about 30 minutes and bombs flew in from Hamas. and yes, there were fatalities. and remember, I'm not gonna say what it is because I approve it. but it looked like it was it was not good. Not good at all.

 Now, my understanding is that before, GESARA kicks in, which we expect very shortly. We need to be at peace.

There might be some minor border disputes, something like that, but  war. I think country against country – nation against nation - It's not supposed to be happening.

The all countries of the world signed off on GESARA and agreed to that, essentially to a truce of no more war. Let's see how that manifests. Right now. It doesn't like that could happen this week. We've got to see how this comes together  and in my opinion with a political change that would follow..

We'll see what happens. I am looking forward to hearing something – initially , or  anytime after 4pm today or 4pm, tomorrow, Friday, from our sources, that time from now, to make it possible because as you guys know, Targets can change and we get new Intel that sometimes invalidates the old Intel or it changes it - morphs it – changes and  brings it into a different perspective

With bonds being handled out of Reno and out of Miami in the United States, those two cities only - We do have 38000 bond holders that are being processed from a couple of days ago, started another 10 or 12 days for them to finish the bond holder process, getting the bond holders the liquidity that comes with the sale of the bonds. And that is inflex and moving. Now we don't have to wait for the bond holders to finish -  10-12  days -  I understand that is the case –

So we believe our start is imminent  we believe that most of the bond holders have been processed already -  will get their emails – hopefully by midnight and we,ve been told to keep specifically to keep an eye on and watch for the emails for us – between now and then -  keep an eye on them --

They've already cleaned up quite a bit of bond holders , that  weren’t worthy of receiving  for some reason.  I don’t know what the reasons were – they were not worthy of receiving the funds they had received or were about to and  they have them pulled back -  and it's a substantial amount that has become the property of our new United States Treasury which by that just like that alone is ultra loaded.

Don't ever worry about where’s the money coming from for all of this. It's there in spades.

I am very pleased about that. It's not that this is fun. If Bond holders were not perceived absolutely convinced that the bond sellers were legitimate, that the price of the bonds was correct - and that it is going to rightful owners that have good intentions in mind.

So I'm excited about that for them. I'm excited about us getting started because there's a lot that we intend to do. As you guys know, with a project Sue has helped the big call universe with 25 or 30,000 different projects, some of which will be similar to follow the same track, others will be completely different. So that'll all get sorted out.

 And I think we have some ideas on how to make all that work collaboratively throughout the country and internationally. And so we're excited about beginning all this now, before we get too far long. You guys know that this is going to change a lot of things like Sue mentioned  this night In her segment.

There are a lot of things that will be new living systems. There'll be new technologies, and there'll be some things that we're going to have to adapt to. some things will be coming that we might not know anything about. But that technology that innovation - those designs, the design, thinking everything that we're going to do is going to be beneficial for us and we believe for humanity at large.

We're looking very seriously for what should be occurring according to our best sources between now and midnight tomorrow night, Friday night. Let's see what happens. Let's see what manifests and that's what we're expecting. That's what we're looking forward to.

So beyond that, you know, I told you guys that we're going to keep the redemption center appointment times try to get them to 30 minutes and 40 minutes, which is what we had up until last week and we were told 30 minutes they're going to try it's going to be in and out. In and out over and done.

Because there's no time for speeches and talks. You'll have I'm gonna say five, eight minutes for your presentation. Take five minutes think five minutes to present quickly an outline form of your presentation. And that's  the way to do it. And you will be asked to leave a copy of what you plan to do with your projects. Leave a copy with the redemption center staff. So they can go through that. They can compare it they can put it to the computer, and so on and so forth.

So there's a lot that we're looking forward to that needs to happen if we're going to receive everything that we anticipate by the end of tomorrow night midnight. So let's just stay a prayer for that. Let's pray it out and see what occurs

Tishwash:  Economic praise for Iraq and Russia's agreement to deal in dinars and rubles: a masterstroke

On Thursday, economic expert Bassem Antoun considered the Iraqi-Russian agreement in transactions between the two countries in the local currencies of the dinar and the ruble to open new doors with other countries for dealing in local currencies, which will reduce the demand for the dollar , describing the agreement as a “masterstroke.” 

Anton said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “Raising the issue of dealings between Iraq and the Russian Federation at the highest level of two figures played a role in agreeing with the Russian side to conduct transactions between the two countries in the local currencies of the ruble and dinar, especially since the volume of Russian annual investments in Iraq amounted to 19 One billion annually, and this is a very large number.” 

He added, “In light of the agreement, Iraq will open new horizons of openness with important countries to deal with in the local currency. Therefore, the demand for the dollar will decrease and the value of the Iraqi dinar will rise against the dollar. " 

Antoun explained, “Among the basic and strategic measures of the current government and future governments is to activate the agricultural and industrial sector to achieve self-sufficiency, which will also reduce the demand for the dollar to obtain and agricultural and industrial products from abroad, and After that the country will emerge from dependence on the unilateral rentier economy dependent on the sale of oil.”

Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani announced yesterday, Wednesday, the government's interest in investing in gas, especially since this wealth has not received attention since the discovery of oil.

CandyKisses:  Economist: The Central Bank bears the rise of the dollar. And 50 billion frozen in homes

{Economic: Euphrates News} The economic expert, Abdul Rahman Al-Mashhadani, held the Central Bank of Iraq responsible for the rise of the dollar in the local market.

Al-Mashhadani told the program "Free Speech" broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel on Thursday evening, "The rise in dollar prices is caused by the parallel market, which meets trade requests with countries sanctioned by the US side and reaches $ 30 million per day, as well as financing drug trade through it."

"Until this moment, all the measures taken are improper, and some speculators and traders are the ones who cause the rise in dollar prices, and the Central Bank's measures to reduce the sale of dollars led to a rise in the exchange rate," he added.

Al-Mashhadani stressed "the need to adopt a culture of adopting the banking system in financial transactions, and Iraq is supposed to be a tourist country with more than 12 archaeological and religious sites, and the problem is that we did not invest any tourism in the country."

He pointed out that "the rigid mass of dollars in Iraqi homes is not less than 50 billion dollars, so if the Central Bank criminalizes dealing in dollars, how will it be disbursed?"

"The central bank still has the tools with which it controls the exchange rate," Mashhadani said.

CandyKisses:  Oil rises to more than $86 due to tightening sanctions on Russian crude

Baghdad today - follow-up 

Oil prices rose today, Friday (October 13, 2023), after the United States tightened its sanctions program on Russian crude exports, raising concerns about supplies in an already scarce market.

By 0052 GMT, Brent crude futures rose 36 cents, or 0.4 percent, to $86.36 per barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude also rose 53 cents, or 0.6 percent, to $83.44 per barrel.

Brent crude is heading for weekly gains of 2.1 percent, and West Texas Intermediate crude is heading for a 0.8 percent rise this week, after both crude oils rose sharply, Monday, due to the possibility of disruption to exports from the Middle East after the Hamas attack on Israel over the weekend threatened to expand... Scope of conflict.

Prices fell during the week, but on Thursday the United States imposed the first sanctions on owners of tankers carrying Russian oil whose price exceeds the Group of Seven price cap of $60 a barrel and imposed them to fill loopholes in the mechanism designed to punish Moscow for Its war in Ukraine.

Russia is the world's second-largest oil producer and major exporter, and tighter US scrutiny of its shipments could reduce supplies.

Tishwash:  Saudi Arabia: Preemptive measures must be taken in the oil market

 Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman announced today, Thursday, that it is necessary to take “proactive” measures in the oil market and try to achieve stability in it.

He added during a visit to Russia: “We do not have a magic wand... It is difficult to predict what will happen in the market even within half a year.”

In addition, the Saudi minister confirmed to the official Russia 24 TV channel that the need to move in oil markets depends on the extent of their volatility    ink

Member: I hear there will be an event today. Guess we should keep watch.

MZ: My Redemption Center folks are on call this weekend but not scheduled to work yet.

Member:  When this goes, my opinion is they will not schedule bankers to come in, they will come in on a call in.

MZ: A lot of Iraqi sources are claiming we will see a brand new Iraq on Sunday though. They have great expectations and many of them are pointing to Sunday. They believe peace will break out with an RV.(revaluation)

MZ: It’s been quiet on every other front like CMKX and bonds. This is not a bad thing.

Member: There has been absolutely nothing on CMKX on the Nevada DOJ site since April... crickets!

Member:  Militia Man is pointing to Monday-Iraq international

MZ: MilitiaMan is talking about that they have shut down international means of taking money in and out of Iraq. (Western Union and Zain) This is kinda like closing the financial borders there. I think this is a key indicator we are close to them pulling the trigger. At least that is what I hope and feel.

MZ: We saw similar things in Kuwait and we were told to expect this type of action in Iraq close to the finish line.

MZ: MilitiaMan and his crew do a great job reporting on things we can track in the news. They are doing a great job. Be sure to go listen and support their channels.

Wed. 11 Oct. Frank26: If you are a student of Forex you will be able to see right now that the Iraqi dinar is trading in massive volumes. It is putting itself in position when the new exchange rate comes out.

Thurs. 12 Oct. Holly on Frank26: Frank has a team in Erbil who went to the bank. They’re telling the citizens the rate is coming. He told her the rate went up two days ago, and they’re about to use the new national currency. Alaq said the Board of Directors of the CBI is going to release a new exchange rate. The bank is saying there has been a rise in the rate internally. They will be joining the BRICS and that may be the basket that floats internationally!!!

Wed. 11 Oct. TNT Tony: We are as close to a Global Currency Reset as we are to touching the Eye of the Storm. A takeover of the old SWIFT system by the Quantum Financial System (QFS) will totally divorce Central Banks and Governments from stealing our money and controlling our future.

Tues. 10 Oct. A Valid Source: The Admiral said that on Mon. night 9 Oct. he was called in to enter the final codes. We are told that this released the 800#s. Much evidence is saying “now!”

On Sun. 15 Oct. the IMF and World Bank would hold their last meeting.

Wed. 1 Nov. was the goal to have Currency Exchanges and Zim Bond Redemptions completed, although that date could vary.

Starting 1 Jan. 2024 the fiat US Dollar will be worthless, all currencies across the Globe will be on par 1:1 with each other, Social Security benefits will be much higher and the SS R&R payments start on a monthly basis.

In the next three to six months the Rodriguez Trust will begin to administer “universal basic income” for citizens of all GESARA-compliant countries. The amount per individual or family will depend on the status, needs, employment level and age of the person/family and will work to encourage people to work if they can.

Member: What happens to the US if Iraq joins BRICS ? What happens to the RV or the dinar?

MZ: We’ll get the RV anyway. If Iraq joins BRICS and goes solo they would basically be giving up on billions of dollars that the US is holding of theirs. It may not be as big an RV (revaluation) as we would like …but imo it would still be a substantial one.

MZ: The inevitability is there….money is going to leave fiat and go to commodities. This is a cycle….remember Voltaire!  He said fiat always goes back to its intrinsic value of zero. And it always goes back to commodities.

Member: Frank26 had a recorded call with someone allegedly in Iraq. The store owner was saying the In country was $1.80 IQD to $1.00 USD……hope its true.

Member: It's not Iraq that's holding this up it's the U.S.

Member: if Iraq goes alone does that affect Vietnamese dong and other currencies?

Member: Hopefully they will all follow and RV close behind Iraq.

MZ: Still quiet on the RV front. The bond side is dead quiet. They have done a great job cracking down on it. So I am not surprised

MZ: Mr. C still has not been paid. Seems like all eyes are watching the conflict with Israel and Hamas.

MZ: In other news around the world “Putin orders new measures to strengthen ruble.”  This is still de-dollarization…..

Member: I’m hearing there is a danger of false flags this weekend.

Member: Good Evening-I messaged my daughters and told them to be at their highest alert….they both believed me this time

MZ: That is absolutely my suggestion for all of you guys for the next coming days. If you have to go out- avoid big crowds.

Clare:  Parliamentary Finance reveals the reasons for the delay in launching the 2023 budget

The Parliamentary Finance Committee explained the reasons for the delay in launching the 2023 budget, despite two months having passed since the publication of instructions for its implementation and its arrival to the ministries and governorates.

Committee member Moeen Al-Kadhimi said that last week, the Minister of Planning and the governors were hosted to discuss the delay in launching budget funding and distributing it to the ministries.

He added that the Federal Ministry of Finance was supposed to begin releasing the budget to the ministries during the next week, indicating that the ministry does not have sufficient financial liquidity to cover the launch of the budget.

He pointed out that there is a problem facing the ministry due to problems related to purchasing the dollar and the fluctuation of the exchange rate, pointing out that the Iraqi currency is stored in homes and citizens are afraid of the fluctuation of the exchange rate.

A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed that the committee will host the Federal Minister of Finance and the Regional Minister of Finance, to find out all the budget problems in general.   LINK

Clare:  The Central Bank of Iraq suspends the “Western Union” service for international financial transfer

The Central Bank of Iraq decided, today, Thursday, to suspend the “Western Union” service for international financial transfer and until further notice.

The company explained in a notice it circulated that, in implementation of the directives of the Central Bank of Iraq, the Western Union service was suspended as of 10-12-2023 and temporarily, in order to activate modern mechanisms and technologies to verify financial transactions, which are in line with international best practices and the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq. .

The notice addressed the company's customers by saying: You will be notified as soon as the service is relaunched.

Last July, the US Treasury Department imposed sanctions on 14 Iraqi banks in a crackdown on Iran's dollar transactions.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Mohsen Al-Alaq, announced last September that the bank would dispense with “foreign transfers” next year, while deciding to limit internal commercial transactions to dinars instead of the US dollar, with the exception of those delivered to travelers.

It is noteworthy that the Central Bank recently adopted a new mechanism for auctioning foreign currency, in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the Federal Bank, in order to track the dollar and stop attempts to smuggle the currency abroad.  LINK

On Thursday, a source in the Central Bank of Iraq denied reports about the suspension of the “Western Union” international financial transfer service in Iraq.

The source told Al-Iqtisad News Agency: “The Central Bank of Iraq denies this news and there is no truth to the existence of such a practice.”

The source called for "not to circulate news from unknown and incorrect sources."  LINK
