On Fri. 29 Sept. the HCL Oil payments to Iraqi citizens was being paid with an In-country Rate of $5+
Fri. 29 Sept was a dramatic beginning of the Stock Market Crash. The Chinese Communist Party Defense Minister, plus theCEO of the World’s largest real estate company, the CCP’s Evergrande, went missing – that halted Evergrande Shares on a Stock Market that was already in free fall – any, or all of which could easily bring on a Global Financial Crisis that would trigger a Global Currency Reset.
Sun. 1 Oct was the first banking day of October in the Mideast and start of the new US Fiscal Year. All banks were required to be on the gold/asset-backed Quantum Financial System rather than the old fiat currency SWIFT System by that Sun. 1 Oct.
On Sun. 1 Oct. the Admiral converted payments from 20 of the top tier T4A groups (out of 356 4A groups) from USD fiat to gold – USN/USTN with the support needed to start the T4 groups (4A and 4B).
At midnight on Sun. 1 Oct. the World Court reviewed evidence and then signed a document giving evidence that they were beginning the RV/GCR.
If funds were not released by midnight EST, Interpol would intervene to make arrests. Federal authorities and SOPs would also make arrests. This HAS to happen and the World Court’s orders are a blessing in disguise.
All major pools expect liquidity release to begin at midnight EST, but also confirmed information from their Hong Kong Prime Minister in Zurich that liquidity release was expected to begin midnight EST and onwards overnight.
The Forex was down all Sun. evening 1 Oct, and then came up Mon. morning 2 Oct. with all values set to Zero.
Mon. 2 Oct. Frank26: “All Red High Alert”
On Mon. 2 Oct. the Iraqi WS Bank US Branch was open for business. As the Stock Market reopened and sell offs continued.
Wolverine confirmed that some of the T4 holders had to be turned away on Mon. 2 Oct. when they tried at the last minute to renegotiate some of the payment contracts for higher exchange rates; They were told NO and this caused things to slow down a bit, but the US Treasury got things moving again FAST, because of WORLD COURT ARBITRATION to release the RV shotgun payment in full ASAP and because Trump and the Chinese also wanted it completed ASAP.
Tues. 3 Oct. In the last 24 hours PM T4A started in the process of preparing and paying T4 groups.
Tues. 3 Oct. was officially designated as the National Day of the Republic of Iraq to celebrate Iraqi freedom from the US Inc.

PompeyPeter Iraq has to be Article VIII to ascend to the WTO...Are they going to say they're Article VIII at 1300? No they're not. Absolutely not. Theoretically/technically they could but they're not...How do we know they're not? They'll implode. They cannot do all the things listed on the budget. Why would you go at 1300 to 1 when you could go 1 to 4?

Where is that money going to come from when you have an exchange rate at 1310? Everybody should be pretty happy to see Iraq is getting ready to be underway...
Another Volatile Session In The Silver, Gold, and Bond Markets

The past week in the financial markets has hardly been one for the faint of heart. The big moves in the bond market have continued, with 10-year yields rising as high as 4.88% before sinking lower through this morning's trading down to 4.73%.
The volatility has also sent the gold and silver prices higher, lower, and then slightly back up again, as the markets attempt to price in just how far the bond market is going to sink. Concerns of a credit event continue to emerge, as the awareness over the growing deficits in the US are being brought to the forefront.
All of which has pressured gold and silver over the past week, yet the realization that the Federal Reserve is going to have to begin monetizing more and more US treasury debt going forward has not been forgotten.

Gold is the best performing industrial metal and is expected to perform well during the recession. Mike expects the stock market to drop significantly and gold to reach $3,000 per ounce as the US heads towards recession.
He cautions traders to define their risk, protect their stops, and accept when they're wrong, in order to be successful. In conclusion, Mike emphasizes the importance of objective analysis and avoiding confirmation bias in trading and investing.
He also mentions his commitment to helping Miami Dade College students understand trading and prove that markets will always do what they should, it's just a matter of time.

A government source and another person familiar with the matter told Reuters that Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani will go to Moscow to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 10 and 11.
The government source stated that Al-Sudani will leave Iraq on October 9 and will meet with Putin on October 10, and they will hold working meetings on October 11.
Official Iraqi media said that Al-Sudani will go to Moscow to discuss cooperation between the two countries in the economic and political fields. link

Today, Wednesday, the Minister of Commerce, Atheer Al-Ghurairi, discussed with the Jordanian Ambassador to Iraq, Montaser Al-Zoghbi, the Chairman of the Amman and Jordan Chamber of Industry, and the delegation accompanying them, the prospects for joint cooperation between Iraq and Jordan, and creating an environment for trade exchange in accordance with international standards, overcoming obstacles, and in a way that serves their common interests
. Al-Eqtisad News received it: “During the meeting, Minister Al-Ghurairi referred to the depth of relations between the two brotherly countries and the Iraqi government’s keenness, within its governmental program, to strengthen and develop economic and trade relations at various levels with Jordan.” Al-Ghurairi added, according to the statement, “The Ministry of Commerce is working today in accordance
with An economic vision in formulating the country’s trade policy to reach an ideal state for commercial dealings and exchanges with all countries of the world through activating joint committees and agreements to provide a suitable environment for investment and trade.”
The statement continued that the Jordanian delegation proposed a number of issues that hinder the movement of trade exchange, including the ratification of commercial documents and facilitating procedures for granting entry visas to construction and trade men.
In this regard, the Minister of Commerce directed the Department of Economic Relations to expedite the electronic transformation in certifying certificates of origin and in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to participate through one window to certify the rest of the documents, in addition to directing the exhibition company to provide facilities for Jordanian participation in the Baghdad International Fair, with an agreement to complete the procedures for establishing the commercial center . "The permanent Jordanian on the exhibition grounds."
For his part, the Jordanian ambassador stressed his country's keenness to consolidate joint economic and trade relations and increase the volume of trade exchange, in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples of Iraq and Jordan, and to encourage the Jordanian private sector to enter into partnerships with the Iraqi private sector in promising investment and economic projects, expressing his thanks for the facilities provided by the ministry. To increase the volume of exchange and overcome obstacles, indicating that the Jordanian participation this year is distinguished.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce for Administrative Affairs, Sattar Al-Jabri, the general departments of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, the Iraqi Exhibitions Company, the Assistant Director General of the Development Department, and a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. MZ: To be honest I am hoping for it to happen this weekend.
MZ: We are hearing some conflicting opinions that we need the house of representatives to be back with a new speaker of the house to remove the remaining sanctions on Iraq. It is my understanding the bill is already at the senate and it could happen at any time.
MZ: Insiders on the beltway believe they will have a new speaker sat by middle of next week. Just in case they are right.

Okay, so let's talk about where we stand now and when the Intel is taking us - Jeanie mentioned it’s today that is Iraq's Independence Day. Okay, so let's talk about where we stand now and when the Intel is taking us - Jeanie mentioned it’s today that is Iraq's Independence Day. They did make an announcement this morning about their independence and declaring themselves a sovereign state - again on this day - they did not did not mention at this point that they have a newly revalued currency. That announcement is coming.
But they are starting to pay back to well they paid contractors pay and they've also paying on the HCL Law - The oil and gas law. They're paying out the profit sharing throughout the country to the citizenry in Iraq, for the oil and gas that they're pumping out.
And so this HCL it turns into real money fast because they've paid people that we know have already received it. And some people receive it tomorrow. At 10 o'clock. I mean, they'll have access to it at 10am and others of them might get it the next day.
So they're staggering it out a little bit, but they're paying that and they're paying back pay for other things that are more retribution type benefits. I think they're paying those out as well. So Iraq is rolling.
I don't know if the dinar rate is going to come out in the Gazette or not tomorrow, it really doesn't matter. Because I think from our point of view, they're doing everything that they said that they were going to do and bringing it out including their budget and all of that good stuff.
Right should be in the budget. So if that comes out in the Gazette, great, if it doesn't, kind of make or break us.
Now - The other things that are happening, let's talk briefly about something that I think Jeanie brought up in her praise report tonight. And that was what's going to happen tomorrow.
We talked about on the big call at least a week ago, maybe longer, like about a week ago about the idea of a disruption of service cell phones, internet and satellite television.
However, I find out today and that was going to be from one o'clock Eastern to 2:02 Eastern, so an hour and two minutes from 1PM to 2:02 in the afternoon tomorrow.
Now, one of our sources is saying that he believes that he's very well tied into everything. He believes that that is going to be only for the deep state that it would not affect all of us. But it affects the deep state and they know who they are.
And they know you know their cell numbers, they know everything. And so that way they can do a final cleanup on aisle four or five and six on those individuals - during that time.
That is what I'm going to go with believing that should be the case. Now there's a separate thing that happens at 1:20pm Eastern time tomorrow.
So if you're on central it would be 12 Let's see. No no, check that to 2:20 here. That's what I just said 2: 20 PM. Thank you 2:20pm is when the testing of the EAS – EBS and EWS which EWS is emergency wireless system.
Those three are theoretically merging and be an actual test that takes place after the Starlink system has fully integrated or self service, our internet and our satellite TV.
So that Starlink system is supposed to interconnect all those things and bring us back cell service at 10 G and bring us back internet 100 times faster than it is now by using the Starlink satellite system.
So we'll see how that goes tomorrow - but the test itself at 2:20pm. Eastern time. - That test might be more than a test. It could be an announcement of some kind, and we're not sure what it might be about. Exactly. So maybe it's just a test. Or maybe there's an announcement that is tied to it. Okay, we'll see what that is. We'll see how that goes.
So that's about tomorrow's test window. And again, if there's a disruption of service, it hopefully will not affect us as a whole. But just the deep state that they're, they're tracking.
Now, beyond that. Let's go to our timing - bondholders - You know, we tend to watch what happens with tier three, the bondholders - because we know that we're essentially following them in this case –
Tier three bondholders have been called by the bank - in this case Wells Fargo to go in to do the essentially start over with the KYC type information the Know Your Customer stuff, to get pictures made - to get biometric fingerprints done - to sign off with final signatures in the case of the this was in the case of the Chinese dragon bonds.
And by doing that, they've got their credit cards or really their debit cards I guess, ready to go. And we're hearing that those modelers some of whom we know are going to be called tomorrowl afternoon or emailed tomorrow afternoon.
And we think that that call or email will give them access to funds when they receive that call or email should have access tomorrow afternoon. When that occurs, now that sets us up.
I don't know that this plays into it or not. But the Iraqi citizens and Iraqi Americans since which we know are supposed to have access to air funds from the HCL law tomorrow at around 10 in the morning.
We'll see if that. If that happens for them, we'll find that out.
But we did speak to one of the absolute top Wells Fargo sources all the way up all the way up the totem pole to the top. And he said yesterday that we should get our notifications and tier 4B tomorrow around noon.
Now another source who happens to be with the redemption center of Wells Fargo said to us today that we should look for our notifications anytime between 11 in the morning 11am and 1pm tomorrow.
Now if we hear this from another source, if we don't give them then which it does look good for us tomorrow noon, somewhere around noon to 11 to one -- .
If that doesn't happen tomorrow, we should look for them to come out either tomorrow afternoon or evening or by Thursday morning. And exchanges would start obviously, if it's late tomorrow afternoon.
We're going to start on Thursday anyway. If we get around 11 to one, there's a very good chance we'll start exchanges tomorrow. They only need about two hours. Let's say we got it at noon - And we call and set our appointments. First appointments could be as early as2 – 2:30 in the afternoon.
And some of these redemption centers are set to go to nine or 10 o'clock at night. It just depends on the demographic. How many Zim owners they know are in the area, etc, etc.
All kinds of variables. But I don't think it's going to be too late to go tomorrow afternoon evening if we get notified between 11 am and 1 pm tomorrow.
So we're going to keep an eye out for the EAS emergency alert system, Emergency Broadcast System or C wireless system - we’ll keep an eye out for that timeframe at 2:20pm tomorrow afternoon now, obviously that's Eastern time.
So central would be 1:20 - Mountain would be 12:20 and then Pacific would be 1120 in the morning. That's when we think those tests will all occur based on Eastern time.
Let's see where else we want to go with that --- I did see something that was brought to my attention that I realized was not true. And that was rates. Rates were bought out again and you guys know I don't really talk specifically on rates. But I can tell you what was put out is way off we've got very strong rates on dinar and Dong well into double digits.
And actually if you are offered a contract rate on dinar even if you are a zim holder, you can still for what the latest is they don't change it the latest says you could have access to the contract rate on the dinar which is very, very high. Just telling you so if they don't offer it, which they should but if they don't, and your Zim holder, you still can ask about it.
And they know what it is and it's on the screen and we know where it is and we know where it tops off the maximum amount. It's an incredible deal.
A lot of the currencies are in the same relative range, like the Afghani Afghanistan Afghani, the rupiah and the Bolivar and even the shekel and the Argentine peso, etc

MZ: No I havn’t ….but I am wondering if that is why there is sudden quiet out of Iraqi contacts. I reached out yesterday and today and am hitting a brick wall. It would not surprise me if a currency lockdown had started in-country.
Member: What is a currency lock-down?
MZ: Basically it is where a country locks down borders so people ccannot come and go ccarrying currency…while they handle a “change in value” ….In other words they go dark similar to what Kuwait did for about 10 days.
MZ: In Asia –“Hong Kong stocks have worst day in three months on worries about rates and real estate” The world is suffering big….
MZ: “Bond Sell off threatens hopes for economy’s soft landing” Nobody wants them….you hae to pay them more to take them…..foreign countries and sovereigns have stopped buying US bonds.
Member: Mark Z Redemption Centers, how many days will they be open for exchange?
Member: Last we heard- 10 days to make appointments and 30 days to exchange…..unless things have changed again.
MZ: I am told about 30 days but that after 2 weeks they will start reducing the number of locations so they don’t have to staff all of them. They feel that after the first 2 weeks the overwhelming majority of us would have come and gone.
Member: Will Zimbabwe and indonisia go at the same time as the dinar???
MZ: I believe they will go at the exact same time as Iraq and Vietnam.

The value of certificates of origin issued by the Amman Chamber of Commerce, during the first nine months of this year, to export goods and commodities to Arab and foreign countries, increased by 57.9 percent, compared to the same period last year, while the volume of Iraq’s imports reached more than 600. Million dollars.
According to statistical data from the Chamber, the value of certificates of origin issued by Amman Commerce during the first nine months of the current year amounted to 1.038 billion Jordanian dinars, compared to about 658 million Jordanian dinars for the same period last year.

Late on Tuesday evening (October 3, 2023), the US State Department issued an official statement in which it addressed the Iraqi people and government on the occasion of Iraqi National Day, offering congratulations and blessings to the Iraqi people.
The Foreign Ministry said through the statement, which was translated by "Baghdad Today", that it "offers sincere congratulations and blessings to the Iraqi people and the government of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani on behalf of the government and people of the United States of America on the occasion of the anniversary of achieving the country's complete independence."
She continued, "On this day, we look with great pride at Iraq and the great achievements it has achieved and the determination of its people, who suffered over 91 years during which they endured great challenges and emerged with a comprehensive and just society for its citizens and future generations."
The statement also stressed the importance of cooperation between the two countries within the "360 degree" partnership, calling on Iraq to continue working with the United States within the shared values between the two countries to confront international challenges, including climate change, economic development, full realization of human rights and environmental protection, in addition to ensuring Continuing to fight the terrorist organization ISIS.
The US State Department expressed its keenness to "continue strengthening relations between the peoples of Iraq and the United States on an individual level," stressing that this relationship is "the basis of the partnership between the two countries," as it described it.

The World Bank warns East Asian countries of the "worst economic outlook" in half a century
The World Bank lowered its growth forecasts for China next year, warning that developing economies in East Asia "are expected to grow at one of the lowest rates in 5 decades," according to a report published by the British newspaper "Financial Times."
The bank's bleaker forecast for 2024 underscores growing concern about China's economic slowdown and how it will spread to Asia, with policymakers in Beijing already setting one of the lowest growth targets in decades for 2023, at about 5 percent.
The World Bank, citing a series of weak indicators for the world's second-largest economy, said it "expects China's economic output to grow by 4.4 percent in 2024, down from 4.8 percent in April."
It also lowered its 2024 forecast for GDP growth for developing economies in East Asia and the Pacific.
Forecasts show that the region, one of the world's main growth engines, is preparing for its slowest pace of growth since the late 1960s, excluding extraordinary events such as the coronavirus pandemic and the global oil shock of the 1970s.
The World Bank's chief economist for East Asia and the Pacific, Aditya Mattoo, said, "Experts expected that China's recovery following strict controls over the Corona epidemic would be more sustainable."
The bank noted that Chinese retail sales have declined to below pre-pandemic levels, coinciding with stagnant house prices, increasing household debt, and delayed private sector investment.
"The growth slowdown will continue unless Asian governments, including China, embark on deeper reforms in the services sector," Mattu warned.
According to the international expert, the shift from growth based on real estate and investment was a challenge for many developing Asian economies.
He explained: “In a region that has already flourished through trade and investment in manufacturing, the next big key to growth will come from reforming the service sectors, by taking advantage of the digital revolution.”
Goods exports fell by more than 20 percent in Indonesia and Malaysia, and more than 10 percent in China and Vietnam, compared to the second quarter of 2022, raising household, corporate and government debt, thus reducing growth prospects further.
The deteriorating expectations also reflect that a large part of the region - and not just China - has begun to be affected by the new American industrial and trade policies under the “Inflation Reduction” Act and the “Electronic Chips and Science Act”, which provide subsidies of about $53 billion, in order to increase American semiconductor production. Bilateral Investment Agreements and Taxation Treaties… Iraq does not have a Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) or a bilateral taxation treaty with the United States. MZ: Foreign Exchange and Remittances Foreign Exchange Policies
The currency of Iraq is the Dinar (IQD). Iraqi authorities confirm that in practice there are no restrictions on current and capital transactions involving currency exchange as long as underlying transactions are supported by valid documentation. The NIL allows investors to repatriate capital brought into Iraq, along with proceeds. Funds can be associated with any form of investment and freely converted into any world currency. The NIL also contains provisions that allow investors to maintain accounts at banks licensed to operate in Iraq and transfer capital inside or outside of the country.
The GOI’s monetary policy since 2003 has focused on ensuring price stability primarily by maintaining a de facto peg between the IQD and the USD while seeking to maintain exchange rate predictability through supplying USD to the Iraqi market. Banks may engage in spot transactions in any currency but are not allowed to engage in forward transactions in Iraqi Dinars for speculative purposes. There are no taxes or subsidies on purchases or sales of foreign exchange.
