Thurs. 1 June US to default on it’s debt as 209 major countries hook up to Quantum Financial System. At 8:00 pm EST the Quantum Financial System’s Fed ISO 20022 will activate – a universal language for global financial networks to communicate with each other and GCR Bond redemption will be paid out.

Thurs. 16 June was the Back Wall for GESARA to be announced and implemented, with full collapse of IRS and all tax orgs.

The group of the Kurds they are referencing is a minority group and can be pass without them. The inflation readings accelerated in April, the strongest since January three. Because of that, many are now doubting the Federal Reserve will pause its rate hikes.

This is pushing short-term interest rates up even higher.

So why in the world is it still here, especially considering the money supply has been dropping for over a year now, and the rate at which it is dropping is the fastest decline since the Great Depression.

BRICS Could Enter Latin American Markets

BRICS Could Enter Latin American Markets if Mexico Accepts New Currency

If BRICS currency captures the Latin American markets, the U.S. dollar could be on a path of decline. Mexico and 18 other countries have expressed their interest to join the BRICS alliance and accept the new currency, reported Bloomberg. BRICS could soon expand to BRICS+ if the group of five nations decides to allow new countries into the bloc.

The move will make BRICS stronger and challenge the G7 Western nations in GDP and purchasing power parity (PPP). Mexico’s inclusion in BRICS could disrupt the traditional global financial markets making way for the new world order.

If Mexico accepts the BRICS currency for cross-border transactions as part of BRICS+, it could open up avenues for the new currency to reach other Latin American markets. The U.S. dollar could be the hardest hit if the development takes place this year.

Mexico’s inclusion in BRICS could strengthen its economic ties with the other developing nations in Asia and Africa. The increased trade and investment opportunities could potentially boost Mexico’s economy and contribute to its development. Additionally, Mexico’s participation might provide a gateway for the BRICS currency to access the Latin American markets.

Minister of Finance Taif Sami discussed today, Monday, with the Chinese Ambassador to Baghdad, Cui Wei, the establishment of economic and investment partnerships between the two countries.

The ministry stated in a statement received by Earth News, that “Minister of Finance Taif Sami received today, Monday, the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Baghdad Cui Wei and reaffirmed her priorities for raising the level of long-term relations with the Republic of China, by creating conditions for a stable investment environment in the Iraqi market.” .

Sami pointed out, according to the statement, to "continuing work to consolidate joint cooperation between the two parties, and to build partnerships to promote sustainable development in the sectors of finance, economy, infrastructure and investment through the effective contribution of sober Chinese companies in reconstruction projects."

And the statement continued, “The Chinese ambassador expressed his country’s government’s desire to raise the levels of exchange and financial and commercial partnership with Iraq, and everything related to contributing to the promotion of economic development between the two sides.” link

Member: Maybe Iraq is as tired of waiting as we are and will just go alone since the rest of the world keeps throwing up more delays.

Member: I still think Iraq goes alone. Countries still joining BRICS

Member: If Nader can use his dinar based debit card anywhere in the world now….i think we have to be close.

MZ: Obviously they done more then they are telling us…..obviously things are happening.

Member: Well Iraq has changed budget date like 5 times. How did pass the first two reading now no finishing in sight.

MZ: “Finance Committee suspends work until budget disputes are resolved” Just stay calm….its purposeful misinformation.  They are talking about their lower denominations and much more ….watch what they do.

MZ: Here is another great sign “ Iraq boosts gold reserves by 2 % in a single day in gradual buildup”  They are separating themselves from the US dollar. It’s happening guys.

MZ: “Saudi Arabia reportedly in talks to join BRICS bank to enhance financial strength amid de-dollarization”  Saudi Arabia is the cornerstone why the petro dollar exists at all. Saudi Arabia is now moving to BRICS.

Member: Venezuela is also joining BRICS.

MZ: I heard from people who have friends in Russia say there are already people on the ground with meetings on the new gold backed/asset backed currency ….i had said there were 80 or so countries expected to be there. …Now I was told there are 120 nations with representatives already there and pounding out the new asset backed currency.

MZ: The big official meeting is scheduled for June 14-17…but many are already there and working out the details.  Well over half the world is meeting to de-dollarize and go to an asset backed , international currency. This is absolutely huge news coming out of Russia. This is right out there in the open for all the world to see unlike Bretton Woods and all the behind closed door stuff they did. The world is changing.

MZ: I think the June 14-17 meetings will be the victory laps, the hand shakings , media and photo ops, everything will already be done.

Member: Remember a lot of this has already been done......nothing is really as it seems

Member: At least it looks like in a couple weeks things will be happening. That is good news.

MZ: No bond or banker news. Been a very quiet day.

Member: I believe we are getting close to the end of this horrible Movie & they'll run the credits soon.

Thoughts From DJ "Nesara/Gesara and the GCR" 5-28-2023

DJ: DID YOU KNOW?

As we all know there are a multitude of different forms or types of governments that run the world. Authoritarian such as communism, socialism and fascism. Democracy which breaks down to parliamentary democracy, presidential democracy and direct democracy.

Monarchy. Constitutional monarchy or absolute monarchy. Oligarchy which has autocracy, plutocracy, stratocracy and theocracy.Totalitarian, aristocracy, dictatorship, federalism, republicanism and so on.

Then combine these forms of government with all the different forms of economic systems.

The point of mentioning this is to put into perspective what it would take to integrate the entire world into the narrative of implementing a GESARA ideology. If you have any knowledge of what GESARA reputedly entails or suggests , the logical mind says “NO WAY” .

GESARA (Global Economic Security and Reformation Act) is an alleged global reset of the financial system that aims to abolish debt, eliminate income taxes, establish a new gold-backed currency and bring prosperity to all nations.

 While the intent and concept are glorious to consider, in reality, there is no credible evidence or official documentation to support its existence or implementation. It’s a concept.

Knowing the multitude of different governments and economic systems, is it feasible to think that they would all come together, put their differences aside and all agree to forgive all debt and end their revenue streams that support their economies? As well as change their entire governmental structures relinquishing whatever control or power they may have.

This whole GESARA narrative is nothing more than a fable fabricated by speculation, commentary that can’t be verified or substantiated, and an ideology of hope heaped upon desperate populations.

The concept of “NESARA” which would ultimately morph into “GESARA” originated from a concept by Shaini Goodwin (also known as “Dove of Oneness”) which was a set of U.S. economic reforms proposed in the 1990s. It would later be in a book titled “Draining The Swamp: The NESARA Story-Monetary and Fiscal Policy Reform” by Harvey Francis Barnard, published in 2005.

Barnard created the idea of NESARA as a proposed economic reform package. His work was self published and not widely recognized by scholars or economists. It never made its way to the floor of Congress, was never introduced as a bill and never voted on. ( I checked all of the Congressional Archives 5 years before and after publication )

Keep this in mind, Aristotle, the ancient Greek philosopher, in his book “Politics” discussed the concept of an ideal society. Whereby the purpose of the state or society is to promote the well-being and happiness of its citizens.

He believed that the “idea society” should be based on the principle of distributive justice, where resources and benefits are allocated according to merit and contribution to the community. Aristotle’s conceptual “ideal society” would later become Hitler’s blueprint for the “Third Reich” or Naziism.

Now on the other hand the feasibility of a GCR/RV has merit.

 Not because of some ideology but more because of a necessity. It stands to reason that, with the growth of the global environment, the legacy systems that have been operating the global financial structures and trade, need to be upgraded to accommodate the increase of global transactions and how they are transacted.

How funds move internationally or nationally and how money is valued must adjust with the times. Growth is a natural occurrence, and with growth comes changes to facilitate that growth.

When we are talking about changing mechanisms that facilitate monetary transactions, that’s one thing, but when we are talking about changing the way people believe and behave, that’s something else.

The GCR is not what the public narrative depicts, it’s been happening all around us for over a decade if you just pay attention.

 But this GESARA concept? There is no GESARA headquarters where a group of people are sitting around checking the boxes if a country is compliant or not. Just like there is no toy factory at the North Pole run by a bunch of elves .

MZ:  I did think we would have seen the budget yesterday. I have some sources over there that still say its done…..they are still working on logistical things?

MZ: Nader did a video that makes a great point- that he can use his Iraqi debit card based on dinars at any bank in the world now. What does that tell us?  This tells us that whether or not Iraq admits they are international or not- it is.

MZ: Over the weekend they are talking about lower denominations again. About the importance of lower denominations and the importance of digital banking. They are giving us all the information for those paying attention.  They are sstill education people on the cocming price change.

Member: Any news about redemption center employees working?

MZ: On the rumor side:  Some sources think today and tomorrow is still a “go” . Some think we will be in the banks before the 10th of June. Noone knows the date or rate……but everything tells us how close we are

MZ: Bond folks are still being quiet. I know of one who has an NDA. Many will be disappointed tomorrow morning if it doesn’t happen.

MZ: The world is going to force the reset soon …..80 countries are meeting on June 14th through the 17th to launch a new gold backed/asset backed currency in St. Petersburg, Russia.  . So things are happening.  The cabal can fight it all it wants but the change is inevitable.

Member: Sure feels like more can kicking once again to me.

Member: Don't lose hope. Put it away, walk away and go on with life.

Member: Mark do you feel confident the Dong is going to RV as well.

MZ: I feel confident the dong is going to RV at the same time as the dinar. The overwhelming majority of banking contacts, paymaster contacts. Government contacts agree they will be going all at once.

MZ: I am still hearing up to $2.25. Some people are saying .47 cents. Nobody knows for certain until we cross the finish line.

Member: I feel that having RV currency is like having investments in a lot of IPO's...

Member: Will there be redemption centers or banks in the UK?

MZ: The term “redemption center” may be throwing people off. Here in the states I believe about 95% of redemption locations will be at banks that are set up for it with people trained to exchange foriegn currency and equiptment for verifying currency.  When I say the term “redemption center” it just means a place, branch, bank, location where we will go and exchange.  I expect it will be the same in the UK and the rest of the world as it is in the US.

Member: Some places in the US will also be on military bases…..it will depend on your location where you exchange.

MZ: Military personnel are a large chunk of our currency holders.

Member: Praying there really are no taxes on our exchanges

Member:  I heard today that the consumption tax is coming out is 14% 7% us government 7% to the state government NO Property taxes!!!

Member: Morning Mark. There is a possible agreement on the debt ceiling?

Member: Hi Mark! I just got on and don’t know if you addressed this: Goldilocks says the RV is tied to the debt ceiling debacle and Iraqi budget! I remember you saying the RV isn’t tied to either!

Member: imo-When the deep state government is arrested or removed we will finally see what we are waiting for.

Member: ​It is pretty sad that a lot of Veterans were in wars that we should not of been in.

Member:  Does anyone believe in White Hats anymore? Seems like all we get are games from both sides - like a bad B movie

MZ: I do not have any faith in the white hats anymore. I think if they are as powerful as some sites claim we would see more evidence of it. I am over that BS of them saying more people need to wake up. People are brainwashed. In order wake everyone up the main stream media brainwashing has to stop and people will wake up more quickly. We need to stop waiting on some mythical magical white hat to save us. Look in the mirror. You are the ones wearing the white hats now.

Member: It makes me angry just to hear that stupid phrase “More people need to wake up”  Anyone not awake is in a coma and will never wake up……Just do something if you exist White hats!!!!

Tishwash:  Thursday.. the start of electronic payment in Iraq

Governmental and private banks and electronic payment companies are preparing to generalize the experience of the electronic payment system and to publish POS devices in government and private institutions, shops and commercial shopping centers.

And according to an informed source of {Euphrates News} agency, "the electronic payment will be activated in the government collection of funds in many ministries and other government agencies and the private sector."

He pointed out that "the Cabinet's decision to implement the electronic payment system will enter into force on 6/1/2023, i.e. after three days."   link

Tishwash:  Restricting dealings in dinars.. Government directives to support the national currency and hold violators accountable

The Ministry of Interior confirmed, on Monday, that the government issued directives regarding dealing in dollars instead of dinars, while setting a date for launching a campaign to hold violators accountable.  

The ministry's spokesman, Major General Khaled Al-Muhanna, said in a statement to the official agency, followed by "NAS" (May 29, 2023), that "higher directives were issued by the government regarding the need to implement broad awareness and education campaigns regarding dealing in other than the national currency."  

He added, "According to the laws, it is forbidden to trade in other than the Iraqi national currency," noting that "the last period, non-Iraqi currencies were traded in the local markets, because the country went through different periods and crises."  

He pointed out, "Trading in non-national currency occurs in countries that suffer from economic problems," noting that "Iraq's economy began to consolidate, and the dinar proved its presence during the last period."  

He stressed, "The need for citizens to support the national currency," pointing out that, "The ministry has started awareness campaigns for all citizens, and after that it will launch campaigns to hold violators accountable."     link

The Central Bank of Iraq boosted its gold reserves by about 2% in one day last week, as part of what it calls a gradual plan to stockpile the precious metal, which is seen as a traditional haven in times of economic crisis.

"Iraq bought 2.5 tons of bullion on Thursday, bringing its reserves to 132.73 tons," said Mazen Sabah, director general of the Central Bank's Investments Department, in an interview in Baghdad.

He added, "The strategy is to get more gold in the second half of the year."
He continued, "Our current plan is to buy small quantities several times, not a large amount at once."

The Central Bank of Iraq boosted its gold reserves by about 2% in one day last week, as part of what it calls a gradual plan to stockpile the precious metal, which is seen as a traditional haven in times of economic crisis.

Expand its possessions of bullion

Central banks around the world are expanding their holdings of bullion, amid mounting geopolitical and economic risks. Iraq, the second-largest oil producer in the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), has resumed its gold purchases in 2022 after a four-year hiatus, as part of a program to diversify its nearly $100 billion in foreign assets.

The Central Bank of Iraq bought 34 tons of gold last June, a one-time increase of 35% in its holdings. The bank stores the bullion with the Bank of England and the Bank of France.
Sabah pointed out that «the Central Bank's approach is to increase its reserves of gold, whenever the price of the precious metal reaches a level that is consistent with the investment management guidelines».

Gold, which was within striking distance of a record earlier this month, posted a third consecutive weekly loss; Signs of resilience in the US economy have increased the likelihood that the Federal Reserve will continue to raise interest rates. The metal is more attractive to investors for returns when prices are low.

Demand for gold from central banks fell to 228.4 tons in the first quarter, down 40% from the previous three months, according to a report by the World Gold Council. (bloomberg) link

MP for the State of Law Coalition, Mohammed Al-Ziyadi, revealed on Monday the start of legislation on the general census of population, oil and gas after voting on the draft federal budget law.

Al-Ziyadi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma that "the political forces have identified the priority of legislating the laws of the general census of population, oil and gas during the current session after the vote on the federal budget, because of their significant impact on the political situation in Iraq."

He added, "The oil and gas law was politically agreed upon before the approval of the government, as the State Administration Coalition agreed in principle to approve it after the completion of the passage of the general budget."

Al-Ziyadi pointed out, "The oil and gas law is strategic, as it will regulate the oil relationship between the provinces and between the federal government and between the latter and the Kurdistan region."

He pointed out that "the general population census law will also see the light after the completion of the process of approving the federal general budget."

The share of the region and some of the paragraphs related to Kurdistan are still a matter of controversy, as they have become a stumbling block in the way of completing the budget and placing it on the agenda for the purpose of voting on it.

In addition, this coming Thurs. 1 June and despite rhetoric put out by Biden and Congress – the US will default on it’s debts. There was nothing left in the US Inc. Treasury but fiat monies, and little of that due to US Inc. being trillions in debt and with a legal inability to print more.

For some time the Deep State has been functioning on fiat monies and artificially holding up World Stock Markets. Thereby US Inc. would be unable to make loan repayments – that was bound to send world markets into a tailspin and instigate Stock Market crashes around the Globe. After the crash, the Markets were not expected to return – ever.  

All of which added up to an imminent need for activation of the Emergency Broadcast System.

The Good News: the moment the EBS came about, the Deep State Rule would be over.

The Bad News: the Internet would fail, making Banks unable to function.

Not to worry. By that same Thurs. 1 June all 209 major countries across the Globe were due to be connected to the new Quantum Financial System (QFS), with their gold/asset-backed currencies activated. Monies in your present bank account have already been mirrored onto a secure personal account in that new monetary system.

Those who hold foreign currencies and bonds destined to go up in value with this new QFS, would do exchanges and redemptions at Redemption Centers (There were over 7,000 Redemption Centers that have been set up in the US alone).

The General Public would soon also receive NESARA/GESARA monies (monies stolen by the Cabal) at those same Redemption Centers.

Dr. Charlie Ward, agreed with guest XRP Lion on his show that Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) notification to set exchange appointments would come after the EBS – which was expected to begin at any moment.

The EBS would begin with seven text messages sent into all phones and computers worldwide. We would be told that we had 3-6 hours to return home, or to a place where we could hunker down for 3 to 10 days of Communication Darkness.

How long the 3 to 10 days of Communication Darkness would last was dependent upon where you lived. The Cabal has longed planned riots and demonstrations in the streets worldwide. Some places like LA and New York would need more days of communication overrule by the Military, while other sites that had no disturbances would have a minimum amount of days of Communication Darkness.

During this time documentaries of various worldwide Military activities such as the arrests and Tribunals of Deep State members would be broadcast 24/7 in eight hour segments.

Around the middle of June NESARA/GESARA would make its appearance where the General Public would be paid back monies stolen from them by the Cabal.

There were three age groups which would receive the monies: Ages 24-44; Ages 45-60; Ages 61 and over. Seniors age 61 and over would be taken care of first. Each group will have 8-12 days to present themselves at a Redemption Center. Instructions about the above would be given out through the EBS broadcasts.

Many people think the United States is past the point of no return. When we look at the sheer number of dollars, our federal government is spending every year and the fact that it looks like that spending has no chance of doing anything but increasing, it does seem hopeless.

It seems like there is nothing we can do but barrel forwards toward our inevitable collapse.

But that is not the case.

The financial situation the United States is in is very fixable. There are a few simple changes that we could make or that Congress could make very easily that would result in little pain that would put us back on the path towards increasing our nation's wealth rather than wasting it away as quickly as possible.

The reality is there is no free lunch. There is always a tradeoff. You must always ask what is the cost?

Because there is a very actual cost of continuing the path that we are going on, which is ultimate financial collapse. There is a cost to fixing things, but the cost means a much greater return in the future.

On Sunday, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Faisal Al-Naeli, determined the nature of the suspension of the committee’s meeting, while he revealed a move by the State Administration Coalition to hold a meeting tomorrow, Monday, to resolve the dispute over the general budget.

Al-Naeli explained, in a press interview seen by “Takadam”, that “the committee did not stop its work as much as it postponed its meetings for the purpose of giving an opportunity for the State Administration Alliance to discuss articles related to the Kurdistan region.”

He added, "The State Administration Alliance will hold a meeting this evening or tomorrow, Monday, to discuss and resolve the budget, after which a date will be set for approving the general budget law."

Earlier in the day, the Minister of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Region, Awat Sheikh Janab, considered that any changes to any article in the federal financial budget outside the agreements concluded between Erbil and Baghdad are considered “illegal.”   LINK

DeepWoodz:  Imo Hi Butch, currently the rate is 1300 (1310). Frank was expecting circa 1000 at one time. I don’t know if that’s still his opinion.

I have my own opinion that’s different. No one can tell me why on earth they chose 1310 to start with. Honestly they could have done better….UNLESS they have to prove themselves to the IMF, World Bank, the world. Work their way up. I don’t understand why they would with their PROVEN wealth ie. OIL & MINERALS

I mean they went from 1160-1190 to 1460. Now back only to 1310?? This has never made sense. 

If the citizens trust was so important then you would give them something worth having. NOW.

Nader From The Mid East   I can use my Iraqi debit card in America...I never talked about the credit cards or ATM...they're telling us today the credit cards we can use them international.  I can use my debit card here or my credit card anywhere in the world...Of course our credit cards doesn't work with dollar, work with dinar.  So if I'm here (United States) I'm gonna go to any bank, example Chase, get money - What's going to happen?  The dinar is going to be exchange by the dollar between banks.  A week ago I came out and said it's gonna float.  There's your float.  For now it's not showing on Forex.  Believe me guys it start to float.  Now I can use my card here...

The management of the General Company of Iraqi Airways announced today, "Saturday", the start of the electronic payment service system (POS) in the company's offices to book and issue travel tickets in the capital, Baghdad, which are the offices of Al-Saadoun, Salhiya and Al-Rasheed, and they were provided with the required equipment and trained a cadre of the company's staff on ways to use them to achieve smooth work.

The general manager of the company, Manaf Abdel Moneim Ajel, said in his statement that "based on the directives of the Minister of Transport Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi and in line with government directions, this service has been adopted in these offices and is scheduled to be activated in the company's other offices as one of the modern methods in financial transactions, as it will allow the traveler to pay via local and international electronic payment cards Visa. master card, PayPal."

It is noteworthy that Iraqi Airways had activated this service in most of its foreign offices during November last year on the sidelines of the visit of His Excellency the Minister of Transport, Mr. Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi to the company's office in the Egyptian city of Cairo

Harambe:  Iraq announces plans for $17 billion transportation project linking Asia to Europe - Newsday 5/27/23 

Iraq’s prime minister on Saturday announced plans for a $17 billion regional transportation project intended to facilitate the flow of goods from Asia to Europe.

The announcement was made at a one-day conference in Baghdad that convened transport ministers and representatives from Iraq, the Gulf countries, Turkey, Iran, Syria, and Jordan.

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani said the planned Development Road project would facilitate the movement of goods from the Gulf to Europe by way of the Grand Faw Port in Basra, in southern Iraq, which would be connected to Turkey, then to Europe, through a network of railways and highways.

A centerpiece of the project will be the development of the Grand Faw Port and a “smart industrial city” adjacent to it, al-Sudani said.

The planned project, which would involve the construction of about 1,200 km (about 745 miles) of railways and highways, will be “an economic lifeline and a promising opportunity for the convergence of interests, history, and cultures,” said al-Sudani, adding it will “make our countries a source for modern industries and goods.”

He did not say how the project would be financed but noted that Iraq would “rely heavily on cooperation... with brotherly and friendly nations.” 

The countries participating in Saturday's conference agreed to establish joint technical committees to move the project forward.

Iraq's relations with the Gulf countries have been strained in recent decades, as Iran-backed militias rose in prominence in Iraq in the wake of the U.S.-led invasion that toppled Saddam Hussein and opened a power vacuum in the country.

However, there have been signs of improving relations with the country's neighbors. In January, Iraq hosted the eight-nation Arabian Gulf Cup in Basra, the first international soccer tournament the country had hosted in more than four decades.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Al-Alaq, announced yesterday, Saturday, the establishment of Riyada Bank to support small and medium enterprises, to be the first bank to care for low-income people and entrepreneurs through soft loans.      

The governor said on the sidelines of the opening of the annual Iraqi banking conference organized by the Association of Private Banks, that "the initiatives of the Central Bank of Iraq are the largest in the history of Iraq," revealing "the completion of new projects, including the establishment of Riyada Bank for Social Development in line with the vision and initiative of His Excellency the Prime Minister in the government project (Riyada) to support youth."  

He added that "the bank will be the first in Iraq to care for low-income people through soft loans and simple guarantees in support of vulnerable segments, and diversify the non-oil economy through small and micro projects to stimulate the private sector and reduce unemployment and poverty rates," explaining that "the Central Bank of Iraq has put the final touches to prepare a national strategy for bank lending."  

The governor noted that "the Central Bank of Iraq will launch a project to establish a financial and business center and will serve as an integrated city that includes the stock market, the business sector and financial institutions."
