MZ: Good Morning….we are going to get right into today. MilitiaMan is jpining us. So what’s the news, What can you tell us……I know I am excited about everything going on.
MM: Good morning all. It’s a pleasure to be here again. I would say it’s been an eventful week.
MM: We have seen the Central Bank has started talking yesterday…and it was a big deal…..and above and beyond that-there were a lot of meetings this last week…with the IMF, the World Bank, and the US Treasury met with the Central Bank of Iraq and the Finance Ministry.
MM: They had their delegations there with them…and they met for a few days in respect with what is going on in Iraq. This was quite eventful…they are looking at going to a private sector. We all know that is going to be the driving force in Iraq in the future. It is not going to be just a oil based economy anymore. We are seeing all of that coming to fruition
MM: They talked about compliance and international standards and some of those things we saw in their news yesterday. And, there is a lot of good articles coming out today as well….many I have not gotten to yet.
MM: Iraq has been in compliance with the IMF for a couple years and they have been showing they can keep the exchange rate at 1166, or 1182 or 1469…they can keep it at 2 % compliance and follow their rules….. it has been relatively stable.
MM: There has been a parallel market that everybody hears about. And there is an electronic platform that has been in discussions since last year…..the ISO2022 and they are getting the country completely off the dollar. One of the rules the IMF has is no multi- currency practice.
MM: That is where we are at. They are moving away from the multi- currency practices. We saw that with the Iraqi Trade bank yesterday ….that merchants and businesses must get off the dollar and only use dinar. They are talking with the citizens and their goal is to get them all off the dollar. The parallel market which is the street rate black market are getting pushed out now. They are ineffective. That has been big in their news.
MM: Ali Alaq (Governor of the CBI) said last week…for the citizens to be prepared for a rate change…..or something to that affect. ……..Yesterday the Central Bank has stated that the dinar will be one and a half times more…and it’s coming…..It was a “heads up”
MM: So at the present rate of 1310….the dollar divided by 1310 gives you basically .00076336. If you take that to the next level….they say the rate will be one and a half times….they are going to change it again…that number becomes .00114504…and that will stimulate those citizens again.
MM: Interestingly enough they called for a holiday starting tomorrow …from the 20th to the 24th. The country will be on holiday….Will they make a rate move during that time? We don’t know. What we do know they are moving out of multi-currency practices and opening up and stimulating the economy through electronic sysstems…the Ayuscuda system, Taxes and Tariffs at the borders are in sync……The BUNA platform has been trading….it is set up and ready.
MM: So when Iraq is ready they can start clearing cross border transactions immediately and they will be safe, secure on their electronic platforms which is the ISO22022 and the BUNA platform. Let’s see what happens over the next few days.

MZ: So, what else needs done? The third reading of the 3 year budget I am hearing may be late tonight or early tomorrow? That they want it done for Eid Al Fitr by Thursday on the 20th which is tomorrow.
MM: I have heard the first and second reading are completely done….i have heard it is sorted…they are not telling us everything up front……I heard it may be all done……we just won’t find out about it tonight or tomorrow.
MZ: I don’t know if you follow the bigger picture on economic things going on or just the dinar specifically…..but there are many different presidents of different countries like Ghana, Brazil and Venezuela telling their citizens to run from the dollar. Yesterday US empassies around the world….especially on the African continent started warning people to stock up with weeks worth of food, rations ect…..they are expecting a complete failure of the grid. They are not telling us anything here in the states. Your thoughts?
MM: I have not caught that news from Africa….but as far as the dollar is concerned……my understanding and studies suggest that there is somewhere between 7-9 Trillion in dinar that the US Treasury holds. With US debt being over $32 Trillion……the dollar is not that weak. Imo
Member: everyone will be using their own gold-backed currency soon is what the Nesara people are saying.
MZ: There is a lot of smoke and misinformation…..they are trying to keep us in the dark….its a good to remember this.

Parliament member Jawad al-Bolani affirmed, on Wednesday, the government's seriousness in paying all debts owed by Iraq.
Al-Bolani said, "The payment of debts follows a legal and financial mechanism, and the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank and the Iraqi government put it in the budget law and take into account the state's financial ability to pay off debts and loans."
He added, "At the level of Parliament and the political situation, the political forces are not interested in increasing borrowing, and the government is directly responsible for setting schedules and paying debts, short, medium and long-term, and according to the method of dealing with the Ministry of Finance in this file."

CandyKisses: Al-Sudani: Our financial situation is at its best and the Iraqi dinar is strong
The Prime Minister, Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, pledged that the exchange rate of the US dollar will return to 1320 dinars, and that the financial situation in Iraq will be at its best.
It is noteworthy that Al-Sudani assumed the presidency of the current government, on October 27, 2022, according to a political agreement paper, which resulted from the "State Administration" coalition, and the age of his government was about 6 months.
Al-Sudani said, during an interview with a group of Iraqi television stations, followed by NRT Arabia, that "the tripartite budget means economic stability and the positive message of the private sector, and all international financial institutions advise that the private financial, social and economic situation of Iraq needs a medium-term budget."
He added that "maintaining the continuity of the ration card, the growing need for electricity stations fuel, and the entitlement to unpaid loans, led to the deficit and inflation in the budget, and there are many treatments for it."
Al-Sudani pointed out that "the provinces now have 8-9 trillion allocations in the food security law, and the disbursement did not exceed 10%, and in the budget there is 4.5 trillion between the petro dollars and the development of the regions, and it is with the projects of ministries that can cover the needs of the provinces during the rest of this year," distinguishing by saying: "We must overcome a situation where the budget is an opportunity to political blackmail or put the interests of this or that party, it is a budget for all Iraqis and is waiting for by the people and institutions."

On the political agreement paper, the Prime Minister said: "We respect the agreement that produced the State Administration Coalition, contributed to political stability and resulted in a political agreement with general principles voted by the House of Representatives, and it represents an incubator for this government."
Al-Sudani refuted that there are any differences in the state administration coalition, insofar as views regarding the budget or the principle of partnership, and partnership outside the scope of the constitution are unacceptable, he said.
He pointed out that "the total percentage of the allocations of the Kurdistan Region in the budget is still fixed, which is 12.67, and has not been changed," stressing that "the agreement on April 4 with the Kurdistan Regional Government is important, and regulates the relationship that the government contributed to regulating during the contents it put in the draft tripartite budget."
Al-Sudani said that "the loss of revenues of 475,000 barrels per day is a large number and damage will affect everyone," adding: "Within days we will go to the signing of contracts between SUMO and oil companies, and the Turkish side is notified of the resumption of exports from Kurdistan."
The Prime Minister reiterated that "the duty of the federal government to pay the salaries of employees, whether they are in the region or any province, and it is not honorable, and this is what the Council of Ministers is working on."

Regarding the exchange rate, Al-Sudani stated that "there is cooperation between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Central Bank; so that it has branches in the region, for the purpose of providing foreign currency to traders present and working there, as well as citizens in accordance with controls and activities."
He pointed out that "all fluctuations in the dollar price were the result of the non-implementation of the agreement signed between the government and the Central Bank with the US Federal Reserve in the previous stage, and the duration of the agreement was two years, and ended on November 15, 2022, less than a month after the current government began its tasks."
“We decided to adhere to the standards of the global banking system, we started intensive procedures in the central bank, the government and the private sector, and we were interested in maintaining food prices,” he continued.
"Over time, the process of compliance with banking standards increased, all traders began to enter the electronic platform, and the government helped them obtain foreign currency at the official price instead of relying on illegal trade," Al-Sudani said.
He stressed that "the number of traders using the electronic platform is increasing, and the parallel price has begun to fall close to the official price of foreign currency, and will continue to decline," adding: "The Iraqi dinar is strong, and our financial situation is at its best."
Al-Sudani continued: We have confidence in our Iraqi currency, and our procedures are moving in the right direction, and in every cabinet session there is a decision or action towards economic reforms and improving the investment environment," stressing that "the exchange rate will return to 1320 dinars to one dollar."

Tishwash: Under the leadership of his governor, Ali Al-Alaq, the Central Bank of Iraq launches a new reform package
The Central Bank confirmed that the reform package is a major shift for the organized economy, while indicating that dealing in the Iraqi dinar will extend to the private sector.
"The government supported the reform package launched by the Central Bank," said the bank's advisor, Ihsan Shamran, in a statement to the official agency, noting that "there is great harmony between the financial authority and the government."
He added, "Countries whose legal systems are good have an excellent economy because they do not deal in dollars," noting, "Companies and government institutions have responded, including Iraqi Airways, by relying on the strength of the Iraqi dinar, regardless of the exchange rate."
He continued, "The public began to deal with the Iraqi dinar as a national currency," explaining that "
And he stated, "This is considered a real step and a big shift for the organized economy," explaining, "The real value of the dinar that exists now is more than one and a half dinars, because the bank's reserves are very high and therefore the national currency cover is high."
And he stated, "Iraq's economic interface is the central bank, which takes corrective steps, the most important of which is the platform that transformed foreign trade in Iraq into real trade, after the relationship between the dollar that exits the country and the commodities was disconnected between them," pointing out that "through the platform All these matters have been seized, including the dollar that is sold by the central bank to the bank and then to the public, and the public asks the bank to transfer it to the merchant who exports the commodity to Iraq. Just a quick update: there is massive lockdowns with any information coming out. Major misinformation floating around about everything. It is best to ignore all as it will be very confusing.
Stay in your knowing they said at the end it would get very confusing . We are there as the news is contradictory. I hear behind the scenes there is so much going on and we will not know the details.
The best thing is to follow what Iraq is doing. The will pave the way with their new rate.
Until then, remain positive and keep the faith. We will get there. If anything happens I will let you know.
We still need F&PS, adjudicated etc to go. They have not yet.

One of which was the future monetary policy of Iraq and the currency reform...Then articles...come out this week...quote - “The Iraqi dinar continues to make gains at the expense of the us dollar exchange rate” and then on Monday, Prime Minister...al-Sudani indicated that the value of the Iraqi dinar will rise against the US dollar during the next few weeks...Folks we are heading for the long-awaited reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar to FOREX not as a placeholder but open for business full trading...How could the news possibly get any better?

Adam discusses the seasonality in gold, which typically sees three different rally periods each year, similar to agricultural commodities. However, there is no fundamental reason for gold's spring rallies - it seems people are simply more optimistic during this time, leading to more buying of gold stocks, starting around mid-March and ending around May.
Adam explains how moving averages are useful for determining if equities are overbought or oversold, and suggests raising trailing stops to preserve gains when it is significantly overbought.

He notes that the Fed is under pressure from other central banks that are pausing on hiking, causing huge problems in the economy and instability in banks - rate hikes are hitting ordinary people hard, and those with mortgages could become increasingly vulnerable.
Adam expects the Fed to hike one more time and then pause to see the impact, closely monitoring labor markets data, although he is aware that some of the U.S. BLS data is highly suspect.
Alternative data sets are showing declining labor growth, and if labor markets are far weaker than expected, this could have outsized consequences when Fed policy is mis-applied.
He believes that the dual mandate should not exist, and the Fed's focus should simply be on price stability - inflation is just an effect caused by too much money in the system, and the value of money should be set by free markets.
Silver is seen as a sentiment gauge for gold and has been doing well, although futures buying is waning.
Gold above 2000 is attracting a lot of interest.
Lastly, he discusses the miners and why investor sentiment is taking time to adjust to this new market environment.

MZ: The 3rd Reading now expected later in the day tomorrow or Thursday morning. It looks like they are trying to make it coincide with the al-Fitr holiday. Also I am hearing we should see the HCL law passed by the end of this week.
MZ: I am hearing they are going to push for a surprise session tomorrow or early Thursday to pass the budget. I hope this is accurate.
Member: Makes a lot of sense and looks like our friend Nader has been on it
MZ: Out of Iraq” Government advisor –The parallel dollar will approach the official rate within days.” They are still talking about the de-dollarization guys. This is a repeat of an article we saw last week. They are trying to cancel the spread between the speculators and the Central Bank.
MZ: No real movement on the bond side….but everybody is prepared. Everybody is ready…Group leaders and everybody is awfully excited.
MZ: Stay calm as you will be seeing a lot more misinformation.
MZ: “Bangladesh is bypassing the US dollar and using Yuan” Bangladesh has joined the De-dollarization club. They want to be able to trade with Russia and buy rice, food, grains, oil…wherever they want to buy it. This is huge.

The Border Ports Authority announced that revenues amounted to 330 billion dinars, in the first three months of this year.
The head of the commission, Omar Al-Waeli, said, "The commission's departments achieved 330 billion Iraqi dinars in the first three months of the current year 2023, an increase of 86 billion Iraqi dinars over the first three months of last year 2022."
Al-Waeli explained in a statement to the "Rudaw" network, followed by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the work of the border crossings focuses on controlling fake laboratories and controlling manipulation of financial transfers, tax unit receipts and records, as well as preventing manipulation in granting customs and tax exemptions."
He added, "The focus is also on seizing forged tax receipts, thwarting attempts to bring in narcotic pills, and seizing counterfeit currency and MasterCard cards, in coordination with the Prime Minister's Office, the Integrity Commission, and the Intelligence Service." LINK

Clare: A proposal to list oil, gold and foreign companies in the Iraqi Stock Exchange

The head of the Iraq Stock Exchange Investors Association, Alaa Al-Moussawi, said on Sunday that the market's management is making great efforts in training its members and listed companies in order to create a "free, honest, effective, competitive and transparent market."
Al-Moussawi explained, “The recent past periods witnessed a significant technological development in the market’s performance, which contributed to organizing and simplifying securities transactions in a fair, effective and regular manner, including the clearing and settlement processes for these transactions, and now there are great efforts being made to switch to direct electronic trading (on line) which is now in its experimental stages.
Al-Moussawi expressed his support for the idea of attracting government companies to be included in the Iraqi Stock Exchange, which leads to the development of these companies by providing the necessary financial liquidity for them, and the establishment of new production lines and modern factories belonging to the company, as well as providing an opportunity for the scientific and professional competencies present in the private sector in order to Participate with the public sector in developing companies to serve the national economy.
And Al-Moussawi believed that, “with the aim of increasing the number of shareholders and capital to invest in the market, incentives and privileges should be granted to companies to encourage them to be listed, as well as oblige foreign investment companies operating in Iraq to be listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange,” suggesting at the same time, “the establishment of a market for commodity trading.” And there will be trading in oil and gold.
Al-Moussawi also urged the need to "create a safe environment in order to attract foreign capital, and work to raise the level of investment awareness in securities among individual and corporate investors, as well as providing transparency and disclosure and providing the investor with all the necessary information that he needs when making his investment decision."
And issuing the necessary instructions and procedures in order to protect the capital and the rights of investors. LINK

It shows how robust their financial sector is quickly becoming. I believe they are more modernized than what we have here in the US. To me this is showing they are asset backed. ..imo
MZ: I am hearing the Iraqi Parliament may call a late session for the third budget meeting late tonight. If not, I am being told that session will be opened for it tomorrow. They went into the wee hours last night to pass the second reading.
MZ: The HCL in the budget is supposed to go into effect in days telling us they do plan on having everything done….pretty exciting news over there.

MZ: I have heard those rumors….but people I know personally have yet to be paid. Some had sold historic bonds to resellers a few weeks ago at a big discount….but doesn’t really count for what we are looking for.
MZ: This is a huge breaking story. “A JAPANESE INSURER WITH $65 BILLION OF ASSETS PLANS TO OFFLOAD ALL ITS CURRENCY-HEDGED FOREIGN DEBT HOLDINGS” Why is that important? We are seeing a number of Japanese insurers and other countries start to unload their foreign currencies and their debts. Especially US Treasury bonds which will come back to the US. This is going to have an interesting affecct…..a couple things will happen at the same time.
MZ: Basic economics….you will have a sudden flush of money in the US as they do this. The money will go from offshore to on shore…..from out of country to in country. We will see gold and the dollar go up in lock step. This will bring an artificial sense of stability to the system ….They you will have the hangover wake up call the next morning after the big party. Inflation will start running hard again.
MZ: This is happening at the same time operation sandman is running worldwide…..$100’s of billions of dollars running back to the US from other countries de-dollarizing. It has started.
MZ: There is no stopping the inevitable crash that’s coming. It’s going to be historic. I hope you all are prepared.

MZ: “Tunisia rejects IMF loans and wants to join BRICS” We continue to see this throughout the news. Countries are running from the US. And these are the real things that will back sound money.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani discussed, during his meeting with the Parliamentary Committee on Oil, Gas and Natural Resources, the government's plans to develop the oil industry.
Al-Sudani's media office said in a statement, "The Prime Minister received the chairman and members of the Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee in the House of Representatives, as part of a series of meetings he holds with parliamentary committees in various sectors, with the aim of coordinating between the executive and legislative authorities, which contributes to the success of the work." government towards achieving the objectives of its government program and implementing its priorities.
He added, "The meeting witnessed an emphasis on developing the oil industry and regulating the export process, especially after the temporary agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq regarding the export of oil from the northern fields, which is considered a ground for approving the federal oil and gas law."

Militia Man ...The Central Bank...told everybody on TV that the Central Bank issued 3 circulars obligating the owners of residential complexes and companies to the official dollar price and pricing everything in Iraqi dinars. Based on the decision of the Council of Ministers which stipulated obligating all government agencies and the private sector to price their products in dinars. That's huge... That's everything in country in dinars. Also keep in mind they're sayings you'll need to be doing it in the currency at the official exchange rate.
Walkingstick [via Frank26] We suggested there would be another rate change before the float at least 1 to 1. It went from 1300 to 1132 then IMO the next rate change will put the IQD in position to float at 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 3 it is unknown to us at this time. We do not have those variable. It's being presented to the Iraqi citizens themselves. They already told them. That alone is so powerful.

The vast majority of Intel providers Intel stems from speculation. Speculation is a dangerous thing without evidence to back it up. They feed on our gullibility to believe whatever best serves our goals and intentions.
But in reality speculating is closer to “assumption” then we all would care to admit. We speculate as to what will happen in the future based on the successes and mistakes of our past.
We see a broken financial system and assume the speculations of these Intel providers is the “ fix it” for what ails it.
Everyone can agree that things are broken but these narratives on what will “fix it” is pure speculation. They don’t know.

They (Intel providers) are gathering fringe information and presenting it as factual. At times, they are all singing the same song but in a different key so they can present it as their own song. Have you ever watched the news agencies all present the same exact sound bite? A lot of the time it’s the exact same verbiage.
But what happens when they find out they were not given the truth? You never hear about that.
This line of commentary comes from the latest narratives that state; tier 2 has cashed out, tier 3 was to begin in the coming week, German bonds and golden bonds are cashing out, the first of the week, the U.S dollar will be gold backed and so on and so on. It’s all just recycling of previous information and a bunch of noise. There is no evidence that any of the above has happened. It’s all speculation and assumption.
Here’s a thought , maybe what we are seeing and witnessing is just the natural evolution of things. All things evolve. All things change. All societies are constantly evolving. Including the global financial system. These mysteries about how we are evolving should not distract us from the indisputable fact that we have evolved.
Sometimes you have to drown out the noise from the crowd, in order to figure out if there is a song playing in there. Take these constant brush-fires of information with a grain of salt. Only watch for indisputable evidence. Remember it’s not the destination that counts, it’s the road we take to get there.
Personally I’m tired of hearing about the pregnancy….SHOW ME THE BABY.

MZ: The news has been hot, fast and heavy throughout the day….my goodness. Lets start with Temporary flight restrictions.
MZ: This could be a sign for where we are at. We have a VIP status temporary flight restriction for tomorrow UTC time for Nevada. This is also in the Los Angeles area. ….temporary flight restrictions for VIPS….What is going on and who is moving…and how many are moving ?
MZ: Why do I bring this up? A number of the Chinese banking families representatives are in that area. That is a key corridor area for the signatories for the release of some of this money.
MZ: This could be absolutely unrelated….but it is interesting with the timing of everything else that’s going on.
MZ: In Iraq- “The house of representatives keeps its session open and resumes this evening” They completed the second reading. We do not yet know the timing of the third reading. There were no changes in the budget law….this is important.
MZ: There are a lot of rumors and chatter from the banking side that tomorrow could be the “GO”…..We will see. .
MZ: What I am hearing from Iraq …there is a possibility they do thier third reading tomorrow and just announce it. They are trying to keep things as quiet as they can. They want to keep it under wraps until Thursday or maybe Friday.
MZ: “ Iraqi official states Kurdistan oil exports could restart within days” This article came out today. This is important because they won’t resume until they have the HCL law. The section 140 hydrocarbon law. This is a big piece of news because if they are resuming….this means the HCL and the budget is done.
MZ: It’s going to be a great week….an interesting week.
Member: The HCL Hydrocarbon law gives all citizens of Iraq a piece of oil profits monthly or so….. Kuwait has done this as well.
Member: When the HCL passes – It’s showtime!
MZ: It’s all been agreed to- they just need to announce it. Try to stay sane this week….it may be full of ups and downs.
Member: Frank26 is excited tonight too…..He is loving all the great news coming out of Iraq.
MZ: Tentavily, MilitiaMan and some of his crew are planning on joining us on Wednesday morning.

MZ: ”Banking stability worries go behind closed doors at IMF, World Bank meetings” They have all gotten together with big meetings starting last week. If everything was fine why are they having these meetings behind closed doors…with no press. To me this is a sign that something huge is afoot.
Member: Soon- Fiat dollar will be replaced by backed dollar there will not be a choice
MZ: “De-Dollarization trend is irreversible. Flight from US dollar is sure to accelerate says Russian official” I agree with this. I liked the graphic. See the sand (Picture on video tonight) ….Operation sandman is well underway. I have sources from Africa that tell me Operation Sandman goes into affect late this week.
