Clare: Member of Parliamentary Finance: The stability of the dollar exchange depends on the government's control of the market

A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee saw that the stability of the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar depends on the government's efforts to control the market.

Moeen Al-Kadhimi told {Euphrates News} agency: "The issue of stability of the dollar exchange rate depends on the government's efforts and the extent of its ability to control the market and follow up on private banks and money changers, especially those that the government sells to them at a rate of $50 million in cash."

He stressed, "It must be controlled to provide citizens with what they need according to the official price, in addition to financial transfers that are transferred abroad through commercial transactions. These steps are supposed to restore control to the market."
The Central Bank of Iraq announced today, Thursday, the beginning of the decline in the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar.

And the assistant general manager of the investment department in the bank, Muhammad Yunus, said in a press statement, "The central bank has taken a group of packages to support the process of dinar strength, and the signs of these packages on the strength of the dinar began to appear today."

He added, "The dollar began to decline continuously against the dinar as a result of these packages that met most of the Iraqi market's requests," noting that "this contributed to reducing the difference between the official and parallel exchange rate," pointing out that "most markets began dealing in the Iraqi dinar, and this will contribute to its support." .

On February 7, the Council of Ministers decided to adjust the exchange rate of the dollar to the equivalent of 1,300 dinars, from 1,460 dinars.

Following the government's decision, the Central Bank announced a set of facilities to meet the demand for dollars in both aspects of cash and foreign transfers. LINK

PvP is a mechanism which ensures the final transfer of a payment in one currency occurs "if" the final transfer of a payment in another currency or currencies takes place.

A final paper has been completed, the next step is to move it forward for legislation.

MZ: There is not a “drop dead date” . I believe the drop dead date is the complete implosion of the financial system forcing them to “go” . Do they know when that collapse is coming….yes…and are they feeling pressure…yes.

Member: Mark do you know if there is an end date that all of this has to be done by?

MZ: MilitiaMan did another great video on capital movement, currency and CBI platform. He also rightfully noted that the chatter about the possibility of printing a 20K note is just that…chatter. To me that is a clear “balloon “ to keep everybody guessing on the time and the date.

MZ: They have already told us that over the next few weeks that their currency…the dinar will parallel the market and wealth of Iraq. Parallel means to represent the true value. We know it’s coming. Its their job to keep things uncertain as to timing.

MZ Regarding Iraqi border crossings…this dropped yesterday from the CBI. There is an extreme tightening of cash going in and out of Iraq. I was always told to look for this toward the end. Coming from the CBI I think this is a big sign that things are impending.

MZ: On the rumor side….We still do not have the money movement we have been looking for. There is still a lot of chatter and table top deals from speculators willing to buy up some bonds at extreme discounts. I wouldn’t suggest this as we are this close…but some people have gone there. Some were taking millions instead of billions on some deals. I get it …people are frustrated.

MZ: A number of sources are still saying April 1st through the 3rd is a “go” I did speak to one contact from the redemption side….They are planning on working this weekend. They believe they will be working this weekend. Could that change between now and the weekend…..possibly. But this is the first time in a long while that they are expecting to work.

Member: UMB Bank did a big system "change over" this past weekend and the wait time on the phone can be up to nearly 3 hours. They can't get to email bc they are on the phone so much

Member: Many banks are going Digital starting April 1, my Credit Union will have limited online access this weekend ( new system )

Member: Basil 3&4 compliance tomorrow for banks …….lots of things happening on April 1st…..sounds promising.

Member: Mark- do you think the EBS will start this Sunday?

MZ: It is very possible. Many people I respect think it will start between the 1st and the 3rd. I am just trying to not get to excited…..

Member: Anticipation fatigue is real…..it’s exhausting and depressing…..best to not get excited until it happens for real.

Member: The EBS Announcement was tested in Texas and NY and several other states yesterday

Member: Kids are on Spring break next week. Perfect time for EAS. Time to wake the sleepers!!

Member: I'm just standing here on the sidelines watching all this chaotic misinformation .... not getting excited yet.

Member: Thoughts on Banks waiting for RV to happen and then doing bail-ins to confiscate our monies to bail themselves out?

Member: If banks steal peoples money that will be the last straw for Americans….they would take to the streats with torches, pitchforks and nooses…….I do not think the bankers would do that……..they are greedy liars but not stupid…imo

Member: If Iraq goes alone….will we still have to sign an NDA?

MZ: If they are still sending us to redemption banks to exchange….( I believe they will be) we will still have a negotiated rate…..so I believe there will still be an NDA on just the rate…..I could be wrong. If you just go to the bank…..there will not be one.

Member: I will gladly sign an NDA….. it’s to protect us……loose lips sink ships.

Member: What if you refuse to sign an NDA.

MZ: As I understand it you may get a lower rate.

Member: if you have only us dollar do you take to Redemption center?

Member: You only go to redemption center if you have foreign currency or Zim

Member: What if our exchange comes before we switch to rainbow currency UST notes?

MZ: Lets say we don’t get asset money yet and Iraq goes solo…..maybe one or two others go as well ….We will need to have a real exonomic plan to make sure our dollars are safe.

Member: Can you reassure us redemption centers will be safe….many out there are pushing fear about them

MZ: We are so worried about everything right now…whats real…whats fake….They are not going to send out notices on where to go …give you the address and number and then defraud you……think about it. Do not worry. I believe this rumor was sown on purpose to get you all to go to regular banks and get less money….. That is my opinion…so you get less and banks will get more.

Member: I wish we could see a picture of the new UST Note

Member: I read a news article that our fiat cash can only last another 30 days. Unless we get a central bank adjustment or switch to the new Rainbow cash . Either way it sounds like this train is coming to the end.

Member: Goldilocks posted that on Recaps yesterday….it was very encouraging.

MZ: Depending on who you are listening to…..they are estimation another 30-35 days before there is no cash in banks ATM’s anywhere…..people are hoarding cash with the bank runs…This means liquidity will be gone. When liquidity is gone everything freezes. This is important.

Member: I was in my bank yesterday and there were a lot of older folks going thru the drive thru pulling big dollars out!!!!!!!!

Member: Barges sinking, trains derailing, helicopters crashing, school shooting, this week has been a complete crap show. Let's pray our blessings come to fruition so we can help change the world.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The Brazilian government announced that it has reached an agreement with China to abandon the dollar and use their local currencies in their bilateral trade transactions.

The deal will allow China, the biggest rival of U.S. economic dominance, and Brazil, Latin America's largest economy, to make their massive trade deals directly and exchange the yuan for the rial and vice versa instead of relying on the dollar.

The Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Trade and Investment (APEXBRSIL) said in a statement last night that there are expectations that this will reduce costs, further boost bilateral trade and facilitate investment.

China is Brazil's largest trading partner, with trade worth about $150 billion last year.

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The Brazilian government announced that it has reached an agreement with China to abandon the dollar and use their local currencies in their bilateral trade transactions.

China is Brazil's largest trading partner, with trade worth about $150 billion last year.

The agreement was announced at a high-level China-Brazil business forum in Beijing and follows a preliminary agreement in January.

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was due to attend the forum, but was forced to postpone his visit to China after suffering from pneumonia.

Officials said the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and BPM Bank would carry out the transactions.

China has also abandoned dealing in dollars with Russia, Pakistan and several other countries.

International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said the global economy faces another difficult year in 2023, due to the crisis in Ukraine and ongoing monetary tightening measures.

Georgieva said at the Boao Forum for Asia 2023 in China: "We expect 2023 to be another difficult year, as global growth eases below 3 percent, as a result of the repercussions of the conflict in Ukraine and continued monetary tightening measures."

The IMF chief added that a rapid transition from low to higher interest rates was necessary to fight inflation, but that this necessarily led to disruptions in the banking sector in some advanced economies, making policymaking difficult.

Trade integration has become a key component of strong economic growth for decades, but it is important to make supply chains safer and more diversified.

"Addressing these concerns requires a pragmatic approach – working together where it is most needed, for example, to revive international trade in a fair way and diversify supply chains based on economic logic," she said.

In this context, Georgieva called on States to stand in solidarity with those who need it most, and stressed the importance of protecting vulnerable individuals and providing them with targeted support

So far, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has not finished amending the new salary scale, while the Legislative House stresses the need to make adjustments with the current year's budget.

Until now, the salary scale law has not reached the legislative house, as it is still included in the General Secretariat ofCouncil of Ministers Specifically at the competent committees. On the other hand, Parliament intends to pass it with the budget in one basket.

The competent parliamentary committees say that the salary scale law is independent of the budget law, and this means that the ground is ready for its passage without any obstacles, as the weightings indicate that it will reach Parliament next week. link

Today, Thursday, the Central Bank of Iraq announced the identification of four measures to support the strength of the Iraqi dinar, stressing that its packages met most of the market’s requests and contributed to the decline of the dollar.

The assistant general manager of the investment department in the bank, Muhammad Yunus, said in a press statement followed by NRT Arabia, that "the central bank has taken a group of packages to support the process of the strength of the Iraqi dinar and to enhance external transfer and financing of trade, study and others," noting that "the signs of these packages on the strength of the dinar Al-Iraqi started showing up today

Younes added, "The dollar began to decline continuously against the dinar as a result of these packages that met most of the Iraqi market's requests," noting that "this contributed to reducing the difference between the official and parallel exchange rate."

He explained, "Iraq is an importer of everything, and therefore the large volume of its demand for the dollar sometimes makes it strong against the dinar," noting that "the central bank's actions are supported by the decisions of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers."

Younes stressed, "The need for all efforts to come together to support the strength of the dinar through measures represented first by supporting the local product, second by reducing import operations, third by controlling markets, and fourth by controlling border crossings," explaining that "most markets have started dealing in the Iraqi dinar, and this will contribute to its support."

He pointed out that "some departments faced a problem because their contracts are in dollars, but the Council of Ministers and the Central Bank began to solve these problems," stressing that "Iraq has more than 130 tons of gold." link

NESARA/ GESARA Laws were as result of 209 nations pledging to a 1,000 year Peace Treaty in order for their countries to participate in the Global Currency Reset and Quantum Financial System.

According to Bruce, the NESARA USA part was set to be announced by the US Congress Speaker of House Kevin McCarthy on Sat. 1 April or Sun. 2 April.

According to Bruce, the NESARA USA part was set to be announced by the US Congress Speaker of House Kevin McCarthy on Sat. 1 April or Sun. 2 April.

After the Global Currency Reset Banks would no longer lend monies, but rather function as financial service centers that included wealth managers. In 3-5 years Banks were expected to no longer be needed.

US Social Security Recipients would see an increase of at least $1,000, perhaps more, in their monthly checks beginning 1 April 2023.

By Wed. 22 March currencies of over 200 countries and 11,000 institutions had completed their digital integration of bank accounts from the Global Central Banking System to the Quantum Financial System (GFS) ran through #ISO20022 and the new StarLink Satellite System.

By Thurs. 23 March those over 200 countries and 11,000 institutions had completely disconnected from the old Cabal SWIFT fiat monies CBDC System and switched over to the new gold/ asset-backed Quantum Financial System.

On Sat. 25 March the new rates of the Global Currency Reset were agreed upon by all nations involved and then were set into the system.

The fractional fiat money system went down on Wed. 1 Feb.

“Operation Sandman” was complete – a collaboration of 100+ nations’ global agreement to simultaneously sell off their US Treasury holdings, sending them back to the US to collapse the US Dollar and end the dominance of the Petrodollar.

The Federal Reserve was technically bankrupt.

Over the past two weeks, the large Trust Accounts R, SG, DODT and MMT have been funded in preparation for the Global Currency Reset.

The Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Council held its regular monthly session today, Wednesday, March 29, 2023, headed by the Chairman of the Council (Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq) and all members of the Council from ministries, non-ministry-related entities, and law enforcement agencies.

The Council hosted the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme Judicial Council next to Al-Karkh to discuss the controls for declaring money when entering and exiting it through the Iraqi border crossings, with the aim of making the necessary amendments to these controls.

The Council also discussed the developments taking place in the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice by adopting due diligence controls to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, including conducting transactions through the banking system, and other procedures.

If this remains the case, we are looking at a reset. This puts our timeline within 30 days or so.

Welcome everybody to the big call tonight. It is Tuesday, March 28th and you're listening to the Big Call and yes, I am back. We are back. And we didn't have our ”last” call as we thought we would on Thursday. So here we are back on Tuesday. Welcome everybody the call glad you're all tuned in from all over the globe wherever you are. Let's see if we can get some intel out there for everybody now.

Obviously, we had a call tonight. We didn't take her to have one on last Thursday because we were told that that would take care of it that it was done. Now what has happened is, this is just preliminary stuff. First of all, regarding Iraq, last week, Congress voted to end sanctions on Iraq. Well, that was nice of us, they finally did that. And then a matter of whether it was yesterday, or today, our Congress US voted to end the War Powers Act.

In other words, they cancelled the war with Iraq. That's nice. So that seems like those are two moot points, but evidently, there were some things that needed to be done. So thank you for getting those done.

And now it puts Iraq in a position where they've been exchanging three zero notes in country of Iraq for lower denominations times the rate that they're giving the dinar in country, and it's varied and it continues to go up even in country. And so we're really pleased that that's taken place and people are getting exchanged through the banks into the ATMs and also through vehicles that are circulating around Baghdad, that are helping people to get their the rest of their three zero notes in before it’s too late.

Now the other thing for us is we are in a window that looks like according to one of our good sources - It looks like we're in position to get this thing started for us between Wednesday and Friday - so that’s tomorrow to Friday, is what we're getting from one of our best sources.

That's what he's able to determine for us. So I feel really good about that. And there's a few people out there that are talking about Friday into Saturday. And that may be the case right now but I've got Wednesday into Friday. It’s looking very solid for us - So I'm gonna say that and go with that. We'll see what happens - if Friday great so what. It's great. We can make it.

The other thing is the information has been out on the so called nine stations of the redemption and exchange process. I don't use that term stations because I believe when we go in we will be put in a situation where we basically stay put, we stay put and the people in the redemption center - the staff will rotate and come to us is what my understanding is.

It's not like we get up and move. Then we get up and move again - and then we gotta move. It's not like that - it's like we're gonna be seated. They're gonna be doing the KYC - Know who your customers are, first of all, they know who the zim holders are unless you've been gifted zim and they don't know you. So you're gonna have to prove who you are. That's not a big deal. One or two photo ID’s, and then a bill showing where you live, which is a utility bill, cell phone bill, something like that. You want to bring that in.

And then after that, it's a matter of them getting your currency, you let them know how much of each currency you have. I've got that printed out so they know what I think I have and then through and they run it through the Delarue machine. We're talking about rates after they found out how much we have in each currency. We get that going.

The concept of when we're doing our presentation I think is sooner than what was indicated online. I believe it's more like in the middle of the process. Remember they want it in and out of there in 35 to 40 minutes - That's what they want. Obviously, if you've got a suitcase full, five different currencies, they can work the currencies through pretty quickly but it might take a little longer. And we're going to be setting up in ones I'm going to call them segments.

Now the idea of you bringing in Fiat dollars and exchanging it - forget that - that's not happening. That's something you do later at your own bank later. You don't tie them up in the redemption center with that - that's ridiculous. You don't do that. You have the so don't worry about bringing fiat money in.

You’ve got your presentation in five to eight minutes to do. Yes, you will get a quantum account card or quantum access card that's that they'll have for you. You'll do a biometric fingerprint a thumb print and get that set up. They'll give you a password you use an email password, and another code from the StarLink Satellite System to activate that card.

You get that activated after you've done your total of your currencies. And then as you get that you’re setting up, probably just one account with Wells Fargo because they are over all redemption centers, but I'm going to use Wells and set up master accounts with them and move funds and it's not $100,000 By the way, as somebody put out, you can move up to 1.5 to 1.8 billion with a “B” into each quote unquote business account.

And by that I mean an LLC account or a trust account, or however you want to set your project accounts up. Okay, you're gonna be doing that. So I'm using four different LLC accounts. And I may not be able to have time to set up all four separate bank accounts for that. So I may just have to put whatever I can put in my master account and then come back at another time in a day or so after that and put in so much in each LLC account - maybe a day or two later - let's see - So we get that initiated - we've got our presentation.

If you have projects, it helps if you have them - if you don't have projects and you’re a zim holder, they're going to encourage you to do a project from their list of projects. And when you do that, you'll be subject to the oversight of the wealth management division of the bank. And it might leave - you may want that - you may not want that. They're going to try to get you to take one of their 600 projects off their list and make that work for you and your money.

Personally, I’ve got enough projects. I don't need any additional from the bank. I'm happy to do the projects that I've talked about on the call and then that's what I'm gonna concentrate on. Remember whose money this is - your money - God's money - you're just good facilitators of it and stewards of that of the funds of this blessing.

Alright - So you're gonna get through - I think the phone comes at the end. Like you get it as your last thing and then you go out from there. They may give you a certificate for the phones - we think they have been shipped already to the redemption centers there for zim holders - now. They may give you a certificate - for - like we need it right -- for a laptop – to take to Best Buy or another place we would find your laptops - we'll see how that works. I heard about that - I don’t know too much about it but basically that's how that's going to be structured.

It's going to be good. It's gonna go quickly. I would just say try to pay attention and breathe and enjoy the experience as much as you can. And we'll see where it goes from there. But you know, we're looking good, I believe for anywhere from tomorrow through Friday and maybe it is this Friday.

And then good things should be happening this week for Social Security recipients are supposed to get an announcements on some sort of this week, that talks about an increase in Social Security for the month of April of $1,000 or more for each Social Security holder. So that'll be an additional thing that we're not really going to need. But that's also going to come for help to those who are receiving Social Security

We’re looking for NESARA announced somewhere around the first, President Trump said to keep an eye on the first that might be significant for us in terms of a political change. And it also could be significant for NESARA because I believe it's Kevin McCarthy that's supposed to announce as speaker of the House announced NESARA. I'm looking for that either Saturday or Sunday - Hopefully it is on Saturday, the first

So a lot of things are going to be happening the rest of this week we hope, and next week. It'd be very interesting for us - As far as any disclosure goes. I think some of that could start with NESARA because there's a lot of things that come with NESARA.

And I know that there are countries that are jumping at the bit to get this thing started, like Vietnam and Indonesia, and obviously a Venezuela and also Iraq, but we're doing a lot of things right now to get ready for it. I don't think any countries are going to go before we all go together.

And we got a number of countries going up in value and some going down in value. So you know, they finally agreed on all the rates. Let's see what's today – Tuesday they agreed on it on Saturday at 11 in the morning, all those rates were agreed upon and at 2pm in the afternoon, the admiral began downloading access codes to the pay masters for the admirals groups. And so that is in process.

And I think a lot of things with bondholders are predicated on them still getting their quantum access cards. There's still quite a few that need to go out. There were half a million that needed to go out internationally, all around the globe a few days ago and they have not been received yet. So they should be receiving shortly and bondholders should get access to their funds. I hope its tomorrow. I think it could be tomorrow - and if that is that bodes well for us starting tomorrow. Okay, so let's see.

We'll see how this goes. There's a lot happening. There's major, major pick up /drop off going on all over the world right now, especially in the continent of South America. I think quite a bit of activity going on down here. I'm not going to get into the specifics of it. But I think that we're really looking in good shape for that.

So that's what I wanted to bring to you tonight. I hope you guys appreciate the fact that we're still in this thing and we're gonna stay in it till it's over. And I'm looking forward to the end of it as much as you are, but we'll see where it goes for the rest of the week. And then we'll take it we should have a very interesting April Fool's Day, coming up Saturday. So we'll see what that looks like for us.
