Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that the Central al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges are trading the USD at a rate of 147,700 IQD to 100, 50 IQD below Monday.
Our correspondent said that the selling and buying rates of 100 USD in the local markets of the Iraqi capital rested at 148,000 and 147,000 IQD, respectively.

2026-08-14 Shafaq News Gold prices slipped on Friday and were headed for a weekly loss as investors locked in profits after mild U.S. inflation data propelled bullion to its highest level in more than two months and weakened the case for a near-term Federal Reserve rate hike.
Spot gold was down 0.6% at $4,324.39 per ounce, as of 0538 GMT. While U.S. gold futures for December delivery slid nearly 1% to $4,379.20.
