Dave   butterfly That bitumen that you refine costs 30,00/barrel to refine.....;.;.not to mention the costs to recover it,.ship it from Alberta to Florida.......then ship it some more to all those gas stations who sell it.......fer profit

If someone wants argue/fight/disagree there are plenty of rooms out there to do just that.

Sah   My computer geek says never bank by phone no matter how secure it is. They break most the codes within 6 months for the new phones. The next date for the UN to announce a rate internationally will be somewhere on or a few days before the 15 when they post it.

They may announce it all at same time when they go into article 8. I am just wondering if it might be the old rate as in 1190 that they go international with. They promised the Iraqi people that they would bring back the rate they devalued last year so their dinar is worth what it was last year. Then do they float or do they surprise us and make it 1 to 1 with the dollar and float or do they just go for 3 or more?
