Bruce: Bonds were supposed to finish processing by 12 midnight Wed. 9 June. A major BOOM Day for Tier 4B was expected on that same Wed. 9 June, though we don’t know what that was. Tier 4B could be notified Wed. 9 June afternoon, or on Thurs. morning 10 June.
Over 400 paymasters have been arrested for tampering in the 237 bonds that were being processed to back the Global Reset, causing the delay.
There would be fourteen days of Zim redemption and currency exchanges at the special rates, though appointments could be set up to 30 days away.
After the fourteen days, Zim redemption and the special rates would end (unless you had made an appointment at a Redemption Center within that 30 day window) and then the general public would begin exchanging at the new international rates.

On Tues. 8 June at 1 pm EST the Yellow Dragon Bonds began again to be processed. A number of bonds were supposed to finish processing Wed. 9 June, likely in the evening.
There have been almost 400 arrests of paymasters since last Thurs. and is ongoing.
Bond Holders have to wait for the Tier 4B Shotgun Start before they were paid their 1%.
