Judy Note: For security reasons the RV Team was being vague as to the actual start date of Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) so that [D]eep State bad guys were kept wondering. The US Treasury has informed multiple global, banking and paymaster sources that Tier 4B notification for redemption/ exchanges appointments was set for any time between now and Tues. 22 Dec.
Somewhere within 72 hours of bonds going liquid on Sat. 19 Dec. or Mon.-Tues. 21-22 Dec., the Shotgun Release of liquidity to all levels including Tier 4B, was set to start, with a Mon.-Tues. 21-22 Dec. date likely.
The Department of Defense and the US Treasury determined that up to 90% of Tier 4B currency holders could get in and out of exchanges in 48 hours. When exchanges/ redemption at the special rates began, Redemption Centers would be open from 8:30am to 8:30pm, or in certain regions, from 6am to 11pm. We would have ten days to exchange/ redeem at the special rates.
Trump wanted Tier 4B completed by the end of Dec. 2020. The General Public would begin exchanging at the new International Rates on Mon. 4 Jan. 2020, the first banking business day after the Holidays.

On 24 Dec. Christmas Eve, President Trump was expected to make an announcement of the US return to a gold/asset-backed dollar, plus would implement the NESARA Law according to Charlie Ward, who had direct contact with the Alliance and President Trump.
Countries and territories across the globe have committed to be under GESARA Law and thus their monetary systems would be part of the Global Currency Reset happening on 1 Jan. 2021.
NESARA/GESARA worked under the principles of Common Law, where there were only six rules: “I don’t hurt you, you don’t hurt me. I don’t steal from you, you don’t steal from me. I don’t kill you, you don’t kill me.”
Judy Note: It was my understanding that implementation of NESARA Law meant that this last fraudulent vote-riddled election for president of US Inc. was null and void. We would have a new election for government officials of the restored Republic. Those new electors would be required to function under guidelines of the original Constitution.
How that would be set up and function would be explained to the General Public through a new communication system that included President Trump’s Emergency Broadcast System.

A. Fri. 18 Dec. Fleming’s Military Intel Contact late night-early morning Update:
RV Teams and POTUS were going forward as fast as they could pushing out the RV Start. Everything was going well, even though 2020 Election chaos seemed overwhelming because of the [D]eep State being in a Death Spiral and pulling out all stops.
On Wed. 16 Dec. another release algorithm was run. Over the past 24-48 hours they have been in the process of locking things down for the release – the last major task to start the 72 hour Shotgun Start process.
Also on Wed. 16 Dec bonds started moving into a liquid state, and over the next 48 hours were continuing to be made liquid as they down-streamed into recipient accounts.
Somewhere within 72 hours of bonds going liquid (Sat. 19 Dec. or Mon.-Tues. 21-22 Dec.), the Shotgun Release of liquidity to all levels including Tier 4B, was set to start.
All holdups (bad players) have been removed, though with the amount work left, a Mon.-Tues. 21-22 Dec. start was more likely.
Once Tier 4B started we would have ten days to exchange/ redeem at the special rates.
Fleming’s Zurich Bond Holder sources said that they had appointments on Fri. 18 Dec. to start their Bond liquidity release.
That Bond liquidity release would be in parallel to Tier 4B starting time, which was any time after Fri. night 18 Dec. through Tues. 22 Dec.
POTUS & his team were moving all NESARA / GESARA restored Republic legal processes forward.
POTUS moved Barr out of the Department of Justice just before Christmas and while POTUS & his team were legally and organizationally putting the restored Republic into place.
Barr was moved from the DOJ to privately work on NESARA privately.
The Military Intel Contact said that behind the scenes at the DOJ it was known that Barr was compromised by the [D]eep State. He (1) slowed down the Durham criminal investigation of the Russia hoax probe; and (2) since at least May 2020 had hid the DOJ, FBI and IRS investigations
