A. April 16 Evening 10:34 pm EDT Fleming Military Intel Contact Update:

1. There were sensitive events behind the scenes today Thurs. 16 April so exact timing could not be given out.

2. All work on Tier 3 has been completed, many have left Reno and all that was left was to complete instructions for Tier4 and “we would be ready.”

3. Dubi 1 wasn’t liquid today, but it was expected to be liquid tonight Thurs. 16 April – when the Elders would get paid.

7. That would not affect Exchange and Redemption timing – which was on the verge of starting and not waiting until next week.

Information from a high up source was that the 50 state governors were told they risked being arrested for Treason if they defied POTUS guidelines for re-opening the economy and if they tried to follow the Deep State Covid-19+5G radiation scamdemic narrative by extending the economy-killing state quarantines into the summer.

10. Today Thurs. 16 April at the Corona Virus Press Conference, POTUS was leaving it up to the state governors as to when to re-open their states over the next four weeks, some choosing to reopen next Mon. 20 April and some extending quarantines till mid-May.

11. One of the central logistical issues that needed cleaning up today Thurs. 16 April was that T1 funds had to be reallocated in the wake of IMF debt forgiveness to 27 of the poorest countries. There were a total of 111 countries receiving debt forgiveness from the IMF. This was announced after Wed. 15 April’s video conference between G20 finance ministers and central bank governors (Google "caribbeanbusinessreport.com April 15 IMF cancels debt of dozens of countries").

12. Those who received the $1,200 Economic Impact Payments by direct deposit and paper checks so far have been in IRS databases (those who filed taxes for 2018 and 2019). Those who have not filed taxes and/or those on Social Security (SSA, SSI) would be sent their direct deposit and check payments over the next several days.

He said he was sorry for all the waiting we in Tier 4b had to endure, but because Tier 4b was the lynch pin of releasing full access to account funds for all other tiers, we had to wait until all the macro-level arrangements for Tiers1-3 were finished. G. Judy Note on Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon RV liquidity and 800# release.

An hour or so prior to 800# release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 508,000 emails to currency and Zim Bond holders, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem including links to a secured website. Clicking on that website with your computer or phone would automatically generate a code that identified your individual exchange/redemption.

H. Zim Redemption: Please treat as my opinion only:

1. You would have two appointments. On the first appointment you would exchange currencies and redeem Zim at the default rate. Those monies would be put in your account. In the second appointment with your Wealth Manager you could negotiate for the higher rates.

3. We have been told that the default ZIM rate of $11 million per 100 T Zim Note could be offered at the 1st appointment. That amount could easily have been changed. We won’t know for sure until the appointment.

4. President Trump has given US banks a list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects for ZIM holders to invest in for higher-than-default rates on the ZIM.

5. If you wanted higher than the default rate you could ask for it at the 2nd appointment you’re your Wealth Manager and private banking team. It was recommended that you go for the higher Zim rate at your second appointment so you could help those in need.

6. If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes, didn’t have a Humanitarian Project and wanted a higher than default rate, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would be happy to show you the list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in for higher-than-default rates on the ZIM.
