Charlie: That’s because the Quantum system is gold backed…..that’s why I changed it.
Nicholas: Tomorrow is the first of September….When we wake up will see any changes to our lives?
Charlie: You will wake up and notice no difference at all …but, a number of banks have notified their clients that they are closed –some until the 3rd and some until the 7th. They are making lovely excuses like “system upgrades” or whatever.
People like you and I and Pimpy know what’s going on. We know exactly what’s happening- it’s the transition. The transition would normally be very easy but when you are taking the power away from an evil group of people- they are doing everything they can to stop this from happening. They have sent out ads to hackers to help them attack the new system stop it from happening…..they were offering $18-$25 an hour.
Pimpy: I have seen those in the US…didn’t know what it was about. But, here in the US a lot of banks have been shut down and I saw an article from the UK where the Bank of England was shut down for only the second time in it’s entire history…..so something is going on. There are currency movements , and currency swaps happening at a large level. The BIS seems to be behind a lot of this.
Nicholas: Here in the UK banks have been reporting issues…... HSBC, Barclays…they all have been reporting, problems, issues, delays ect……along with the Bank of England which is our central bank temporarily closed…..using the excuse of Covid……
Pimpy: Well why do they have covid problems just now…nobody’s been at the banks? I think there was a plan to push us in one direction (cabal) and now its going another direction……

On Sunday, Ikhlas Al-Dulaimi, a member of the parliamentary finance committee, confirmed that no general agreement had been reached on the draft federal budget law for 2027, despite it being presented during the State Administration Coalition meeting yesterday.
Al-Dulaimi told Shafaq News Agency that the draft budget needs some amendments, noting that there is currently no government agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, as well as objections to the region’s share in the budget.

The Central Bank of Iraq has directed all licensed banks to implement updated scenarios for monitoring suspected cases of money laundering and terrorist financing, setting the end of December 2026 as the deadline for completing their activation on anti-money laundering (AML) systems.
