On Saturday, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi affirmed that the completion of the ministerial cabinet is an additional motive to implement the ministerial platform.
Al-Kazemi said in a tweet on his account on the Twitter platform, "The completion of the ministerial cabinet with the House of Representatives voting on the names we presented, is an additional motive to implement the ministerial platform, and to fulfill the stage entitlements and abide by our promises before our people who are waiting for actions, not words."
He added: "I thank the House of Representatives for renewing confidence in the government, a new project line that we take firmly and consistently." link

What do they call that? An RV, an RV." People are saying Trump is doing "Trump speak" that this indeed is his way of saying the RV's getting ready to happen. Is it getting ready to happen? On Sunday, Ikhlas Al-Dulaimi, a member of the parliamentary finance committee, confirmed that no general agreement had been reached on the draft federal budget law for 2027, despite it being presented during the State Administration Coalition meeting yesterday.
Al-Dulaimi told Shafaq News Agency that the draft budget needs some amendments, noting that there is currently no government agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, as well as objections to the region’s share in the budget.

The Central Bank of Iraq has directed all licensed banks to implement updated scenarios for monitoring suspected cases of money laundering and terrorist financing, setting the end of December 2026 as the deadline for completing their activation on anti-money laundering (AML) systems.
The bank explained that the update is based on international standards, Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations and Iraqi legislation, taking into account technological developments and financial products currently in use.
