Dear Readers, I just wanted to let you that finally, after all those weeks and weeks and special Tuesdays, weekends, Mondays and other days of waiting
My contact here in Switzerland who is supposed to get monies from one of the parts of group Tier 0
Today got a call from his bank telling him “that there was something big coming towards his account”
They wanted to bring it in on Monday, do the due diligence final check on Tuesday and set it free for him on Wednesday.
This is what he was told today.
Please note:
The bank called him, not the other way round.
So… as I remember, it was said at the beginning, that those monies from group Toer 0-3 were to be set free only at the same time when the appointments for Tier 4b were to be sent and set…
It seems that the appointment emails are to come this weekend or early next week.
Lets imagine this and accept it as reality.

Bruce [via WiserNow] Iraq has been called the linchpin for this exchange – the GCR and everything that we’re going to do – and we talked with our contacts in Fallujah, Iraq today and found that yes Iraq did complete everything that they need to do regarding the HCL – the budget approval – all of that has sort of been pushed...I think finally we’re hearing that everything is complete – there’s nothing left to vote on – there were two sessions in Parliament...[Thursday] – and these things were accomplished to where now we will hear whether the rate was put out or not – we will hear either...[Friday] or Saturday - Whether they have done what they said they have done – which is approve the rate and put it out – so – we’ll be looking for that – that will be a really good trigger...
