JJimmyJJ: Mainstream media reporting that Qassem Soleimani was killed by shelling while driving to Baghdad Airport. I believe someone was saying something about removing Iranian influence from Iraq? This is very good news for Iraq, IMO.

"If your view is Suleimani can easily be replaced, you know nothing...It’s like losing your JSOC commander, CIA director & foreign minister — all at once." (In his opinion).
In my opinion, the US just cut off the head if the snake of Iranian influence in Iraq and Syria; and the influence of Iran within the GOI just took a severe enough hit that those who are still in town are likely to be looking for new protectors.
Risk1: War is not coming....I don't post much but a few days ago i posted Iraq had to make a decision. Do they want to align themselves with the US> or Iran. This terrorist was killed at the Baghdad airport, the Baghdad airport!!!!. This is, or could be a major change in the political climate in Iraq, for the better. BAGHDAD (Reuters) – Iranian Major-General Qassem Soleimani, head of the elite Quds Force, and Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis were killed early on Friday in an air strike on their convoy at Baghdad airport, an Iraqi militia spokesman told Reuters.
“The American and Israeli enemy is responsible for killing the mujahideen Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and Qassem Soleimani,” said Ahmed al-Assadi, a spokesman for Iraq’s Popular Mobilisation Forces umbrella grouping of Iran-backed militias.
U.S. officials told Reuters that strikes had been carried out against two targets linked to Iran in Baghdad.
The officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, declined to give any further details.
Three rockets hit Baghdad International Airport, killing five members of Iraqi paramilitary groups and two “guests”, Iraqi paramilitary groups said on Friday.
The rockets landed near the air cargo terminal, burning two vehicles, killing and injuring several people.

Breitling ...I've been getting emails of people asking me about the graph from the CBI...it shows the drop in currency...if you go back...what was the value? About $3.25...they had between 1 and a half to 2 billion notes in the market...that was the number that we needed to watch.
The chart that you guys are looking at is very important...there it is from the CBI...Look how much the currency has dropped. Here's what we don't know. We don't know how many denominations are out in public. In other words how many 25K notes. How many 10K notes. How many 5K notes.
So even though they say they've dropped the note count it doesn't give us enough information to determine how many dinar are out there. But we can see they dropped the note count. It's right there in front of you.
Every country on the planet that drops their note count what happens to the value of their currency? It goes up...it's universal...they're [Iraq is] dropping their note count...when they drop their note count guess what? The value of their currency goes up.
They're putting things in place. The budget depends on investments because they're losing in the commodities market as far as the energy markets go.
So they're investing in the international markets. And they're not gonna do that at a ten of a penny...that's what these guys are trying to tell you.
So all these indicators are in place. It should make you very very happy...I couldn't be more excited...
