He is confirming Mr. Fleming’s sources, Bruce’s sources and other sources saying that the process of the RV release IS STILL MOVING THIS WEEK and is proceeding AS FAST AS 6 LEVELS of SUB-PAYMASTERS CAN TRANSFER THE MONEY into the 1000s of upper-level T3-4A accounts of T3-4A group participants globally and FINISH LEGAL AND SECURITY PAPERWORK required on the TRANSFERRING BANKSIDE and ALSO ON THE RECEIVING BANKSIDE of the QFS transfers;

WORLD COURT SATISFIED: He said that the World Court WAS SATISFIED with money moving toward T4B when starting downstream funds from last Fri 23 April till today Wed 28 April, and the World Court IS SATISFIED that and military and the RV teams have tried to get T4B paid to start this week IF THEY ARE ABLE.

He is confirming that ENOUGH PAPERWORK HAS BEEN DONE for the UPPER-LEVEL T3-4A ACCOUNTS GLOBALLY for the account recipients to go into their private appointments WHEN we in T4B ARE STARTING AND THE SHOTGUN START IS BEING INITIATED; so at this point, there is nothing more for the upper-level T3-4A teams to do but to go into their private appointments—it’s just a matter into which accounts the fund's distributions go when T4B and the shotgun start is initiated POSSIBLY OVERNIGHT INTO THU-FRI-SAT 29-30 April, 1 May;
