The Work Distributes 77% Of The Emergency Grant And Excludes 2 Million Applicants

The investigations department at the commission stated that the seizure operation, which was carried out according to a judicial decision, reported that a task force from the commission's investigation office in Diwaniya governorate had implemented a seizure of (440) forged and unpaid expenditures by the Military Operations Law and Military Errors Implementation Committee No. (57) For the year 2015.

The department went on to point out that the amounts that were suspended under these transactions amounted to (40) billion dinars, except for the monthly salaries allocated to the names included in these transactions, explaining that the process of controlling and investigating the transactions in the department of committees affiliated to Diwaniyah Governorate and the branch of the Martyrs and Retirement Authority in the governorate It lasted for two weeks.

She noted that the team's investigations and preliminary investigations led to evidence that the transactions included forgery of the signature of the head of the specialized committee, stating that the competent investigation court, and after presenting the priorities set by the team, decided to issue (1048) arrest and investigation orders against the neglected employees and the beneficiaries of the forged transactions; According to the provisions of Article (289) of the Penal Code, it warns of the registration of individual criminal cases against the accused.

It indicated that the team was able to control (687) other disbursed transactions around which the same suspicions are being held, and the investigation, scrutiny and boycott of the names are still ongoing.
